Comfortable cozy rooms, took a room with two bedrooms, a hall and a kitchenette. Spacious, light, good furniture, provide all the necessary utensils. Clean, cleaned the room every other day. The staff is very hospitable and attentive.
The beach is sandy, sunbeds are free, not bad, but there are better beaches on Corfu, we rented a car, traveled a lot around the island, drove into picturesque bays, had picnics. It was great. There is a parking lot, very convenient, no need to look for where to leave the car. Small swimming pool with a terrace for relaxation, fresh water.
Breakfast is the same every day, but you can have a cup of coffee and a hearty snack (baked, cheese and sausage cuts, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. ).
We had a great rest, we recommend the apartments, and the price is good and there is a homely spiritual atmosphere.
This was our first visit to Corfu and definitely not the last. We stayed at the Alexandra Resort. Small family run budget hotel.
The hotel is located in the south of the islets in the village of Kavos. Kavos is a center for youth. There is a lot of entertainment (bars, discos, taverns). We were worried that it would be noisy. But the hotel is in a quiet location, away from all this fuss. Also the first coastline. The beach is clean, sun loungers and umbrellas are free. The hotel also has a bar and a swimming pool.
The apartments are quite decent. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. They lived on the second floor. There was air conditioning, it is for an additional fee. We didn't use it. They just opened the balcony. Cleaned well, towels changed regularly.
Breakfast at the hotel is modest. We dined and dined in taverns or cooked ourselves. There are shops nearby.
The tour guides are very good. Interesting and excellent organization. We took 3 excursions, and they gave us a fourth as a gift. We bought a survey of the island, Meteora and a picnic on the ship. And as a gift we received an evening trip to the city of Kerkyra.
Meteors are amazing. The most beautiful place I have ever seen. Definitely worth visiting there. And we are not tired at all.
On the overview of the island, I really liked Achillion and Paleokastritsa.
A picnic on the ship is great, fun and incendiary. Also the food is delicious. The captain is just smart.
Walked very well in the city. In the evening it was just not hot and very pleasant.
