The undoubted advantage of this hotel is the location on the 1st line of the beautiful sea and a very helpful manager at the reception Nicholas. The staff does not speak Russian. Otherwise, in our opinion, the hotel draws on solid 3 *, and not 4 or 5, as they say on other sites. First we were settled on the 1st semi-basement floor, then after several soft but persistent requests we were moved to 3rd. Each of these rooms had its own zest: 1st very loud refrigerator and humid air in the room; in the second, creaking beds, a falling out socket for keys. Old furniture in the rooms. When you go out to the balcony, there is a mosquito net, it's big + maybe in the evening there are hungry mosquitoes on the balcony and in the garden, take cream : )
Beach. There are no slides or water parks. Despite attempts to clean the beach, it is dirty and the sand is not yellow, but a grayish tint. The entry into the sea is smooth from a meter-long strip of medium and large pebbles, further the sand is already yellow, and the farther, the lighter) then a couple of meters deep and further 200 meters deep, then waist-deep, then chest-deep, then you can swim. Umbrellas and sun loungers have seen a lot, you can upgrade, there are no mattresses and towels. But there are "runners" from the hotel, which will bring you chilled drinks and food from the tavern at the hotel. Prices on the beach: beer 4-4.5 €, juice 3.5 € alcoholic cocktail 7.5 € something like a hot dog 3.5 € You can’t eat and drink on the hotel beach what you can buy in a supermarket, only on an unorganized beach nearby .
Food. The breakfasts are good. The hotel has a tavern. The menu includes several grilled dishes, salads, seafood. There are no desserts, cakes, children's menu. In the first three days it is very tasty, then the grill and the same seasoning in different types of meat get bored. Prices in the menu are an order of magnitude higher than in Kallikratia. If you don't feel like going down to the tavern, you can order food to your room. We really did not like that there are only beaches around and there are no shops or cafes near the hotel, they do not sell fruits and souvenirs. To all this, you need to take a taxi for 6 € one way or walk 40-50 minutes one way. If you go on foot - there are many beautiful places along the way where you can take pictures, you can take a taxi back, you just need to know where to find it) The taxi rank is located to the right of the end of the obstacles behind the shops of the main street, not reaching the red church in the center, no identification marks, it's just that at one of the intersections taxi is written on the asphalt, and there is not a single taxi there, you have to wait until the checkered car arrives.
There is a shop about 10 minutes from the hotel: go straight to Kallikratia, the first turn with an asphalt road to the right, then a little more straight and to the left a red one-story dilapidated "supermarket". Do not expect much from him)) works until 9 pm.
In general, if renting a car is not bad, there is nothing to do besides the sea, it is very similar to a cottage by the sea outside the city. All the minuses of this place are blocked by the sea and Nicholas) Have a good rest!
