The rooms are tiny rooms that look like utility rooms for the staff. There is no bathroom, there is a toilet bowl and a shower hangs 50 cm from it (there is no curtain, everything is in the water). By the way, hot water in the hotel is also not always available, as it turned out.
We lived only one night at the hotel (although we arrived for a week) and realized that it would be flour, not rest, and moved to another hotel (in fact, we didn’t even feel sorry for the money).
As for the staff, namely the one who sits at the reception desk and greets guests - is called the "master", but looks like a cleaner, all dirty and rude. At first, he didn’t want to check in at all, allegedly we give him the wrong voucher, although he already had the key to our room. When we asked if we could change the room, he answered something like say thank you that there is one.
The food is of terrible quality, it is immediately clear that they are also saving on this.
There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel, neighboring establishments catch a little and then with great difficulty.
Russian vacationers the whole hotel, I don’t know how they live there, I really sympathize.
This was my 14th trip to Crete and I definitely will never recommend this hotel to anyone, there are much better options for the same money and cleaner and bigger and cozier rooms and friendlier staff and tastier food.
