Hello friends! Like many tourists this year, they faced difficulties in obtaining a visa to Europe, but having defeated the system, they nevertheless achieved their goal, and a three-year visa to Greece was a pleasant surprise. Two years ago, our neighbors rested in this hotel, they returned very satisfied and only with positive reviews. My wife and I got a short vacation, but we decided that a week would be enough. At the reception, the owner Yergos met, kindly provided the keys to the room, remotes, the hotel guide Asel showed us to the room. In the evening we had a welcome meeting, Asel is smart, explained everything in detail, was able to interest. We went on a two-day tour of Athens-Meteora with a guide Panaetom, we decided that this was the most meaningful trip and we were not mistaken - Meteora is a fabulous place, and Athens amaze with its scale and preserved history. We went to Thessaloniki, we must pay tribute to the second capital of Greece, this metropolis does not have so many antique objects, but it seemed more comfortable, I wanted to stay there longer. Began to be interested in real estate, asked our guide to call a specialist. Real estate manager Nikos offered quite attractive prices for apartments in Thessaloniki, now he plans to master his small living space in a European city.
Let's go back to the hotel. In my opinion, an excellent dvoechka, partially repaired. The rooms are small, the balconies overlook the courtyard and the street. The hotel consists of two buildings, between which there is a swimming pool and a garden, there are tables and chairs outside, in the evening you get a good rest with a bottle of Greek wine. The bar is open around the clock, the kitchen pleased every day, especially the dinners prepared by the owner Yergos. His wife works at the reception, Katerina is fluent in English. They work at the bar during the day - Mary, in the evening Tonya, both speak Russian. They cleaned up well and always in our absence, that is, upon returning from the sea, everything was already shining. The hotel did not disappoint, we had a great week, without problems and worries. The rest will be remembered for a long time, and the resulting charge of energy will last for a whole year.

Rested in Greece in early June. We stopped at a small family hotel MALLAS near Thessaloniki in the resort town of Kallikratia. I liked everything - the room is spacious, cozy and clean, safe in the room (free of charge), TV with 2 Russian channels, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer; The bathroom has been refurbished, although a bit cramped. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily and with high quality. The internet was good in the room, which is good news. There is a large balcony, and the territory itself is clean and well-groomed. I had breakfast and dinner included - delicious and homely, a large selection for breakfast, and for dinner the dishes were never repeated, and large portions. The hotel has a swimming pool and a very beautiful courtyard. The presence of a pool is important for me, because I am calm about the sea, I like to alternate it with a pool.
The pool is clean, not very big but not small either. There are tables and chairs in the garden, trees grow, so it is comfortable here in the heat.
Walk 50 meters to the sea, the beach is clean, the entrance is comfortable sandy with small pebbles in some places, the sea is very clean, the water is clear, fish were sometimes found. The sunbeds and umbrellas that stand on the beach all belong to the bars, and therefore they can be borrowed by paying for any drink (water, juice, coffee, etc. ). There are showers and toilets on the beach. There are many shops, bakeries with fresh pastries, cafes, supermarkets, and a church on the main street and on the embankment. There are even a couple of cafes with Russian cuisine (for example, Dolphin) and MOSCOW MARKET with Russian products (Russian-speaking seller). And so, sellers rarely speak Russian, but everyone understands sign language. On Tuesdays, locals come, and a good market of fruits and vegetables, clothing, shoes, sweets and meat and fish opens up. All fresh prices are very pleasant, lower than in supermarkets.
You can get to Thessaloniki by bus, but with a change: first by the Kallikratia-Thessaloniki bus (4 €), and then from the final stop on bus 45 (1 €) to the city center to Aristotle Square. The stop is five minutes from the hotel - along the main street to the right in front of the red brick church - the KTEL sign. It takes about 40 minutes to drive, but it is worth considering that buses tend to be delayed for 20-40 minutes : (
From excursions I visited the island of Santorini with an air flight - it's just an absolute delight! A place of wonderful beauty with red and black sand on the beaches, and other equally attractive objects to visit. I also went to Meteora and to Aridea and Edessa for thermal springs and the largest waterfall in Greece. I liked everything very much, the programs are rich and the guides are professionals.
The hotel hosts are friendly, very friendly and hospitable, the girl Mary works at the bar - she speaks Russian, she is very good, and the cocktails are delicious. The hotel itself is quiet, not noisy. The hotel is very good, I recommend it to everyone. It fully justifies its price. Many thanks to the whole Mallas family, Mary and the hotel staff, also thanks to a separate guide Elena! I'll be back for sure!

