I booked a hotel for 17 days
The hotel is rented by a mother and son (Bulgarians), very unpleasant people, very greedy and incorrect in communication. The hotel provided Booking with completely incorrect information about the conditions of accommodation and additional payments! When checking in, it turned out that the air conditioner costs 7 euros / day, and the refrigerator 4 euros / day, this was not indicated when booking. The room was not cleaned for 3 days, then they asked for an additional payment for extra services. They brought a dirty towel, after 3 days they said that I have to pay for extra dry cleaning (allegedly I ruined it) and if I don’t pay, they will evict me in 10 minutes. I bought bleach on principle, I didn’t even make an effort - the towel became cleaner than new! The next day I went to the police and told this arbitrariness, because it was scary to live in a hotel, they could steal my passport. You can’t bring food to the room, bottles also because it’s hard for his mother (she cleaned the rooms) to take out the garbage, they said let them come from the grocery store and clean the room! The hotel does not have a pool as stated on the website.
The second guest was supposed to come to my double room, the reception said that there would be no problems with the check-in, as a result, upon arrival, he was not allowed into the hotel because he was not registered from the first day of my stay! As a result, we rented another hotel for 4 days. On the day of departure, we arrived to pick up things, my guest was not allowed to help me lower my suitcase and called the police, explaining that they were protecting me from my own friend! Upon the arrival of the police, I explained everything in sufficient detail, they were shocked by his behavior, it is a pity that he was not fined for such actions! Apparently he was reprimanded in Greek for such actions, I understood this from his facial expression! The policemen apologized to me for his actions.
