Immediately signed up for a free 15 minutes of massage, then for 60 euros they got high for almost an hour, the massage therapist Yulia is just a magician. And on the same day signed up for a la carte. They have this restaurant for free, go all you want. Traditional Cretan cuisine, insanely delicious. By the way, the main restaurant also always has an excellent choice, a lot of things and cooked deliciously. My wife ate all kinds of herbs and was happy with a large selection of vegetables, and I got high from the abundance of meat, tried gyros (like shawarma, but many times tastier and more satisfying), the fish is very tasty and seafood. I liked the bar, snacks, cocktails, tea - coffee, everything is in place.
The room is the most ordinary, quite spacious, the furniture is decent, clean, cleaned daily, tips were left whenever possible. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, table with chairs, tea and coffee set, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. Free internet throughout, worked well.
The pool is great, there is where to swim. The sandy beach is 10 minutes walk, we mostly rode the shuttle bass, Nikas is a very cheerful driver. Sunbeds on the beach are paid, 6 euros.
The village of Gouves is very quiet and calm, there is nothing special to do there. We rented a car, went to Hersonissos to clubs. Cool Palm Beach and Scorpio. Once we went to Heraklion, nothing, but not really very interesting. But once will go. They gave us a discount at the hotel shop. In general, the sea, the sun, the bar, the club - a recipe for a great holiday. By the way, there were few small children in the hotel, no one yelled, so everything is super.

Furniture (wardrobe, bed, table, chairs) in good condition. Bathroom with good fittings. Towels were changed daily and cleaned well. The staff are all very friendly and sociable, easily found a common language with everyone.
Satisfied with the food, especially if you take all inclusive. A varied menu, a lot of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, sweets. There are two restaurants on the territory of the hotel: in the first one there is a buffet system, and in the second a la carte restaurant “Kritamos” (there you can book a table for the evening and order a dish of traditional Cretan cuisine) - the cuisine in it is simply excellent !! ! The hotel provides many services: massage (15 min free), cosmetic services, make-up, pedicure, spa treatments. There is also a wide variety of entertainment for every taste and age: tennis court, table tennis, billiards, darts, fitness room, sauna, Turkish bath. As you can see the choice is very large! ! Indoor, outdoor, children's pools, heated, there are rooms with a private pool. How cool to have so many to choose from! Large selection of sun loungers and chairs by the pool. A wonderful plus to the sea is 7 minutes on foot, but especially for the convenience of guests 3 times a day, a free bus takes and takes from the sea.
Excellent free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, you can easily contact your loved ones, work on the Internet or just watch something. The hotel also has free parking, which is also important. To be honest, I probably wrote only half of the services that the hotel provides, since we did not have time to get around everything and try everything))

The only negative is that it is far from the sea, although everything is provided here, there is transport to the beach and back. If you walk, then 15 minutes.
There is nothing near the hotel, but in principle the entire infrastructure is within walking distance, you can take a walk. But slept just fine. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.

We arrived late in the evening, we didn’t have time for dinner, but we were pleasantly surprised that a separate guide ordered a late dinner for us in advance. We were met at the hotel no less warmly, upon arrival they gave us juice and wet towels.
