The hotel is simple but has everything you need. Our room had a great kitchenette and a spacious balcony. As well as a kettle and everything for tea and coffee. Pleased with soap accessories.

Therefore, it is very good that the girl met us, called Rimmi, translated everything and told. We were given a room, we could go to dinner at 7 o'clock, and the official settlement was the next day. Every day the hotel has a Russian-speaking reception (except Tuesday). The hotel is very basic. There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, so it was stuffy.
The studio rooms looked small. The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. There were no problems with cleaning, the hotel was clean. The food is good, the choice is sufficient, tasty. For breakfast, sausage, cheese, olives, yogurt, pastries, eggs, sometimes bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers. Meat, vegetables appear for lunch and dinner, sometimes there were some pizza evenings (3 types of pizza each). Drinks even on the half board system are free. There is a playground on site, but not big. We rarely rested by the pool. To the sea at a slow pace with the children, we reached in 7-10 minutes. The water is wonderful, clear, but the waves were constantly here... for us, this is a minus. It’s good that there is a lagoon beach to the right along the embankment, there are no waves there, but there are a lot of people there.
There is no animation in the hotel, but we went to other hotels a couple of times, no one seemed to be outraged : )
We took the children to the "children's fun" program. We visited a dino park, an aquarium and a foundry, which our guys are delighted with. He and the master made their own bronze items. Super! Recommended for children over 6 years old! Well, my husband and I left our younger ones under the supervision of the eldest one evening and went to the Cretan evening. Delicious food, wine, live music, sirtaki - had fun with my husband in full.
We didn’t take sightseeing tours, but, to be honest, we regret it, because we didn’t really explore the island, which means we’ll be back again! I express my gratitude to the hotel management and all the staff. Have a wonderful holiday everyone!

Since we have 2 sons, we decided to go on an excursion "Lassithi-Cave of Zeus". We were satisfied, as were my husband and children! An incredible cave equipped with stairs and lighting. For children there is a local "taxi" - donkeys, with which you can climb into the cave. Then we went to the family pottery workshop. There we were told about the cup of justice and showed it in action. The children also made a clay pot with their own hands, and we took it as a memory of our trip. I also bought natural cosmetics based on olive oil. And then we had lunch in the eco-park, this is the last stop of our route. Traditional dishes and the highlight of the table is lamb, which is cooked on an open side fire! The meat just melts in your mouth. . . My sons really liked the zoo in this park.
One day we also decided to visit the Cretan Aquarium and Dinopark, which were located near the hotel. Definitely recommend to go there if you are with kids! Dinopark features life-sized dinosaurs that move like real ones. In the aquarium we got acquainted with the inhabitants of the Mediterranean basin: sharks, fish, mollusks, algae.
This trip will forever remain in our memory, and we will definitely return to Crete more than once!

Let me tell you, I liked everything. I'll start with the flight: we flew from Moscow with the Ellinair airline - everything was fine. Departure and arrival are exactly on schedule, very friendly flight attendants and delicious food.
We arrived in the morning, at about 10:30, upon arrival we were met by a representative of our tour operator and after we were taken to breakfast. It was carried out, which surprised me the most. Almost by the hand they showed where and what is located. We checked into the room at about 12:30, we just had time to have breakfast and take a walk around the neighborhood. The rooms in the hotel are really good, I can say with confidence that the price matches the quality. We did not expect something impossible for the amount of money that we paid for the rest, but the hotel is really very comfortable, clean, well-groomed and you feel at home there.
The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, the beach is good, sandy and the entrance, and the beach itself, but keep in mind that sunbeds and umbrellas are paid extra there.
The hotel food is very good, maybe there is not a huge selection of dishes, but what they have is very tasty!
A Russian-speaking girl, Lyudmila, also works at the reception, who immediately responded to all my requests and could help with good advice. Representatives of the company in the hotel worked very professionally, also very friendly and attentive girls, for which special thanks to them!

The bus stop is right next to the hotel. We liked everything - would return to Crete again. I nevertheless made a conclusion for myself - in Greece you can safely book 3 * hotels. The most important thing is that the Greeks respect cleanliness, so no living creatures, dirt, mold, unpleasant smells are ever found in inexpensive hotels. And in our restaurant, too, everything was clean and tidy. If I am going to Greece again, I will not overpay money for expensive hotels.
