The hotel itself is not large, the territory is not large, while there was a small pool, but no one swam there, everyone rested on the sea. This is more of a hostel than a hotel, but everything was working in the room, everything was clean. We got a lot of pleasure from the rest. The beach, although it is close, but there all the beaches are private, filled with paid sun loungers. We, of course, found a loophole, how to get around these sun loungers, and went to the beach, which was 50-60 meters from the hotel. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity, there are grocery stores and hardware stores and toys and clothes, you name it. And along the beach restaurants, cafes. For us, as for not picky tourists, a normal hotel and a great holiday.

We bought a tour to the Simple Hersonissos Sun 2 * hotel and it was just awful, so the next day we moved to Simple Hersonissos Blue 2 *. In the first hotel, both service and food are just on guard. Regarding cleaning - this is a family hotel, a deuce and one person is cleaned in all rooms (our wonderful Antonia). Bed linen and towels are changed every 6 days (we had six different towels for two)). Many sockets, two bedside tables, dressing table, chairs, table, wardrobe.
Nutrition. Great, really. In this connection, compatriots who constantly whine about this are wildly annoying. (Then go to Turkey for a week, three and eat soy for a week to compare). There is always meat, and very diverse - beef, pork, chicken. Meat casseroles, liver, fish, shish kebabs, stuffed peppers, meatballs, vegetable lasagna... yes, I will never have so much variety in food in my whole life. Side dishes are also always different, and for dinner they differ from those that were at lunch (no need to write here that dinner is leftovers from lunch, nothing like that) - potatoes in various forms, pastas (not just pasta, but with mushrooms or ham, well, etc. ). There are many traditional dishes)) For breakfast, ham, cheese, three types of muesli, yogurt, chocolate paste, bread, butter, jam, eggs. If something runs out, they change it very quickly. Nobody left hungry.
Bar. Well, everything is very good here. Wine white and red, natural (no dyes), crayfish, ouzo, brandy, beer. All worthy. Juices are bred, but quite good. There is always cola and sprite, as well as ice. Even despite the fact that there are self-service and a lot of Russians resting - everyone is brought up quite quickly, there was always enough for everyone.
Staff. This is also top notch. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, unobtrusive (again, those who have been in Turkey will be able to compare), but caring. Separately, I want to thank Kostas)) When we missed dinner because of the excursion, they noticed it and offered to feed it.
The hotel area is small, but everything is good here too - there are tables under a canopy on the street, a pool, sunbeds. This last one was very successful for us, because we didn’t want to spend too much on the beach (we threw towels and swam), but sunbathed already at the hotel.
It is located near the center, close to everything. We went to the beach to the left, there is a spacious sandy beach with a pleasant entry, after New York. Clubs and bars are also all to the left, but the town is not a party place, everything is quite calm. Everything closes after twelve, only a couple of clubs remain open.
In general, everything was very pleasant, many thanks to everyone.

Not dirty, but not clean, everything in the room causes a feeling of disgust.
HOTEL.
There is a swimming pool, but seeing the state of the hotel and plumbing, I did not want to use it. The feeling that no one is engaged in the hotel, from the staff one manager who does not care.
SUMMARY.
The hotel can only be suitable as an economy option for students. The rest - if you take it - get ready for the worst, you can live in a hotel - but lovers of aesthetics and hygiene are better off going somewhere else. We paid for the hotel for 9 days, we could not live there - we moved to another hotel, for 55 euros / night we rented a two-room apartment in the very center on the embankment overlooking the sea with marble in the bathroom and absolutely new!
There are a lot of new cozy hotels on the embankment, which Averinos is not even a match for.
