Excellent hotel! We rest in it with the family for the second time. Excellent food, good rooms (in traditional Cretan style), two pools, three bars. This year we made a small playground. There are very few tourists from Russia. Mostly European pensioners rest here. This is a relaxing hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time! I liked it very much. Just 3 minutes walk to the beach. We rested in early June, the sea was already warm. During the day you could lie by the pool overlooking the sea. The food was very tasty, my husband loves meat and there were just different dishes every day, and sausages and meatballs and my favorite fish.

You could sit down in the restaurant at cozy tables overlooking the sea, in the evening they always put a vase with a red rose for dinner, very romantic)))
The hotel area is quite cozy and very quiet, it feels like a separate small village. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, so there were no problems with understanding at all.
Directly opposite the hotel there is a small shop where we took water when we went for a walk in the city or along the promenade. In the evening it is very lively, a large number of taverns! But we liked walking near the sea more. In general, we were very pleased with the time spent, enjoyed it a lot and want to return to Greece again!! !

I spent my vacation in Crete, at the Silva Beach Hotel, the place is amazing, in a busy city, the hotel is built in the traditional Cretan style, there are a lot of flowers and greenery on the territory of the hotel, everything resembles a cozy mountain village, except for the proximity to the road.
The rooms are good, spacious, without unnecessary frills and pathos, correspond to 4 stars.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one of which is located right next to the beach, and the other in the center of the hotel, the one on the beach with sea water.
The hotel's beach is "peculiar", divided in two, there are minuses in the rocky-pebble part, but the sandy beach is excellent! The sea in July is warm and pleasant, you can sit in the water for hours!
The food is a separate plus of the hotel, the dishes were very appetizing, special thanks for the Asian corner.
The staff at the hotel knows well and does their job, the waiters are great, the maids did not disturb and cleaned very well, even without a tip. English-speaking girls work at the hotel reception, they are always happy to answer your questions! The word "problem" is not in this hotel.
The only drawback of the hotel for me was the fact that there were almost no compatriots and few young people, but I found them in other places: there are many clubs, bars and discos near the hotel, where I mostly went in the evening.
For several days I visited the nearby Star Beach Hotel, where most active young people rest, but there were too many people there.
I met Russian-speaking tourists from France at the hotel and went with them to the uninhabited island of Chrissi! It was an unforgettable adventure!!!
I will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Our settlement went off with a bang. After reading reviews about living in the basement, we immediately asked for a higher room (our tour packer included accommodation in the Anex double room). What was our surprise when we opened the doors of the room: 2-room premise of approximately 40 sq. m. , one of them is a bedroom with a large LCD TV, 2 air conditioners, a large wardrobe, a dressing table and bedside tables; the second room has a single bed, refrigerator, LCD TV, air conditioning, dining table and chairs. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea. Our 3-story building was across a narrow, uninhabited road. In general, we were satisfied with what we saw. As it turned out later, people who purchased more expensive rooms lived in conditions that were inferior to ours (smaller rooms).
2) beach - all beaches in Hersonissos are free, sun loungers on the beach are for an additional fee, beach towels are not provided (provided only for visiting the pools (there are 2 of them with sea water in this hotel). The beach at the hotel is sandy, but entering the sea not very convenient, because the bottom is rocky (the stones are large, slippery, and sometimes sharp). The water in the sea during our stay did not exceed 22 degrees. The sea was constantly stormy. But it was possible to swim.
3) the territory of the hotel is always clean and well maintained. The pools are cleaned every morning, because during the night they get plastic glasses)). Lots of greenery and flowers, the music plays quietly in the bars, so you can take a nap near the pools. It is worth noting that the hotel does not accept tourists with children under 14, so it is always quiet and calm there. The main part of the tourists - the British, Germans, French, Italians, Poles. Russians and Ukrainians were 20 percent (but quiet and calm). Animation is not particularly active and relaxed.
4) meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner are held in the main restaurant, there are no queues, the choice of food is quite extensive, during the week the proposed assortment changed daily. In the intervals between the main meals in bars, you can drink unlimited amounts of beer, carbonated drinks (cola, sprite, fanta), water, tea, coffee, and ice cream in bars.
In general, the rest corresponds to the money that we paid.

There are also 2 swimming pools on site, near which even after dinner you can find a couple of free sun loungers. Fans of night walks will also find a lot of interesting things: a large number of bars and discos throughout the street. All that's left is to save money. I was especially pleased with the black cactus, there are just excellent bartenders and delicious cocktails. 3 times even Russian songs included : )) In general, the rest was a success!

There are a lot of people in the hotel, but it is not felt. The linen was changed every day. The animation is beautiful, varied, the guys work responsibly, correctly, fun, everything is clear. The only "BUT" is the entry into the sea, but it is inconvenient, large stones, in a word, it is inconvenient to enter the sea, so it's better to swim right from the shore : )! The overall impression is excellent. Germans, Italians, French, Turks, Poles, Belgians, Ukrainians and 40% Russians have a rest, mainly Moscow and St. Petersburg. The hotel is located at the very end of Hersonissos, which is very convenient, all the shops are within walking distance, the prices are very reasonable! Goods made in Greece and Italy, full compliance with price and quality. This also applies to restaurants and bars in the village! In short, we did not want to leave, we plan to return. By the way, this hotel is one of the best on this coast (Hersonissos)!
