The hotel is new, the design is amazing. Everything is designed in the same style: the design of the territory, halls, rooms, restaurants. I would describe the overall style as "strict chic". Photos of the hotel do not convey the whole picture. Everything in life is much more attractive. Especially the area. Everything is in greenery, in flowers, stunning manicured lawns, illuminated fountains! Even the sun loungers on the beach and by the pool are designer. ;
Check-in at the hotel: quickly, extremely politely, with a smile, soft drinks (water with ice and mint was brought from the bar by the waiter) and snow-white wet towels (to freshen up from the road); The porter picked up the luggage and took us to the room on a mini-mobile.
Rooms: We had a chance to live in two types of rooms. We ordered a suite and lived in it for 5 days. Everything was excellent, but the sea view was partial. We decided to try changing to a room with a direct sea view. I didn’t count on the success of the event, especially. It was obvious that the hotel was full. Expressed a request to the administrator on the reception. And knowing that the difference between a suite and a regular room is not big, I immediately said that in the absence of a suite with a sea view, we would agree to a regular room. We want a view! We were promised to do everything possible, and the very next day they offered to see the room. As a result, the remaining 10 days we had a stunning view from the balcony of the sea and the island opposite. The difference between rooms of different categories is really minimal: a regular room is a little smaller, but quite spacious, there are no bathrobes, there are slippers here and there. An additional smaller sofa of a different color (we didn’t use it - we didn’t care), there is no glass coffee table (it doesn’t matter either - there was where to put the books). Here, perhaps, is the difference. Judge for yourself whether it is critical for you or not. There is one remark about the bathroom (they are the same in all rooms) - the glass partition is not so wide as to prevent water from pouring onto the floor while taking a shower. In principle, it is not critical, there is a towel on the floor, but they could think over such a nuance.
In general, it should be noted that although the hotel is located in an amphitheater (three levels above the sea), not all rooms have a sea view, so if possible, specify this nuance immediately when booking a room.
Territory: as already mentioned - everything is very beautiful, clean, constant watering, greenery is bright, well-groomed, lawns, fountains, round bushes - respect for gardeners!!!!
Beach: The only facilities on the beach are showers. I would like to think that this is a temporary flaw that will be fixed and as a result a toilet and something like a kiosk with soft drinks will be added. Pebbles small and large. Without swimming shoes, entry / exit from the sea will be very problematic. I recommend to buy. You can buy on the spot - they are sold in the mini-market on site. I will not say the price - we had our own. Sun loungers, umbrellas, towels - everything is free both at the pool and on the beach. Towels are provided at the pool and on the beach. BUT! Only from 9 am. So if anyone plans to sunbathe early, take towels to the room in the evening so that in the morning you will not be tied to the time of the scourge of the fight. On the beach, they make sure that only hotel guests rest there. It's nice too. Although the beach is not big, there were always sun loungers. They stand in one or two lines, which is good, because there is no Brownian movement of people between the sunbeds - no one walks on your head. The sea is clean, without jellyfish, algae, hedgehogs and other nonsense. Cool, but we were even pleased. The wind is constantly blowing, sometimes very strong, at first annoying, then you get used to it and nothing
Pools: Exceeded expectations. Photos on the hotel website fully convey the beauty and quality! The view from the main pool is breathtaking. Chlorine is present, but does not hurt the eyes, the water circulation is well established, the bottom is cleaned every morning. No mold, debris, sand - just super! ! There are several jacuzzis, water massage. All this right in two outdoor pools from the sea. Top class! ! There is a swimming pool at the main bar - quite large, there are usually fewer people there because there is no sea view. It doesn't have a jacuzzi.
Food: delicious, varied, high quality! Desserts are very tasty! Everything is always fresh! Drinks at breakfast are free (coffee, tea, water, fruit drinks from the machine - such as juices, fresh - very diluted). At dinner, all drinks are paid. We usually took 1 liter of water (2.5 euros), and then we went to the bar and ordered something else there. The bar has a good selection of spirits (judging by the standing bottles), BUT the cocktails, unfortunately, are very mediocre. ; After tasting mojito and daiquiri, I realized that it is better to drink wine, martini, Baileys - at least you get the taste you are used to. So I advise you to drink drinks in their pure form.
Service: a solid 5. Everyone is courteous, smiling (and sincerely), what struck me the most - thank you for the tip. In restaurants and bars it goes without saying - you always hear "thank you", but for the first time in my life I was so warmly thanked by the maids and porters for regularly leaving tips !!
Audience: respectable. Mostly couples, both young and not very young (70% percent), families with adult children (about 20%), and the rest are vacationers with small children. There were very few of our tourists at the beginning; mostly Germans, British, Dutch, Italians, French. Then the audience from Russia and Ukraine increased. But everyone behaved exceptionally decently, they did not observe drunkenness and debauchery.
Location: The hotel is the last in the chain in this part of the coast. The bus stops right outside the hotel and for 1.30-1.40 you are in the city in 10 minutes. The town is very pleasant - there is where to sit, drink, eat, just take a walk. Very comfortably! Buses run frequently, on schedule, in my opinion until 4 am. You can get the timetable at the reception.
Other:
The hotel has a spa - they offer a good program. On the territory of the SPA, for the convenience of those leaving the hotel after 12, there is a comfortable room where you can take a shower, change clothes, even lockers with lockable compartments. Of course, it's free. Suitcases are left in a special room at the reception.
The entertainment program (themed evenings in the main bar) is rather weak. For three. In my opinion, it is insulting for a hotel of this level to invite such cheap shows. Let's hope they experiment. So those who want entertainment should go to the city.
