I liked the rest. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, there are many flowering trees and beautiful plants on the territory. The cuisine is magnificent, varied, for every taste ! ! Both waiters and restaurant workers work well. .
The staff is extremely kind and friendly - from receptionists to bartenders and maids. An international team of animators - young people from Germany, Portugal, Bulgaria, Switzerland and Holland - works harmoniously, amicably, cheerfully and "on conscience", offering sports activities and arranging evening shows - programs. Russian animators work only in the club, with children. The son was three times and really praised the interactive and outdoor games that Olya, Nastya and Vladimir conducted... Of the minuses, it should be noted the bad beach, namely the entry into the sea - huge boulders and shallow water (it’s impossible to swim, you have to hobble, injuring your legs) In calm water, the water is sometimes icy, sometimes warm, it’s hard to get used to. It only mixes in a storm. The smell of diesel fuel was felt only once out of ten days that we rested. If you rent a car, then there are many beautiful sandy beaches in the Heraklion area. Everyone praises the beach in the bay in Bali, but we personally did not get there. Vali on the Libyan Sea, however, although it is in the south of the island, it is cold and the wind raises the sand, which "whips" on vacationers, it is not pleasant enough)))
In general, I think that the hotel has much more pluses than minuses and I recommend relaxing there with the family. Young people will not like the lack of nightlife there, after 23-00 it is quiet and calm on the territory.
