At dinner, there were all kinds of meat (rabbit, duck, pork, chicken), there was an unlimited amount of ice cream, fruits: melon, watermelon, oranges, canned peaches! At the entrance to the dining room, you put on a mask and disposable gloves and pour everything yourself (as usual).
Cleanliness : everything is very clean !!! ! Room cleaning every day!! ! No complaints!!!!
We had one caveat: the first night we could not sleep, the air conditioner did not work. We contacted the front desk the next day. Manulis, the guy - the owner, as we understood (he speaks good Russian) gave us another room for overnight stays, until he solved the problem (called the master). Therefore, we had 2 rooms for 2 days))) All requests were fulfilled with a sense of duty and friendliness !!!
On the day of departure, we left the rooms at 12-00 (as expected), but Manulis did not leave us with the children on the street and gave a free room before the departure time (at 18-00). Big thanks to him!!!!
And yes, most importantly: all the photos on the sites are outdated !!! ! This place has been recently renovated!
P. S: we liked the hospitality so much that our friends will go there already in August, and we will definitely give Manulis a present from us !! !

We had a tiny, cozy, cute room for two. The furniture is not worn out, the textiles are new, the package is not cheap, it's nice to step on. In the morning, the view from the window to the flowers is magnificent. There was no kitchenette in the room, but a kettle, a tray with some utensils and a fridge were. In the morning, brew coffee-tea-cocoa, by the way, the tap water there is wonderful, tasty, detox, boiled by us everywhere we use (we never bought bottled water). These are pluses, of the minuses - the size of the room, who is used to small sizes - not a problem, who is in the mansions, legs are bruised like mine, but you can put up with this, for the sake of wonderful other moments. Kitchen. What they just didn’t write, from scarcity and monotony, to bad taste and disgust. Friends, it's insanely delicious, insanely!!! . . I am a gourmet, capricious and picky, the chef pleased me 100%. For breakfast, there are always yogurts and cereals, cucumber-tomatoes, oranges, butter-jams and beans (as I understand it for vegans, which is very interesting and wonderful). Eggs boiled, fried, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with vegetables or mushrooms, cheeses and hams, fried sausages or sausages, something different every morning. Dinner. Cucumber-tomatoes, pizza and stew are constant. This stew deserves special mention, soft, juicy, tasty. Chef for him a separate respect. There are two Russian channels. The pool is cleaned every morning, who is not too lazy to get up before 7 am, can be convinced of this. I calmly practiced my yoga by the pool from 6 to 7 and no one disturbed me. Dinner. The hotel has a tavern, the cook is the same, which means delicious. We tried a lot of things, liked the most: sword fish, grilled mix and octopus (! ), It was a masterpiece (photo). The room consisted of three rooms - a kitchen-dining room-entrance hall with one bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. There was also a persistent smell of mold, which was absorbed by clothes and, especially, leather items. . For breakfast every day there was the same set of "dishes" - cereal, half-dried bread, two types of jam, boiled eggs, yogurt, or cucumbers or tomatoes, cake, cookies, ham and cheese (as we later found out - the cheapest), honey, coffee - horror, the cheapest tea in bags - black and green, two types of juice very strongly diluted from powder - as if orange and perfect unlike anything, but very sour second. The playground is actually located not on green grass, as shown in the photo, but on a dirty earthen plot. Our room was on the ground floor and for two weeks we regularly escorted out of it either lizards or rather impressive cockroaches. There are very few guests in the hotel. I completely agree with booking - the hotel does not even reach 1 star. The rooms are cleaned badly, the floors are washed every three days, the towels are old and torn, so they used their own. The location is very unfortunate - right next to the roadway, no sidewalks. The approach to the hotel is quite dangerous, especially for families with children. The beach is far to go - 15-20 minutes on a hilly area. And the climbs are very steep. Not close to the city either. So if there is no plan to rent a car - in no case do not choose these apartments. Prices in the shop at the hotel are exactly twice as high as in other places, and the choice is also amazing. The only positive is the Venus restaurant. They are not directly related to the hotel, they just rent a room, but they feed for dinner. Therefore, dinners, according to other tourists, are quite worthy. The food in the restaurant is decent and the prices are not the highest. We are very disappointed as our tour operator marketed this hotel as 3 stars. I am very surprised to read the rave reviews. I add real photos of the hotel. The price does not match the quality, because the quality simply does not exist. Do not believe those who sell the hotel as 3 or 4 stars. In general, guides from Pegasus are zero !! ! The food is great everywhere, no matter where you go. This hotel is for those who are not afraid of their roads and rent a car, it may be cheaper here, but when they returned home they found out that the all-inclusive hotel cost 45t. We paid 10 euros for the safe, air conditioning was free. Our room was 111, on the second floor. We do not recommend the bungalow, as it is damp and smells of mold. The village of Anissaras, where the hotel was located, is a very picturesque place, and you can go to Heraklion yourself, because from the Royal Knossos Hotel, which is a stone's throw away, every day there is a 9-plus (morning) bus.
