I really liked the hotel and the village of Bali. According to the hotel: the territory and rooms are all new and in good condition, very pleasant (for me) design of the rooms. The service is super: not intrusive and high quality. The staff was seen at least - when do they clean everything? I was very pleasantly surprised by the absence of a large number of vacationers - maybe it's not the season yet? The most beautiful and pleasant is the sea - the bay and the purity of the water, especially when there are not very many people on the beach. A lot of people (locals are added) during the siesta and on weekends, so I recommend traveling on weekends and to the beach on weekdays. The village is located very well between Heraklion and Rethymnon - we took a car and visited all the places of interest to us ourselves. I do not advise taking excursions - especially from TEZ Tour. Better by car, a little troublesome, but believe me, the rest can be spoiled by extras and haste, as well as unreliable information from the representatives of the guides.
