The location of the hotel is very good, literally 60 meters from the sea. We liked it very much. The hotel has a swimming pool. The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day. Friendly staff, many Russian speakers. Meals: breakfast and dinner buffet. A good assortment of salads, pastries, fruits, meat and fish dishes, drinks.

Friendly staff, many Russian speakers. Meals: breakfast and dinner buffet. A good assortment of salads, pastries, fruits, meat and fish dishes, drinks. You won't be left hungry. The restaurant is clean with white tablecloths. I didn’t have time to put an empty plate on the edge of the table after eating, as the waitress girls with a smile will take away the dishes. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Papandopolous, who always made sure that all the dishes were filled with food and no one waited for the trays to be replenished with food.
We will definitely return to this hotel next year!

Good hotel in a good location. Designed for a relaxing holiday. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The food is plentiful and varied. Pleasant staff. I put 9 out of 10 only for uncomfortable balconies: there are no blind partitions between neighbors.

In May, I rested with my boyfriend at the MEDITERRANEAN RESORT hotel, and we were very pleased! The hotel is good, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and tidy! Very good location. We visited several excursions in Greece: Meteora, Athens Delphi, bought a very good fur coat in Kastoria, just a fabulous place.

The hotel does not correspond to its 4 * status. This is the usual THREE. Room 9kv everything is impossibly modest. It’s far from the sea, there are some construction sites around, it’s scary to go out on the balcony (the view is terrible) No service, no shit. They don’t change the bed at all, at least they fill it up.

We describe our disappointment and surprise received from a trip to Greece (Mediterranean resort hotel, allegedly 4 stars). We arrived there a week before the start of the season, however, it should be noted that not even a single travel agency worked on the territory of this resort village, so we could not get a single full-fledged excursion with a guide.

When we were dropped off on the street in front of the hotel, we, of course, experienced some shock: there is a garbage dump nearby, a construction site opposite the hotel, a new hotel is being built nearby, the walls of which are closely adjacent to the walls of our hotel and there are constantly workers who manage to peep into our rooms. The hotel staff not only does not speak Russian (which, in fact, we put up with), but also hardly understands English, in connection with which we had several incidents, for example, we were called a taxi, which we did not asked and we had to pay not only for his call, but also for all the downtime, because we did not know that this taxi was for us.
About the hotel itself. Cleaning was carried out partially: there was always sand on the floor, there was a huge layer of dust on the cabinet under the TV. True, shampoo and soap, and clean towels brought regularly. It does not pull on 4 stars in any way, given that European four stars are significantly different from Asian ones, but it even pulls on Asian four stars with difficulty. The only thing that was decent was the hall and the dining room. The corridors and stairs are narrow, the bathroom combined with the toilet is simply scanty, it is absolutely impossible to wash in the shower cabin due to its small size. The hair dryer resembled something so Soviet, and as for the shower itself, it generally seemed that he had survived at least a couple of wars. Wires were sticking out of the walls in the rooms, and nails were sticking out of the pedestals. The curtains and bedspreads were faded and dilapidated, and in one of the rooms they were burnt through. There was no safe in the room, as is customary in 4-star hotels. Bed linen was never changed for 5 days, regardless of whether a tip was left or not. The first day there was no buffet, because the staff decided that since we were alone in the hotel, it would be too difficult for them to cook only for us and set tables in the dining room. After the arrival of other tourists, the buffet appeared, but just as meager. The overall rating of the food is no more than a C grade... The only thing that left a positive impression was that our waiter diligently courted us.
The sauna is small, without a rest room, with a temperature inside no more than 60 degrees. There was only cold water in the shower. The dressing room is also very small, besides, it is dirty, there is a layer of dust on the drawers and inside them, as well as other people's dirty things. The jacuzzi and half of the exercise machines were broken, the pool was dirty (mud and hair were floating in it), so we didn’t manage to use them. Having ordered a sauna for three hours, we ran away after half an hour.
The pool in the courtyard was not even filled with water, which we were not even warned about in advance, although this issue was discussed. No entertainment facilities (discotheques, clubs) worked in the village, although we were assured that everything was working. The only thing that saved us was the restaurants where the food was very good, relatively inexpensive and the interior was pleasing to the eye (unlike a hotel).
