I had to call the guide from the host (Carlos), he did not pick up the phone, then at the meeting he asked - did you call? ...The hotel contacted the host and resolved issues regarding our accommodation. We were shown a fax from the host which clearly stated that we should be provided with 1 double and 1 single ...which the hotel had prepared for us.
They took one double to start and waited for the second double. Theodora (as Zadornov says, the receptionist) offered to take a twin room, but we refused. 20 minutes later, we were given the second double. The hotel believes that the host is to blame - they sent the wrong fax. In the process, I called the agent of the sending party, unfortunately it was Saturday and therefore she could not help me right away, since she had a day off, but on Monday she called me back in the morning and asked if everything was fine with us and if her help was needed. People who had everything clearly with numbers received numbers very quickly.

We had 2 doubles side by side. Through the balcony you can climb between them. One room has a shower, the other has a bath. Beds are single shifted. There is a sofa. The balconies are big. The room has a full-fledged small refrigerator (not a minibar, but a small refrigerator). There is no kettle. There is a TV panel on the wall.
The rooms are clean, as for 4-ki normal and the cleaning in them is also normal (the dollar / euro was not left, but the skins from dried fish were not hung on the ceiling). There is soap and shower gel and shampoo in the room - as usual, not a “fountain”, it’s better to take it with you or buy it in a store across the street (I can’t wash with hotel soap - I always take such things with me).
When booking, you need to take a room with a sea view - the sun stays in the room until 10-30 / 11-00, then the shade and you can open the balcony - there will be no heat. The view of the road can be annoying, because in the evenings they rush in cars with loud music, but these are trifles. Rooms in a bungalow - well, this is completely an amateur: on the one hand, he went out through the balcony door to the street and lay down on the lawn, on the other hand, cats can also come to visit through the open door, and take ants with them ...It’s also not clear to me how to these bungalows can have a sea view… well, maybe from the second floor…

As for alcohol: local beer, wine - as much as you like, strong alcohol - I still did not understand whether it was for a fee, or for free (I was not interested in it). Wine in the main restaurant, you have to take beer yourself: you take a bottle of wine and drink, there are 2 varieties of white, pink and red. You also pour beer yourself (I took a water bottle and poured beer into it - very convenient).
The food is different - there is fish, meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, lamb). Usually 2 types of fish and 2 types of meat, sometimes more. Didn't count on purpose. It’s hard to leave hungry - they are either completely gourmets, or they confused 5 * and 4 * and forgot how much they paid. Lots of cheese. Salads with mayonnaise or yogurt - well, you yourself understand that we didn’t finish it in the morning, we finish it in the evening ...
On Thursdays for dinner there were "royal" prawns.

Please note: there is a menu in Russian, but the numbers of the dishes do not match the English version! It is better to order in the English version. The prices are the same on the menu, but the names do not match, so they may not bring the dish that was ordered. Lunch for two adults with wine, seafood was 50 euros with a tip (tip is determined by yourself). Main dishes are served with a side dish! After asking for the bill, they bring some fruit and crayfish (moonshine), our children also brought ice cream.
For non-smokers: Greeks smoke, visitors to Greece also smoke! Be prepared that everyone will smoke in restaurants in the open area. Therefore, when choosing a table in a restaurant, choose non-smoking neighbors.

The room key is a real blast from the past! Just a key with a keychain - a magnet. A heavy little thing and she is alone ...That is, if a husband and wife live in the room and the husband decided to stay in the bar in the evening, then: the wife may not let her into the room, she will know exactly what time and in what condition she came ....Again, if the child was put to sleep, then taking the key away, the power supply is turned off. Of course, you can try to unhook the key fob from the key ....So I would recommend changing the locks and keys.

General conclusion:

A big plus, in my opinion, is the location of the hotel - 6 km from Heraklion, in the town of Amoudara. By taxi or public transport it is very convenient to get to the sights of the island. The airport is also 12 km away. The transfer is hassle-free. I think it will be good here for families with children and young people. !! ! Everything was great! We will definitely come back here again!

They really don’t wash the glasses, you have to choose the dishes in the restaurant, there are few children’s chairs, but we were pleased with the Greek tavern and the Italian restaurant (you can go for free once a week). Mosquitoes are a real problem, my daughter was bitten all over, there is no special children's food (the child ate from the common table), but the food is varied and fresh.

The staff is very friendly, close to the airport, the host was Mouzenidis Travel - everything worked out clearly (meeting, seeing off, guide). The pharmacy is nearby, there is also Carrefour nearby (if you need anything for the child). There was a problem with sun loungers after 10 am, there were hedgehogs (slippers were needed), the beach was cleaned, it was not so hot during a storm, but the child still swam in the waves and was happy. I recommend! Only a flight - not by Aeroflot! . .
