Refrigerator - in the room, free of charge, of the minuses - a paid safe only at the reception (for most rooms it is Cactus Beach) and paid WIFI, but this is an island, and, most likely, a free network will only be in a cafe for visitors.

The room is even worse than the territory, with old, falling apart furniture, and the bathroom is meter by meter and this is not a joke, to get out you have to step over the toilet (see photo). A paid safe at the reception, BUT this is not a safe, but old bank boxes that only fit passports and a wallet. What do you do with your camera when you don't want to take it with you?
Food. Knowing how well the Greeks cook, tasty and varied, BUT this is not about this hotel. I had to take only breakfast and eat on the street. This is advice! With all inclusive, we ate dinner and sometimes dined in a cafe outside. We especially liked Christos, delicious.

You just need to choose nearby routes and take breaks. We are a couple of days in the hotel, three - on the road at least for half a day. Daughter is 4 years old. The only negative was the lack of Russian animation for children, children's discos were mostly in German, since the vast majority of children there are from Germany. But 2 animators speak Russian tolerably, and in the kids club they could speak Russian children. Indeed, the village of Stalida, in which this hotel is located, is a very nice place, and souvenirs there are the cheapest in the Heraklion district. All in all I would recommend this hotel!