Welcome all! I consider it necessary to leave my opinion about the place where I spent my vacation in order to orient future vacationers. I travel a lot and can't sit in one place. I saw a lot of things, visited a lot of places. Even more I like to return to places where I have already rested. Three hours of flight and I'm back in Greece.

Three hours of flight and I'm back in Greece. I had a visa, went on a last-minute tour for 3 nights. We were brought to Nea Kallikratia on the Halkidiki peninsula, the hotel was recommended by my colleagues (they had already stayed there). I stayed at the Mallas Hotel for 3 days and 3 nights. Looks like a homely, comfortable hotel. The hosts are very friendly husband and wife, Yorgos and Katerina. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, a small garden, a seating area. I got a room with a view of the garden. The sea is very close, sandy beach, very shallow. The city is quite developed: shops are on the next street, there are many taverns and beach bars along the sea. Fruit stalls are everywhere, local pastries are everywhere, and three supermarkets are within walking distance.
I really liked the room, everything is in purple colors. Cleanliness was maintained in the room, excellent, change of towels regularly. There were no complaints about food either. The owner himself cooked lunch and dinner. The whole family is involved in the hotel. They know their business and love it very much. Wifi is free. In the hall there is a bar, drinks for an additional fee.
I can advise this hotel for a relaxing holiday, as in the evening there is absolute silence in Kallikratia. In the evenings I walked along the embankment, watched the sunsets of unreal beauty. Olympus can be seen from the beach. Of the minuses, I can only note the lack of a toilet on the beach. Although, if you pay little attention, then it is impossible to spoil the rest. In general, I liked the place. So next time I'm going to Kallikratia again! And by the way, the village is close to Thessaloniki.

The agency suggested Greece and we were immediately interested in it. We were looking for an option that would be close to the sea and the city and what would be inexpensive...
We stopped at the Mallas Hotel 2 *, which is located in Nea Kalikratia. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by a pleasant receptionist, we quickly settled in and went to explore the surroundings.
About the room I can say that it was exactly as we expected. The room had everything you need: air conditioning, TV, beds, refrigerator, bath and even a safe. And most importantly, the room was very clean.
After that, we set out on our way to explore the surroundings. next to the hotel we found a bus stop, from where we often went to Thessaloniki. (They are only about 25 km away)
The city of Nea Kalikratia itself is very cozy and cute, there is always where to go. in the evening with my friend, we went to taverns and discos, everything was very close to our hotel.
As for food, I can say, not a lot of course, but very good for 2 *! The food was always on time and you could always find something for yourself.
The hotel even had free internet access throughout the hotel.
The sea....this is the most interesting!!!!! ! I have never seen such a beautiful sea, it is turquoise in color and very warm....The beach was next to the hotel in 2 steps, but some hotel guests swam directly in the pool.
In general, I can say the hotel is very good! close to all the infrastructure and the SEA!!! ! so I advise everyone if you need a good economy option!

We took a ticket for 12 days, during which we managed to sunbathe on the beach and see the country... We chose an economical hotel - Mallas, for two stars it’s not even bad. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, the food is good. Even some of the staff speak Russian there. And we communicated with the reception through our favorite hotel guide - Vika, she translated everything for us. So there was no problem with the hotel. It's two minutes to go to the sea, if not less... And what particularly struck us was Mount Olympus, which can be seen directly from the beach! Very nice!
My husband and I are interested in history and love ancient architecture, so Greece has become a real discovery for us! Naturally we looked at Athens. We also went on a 2-day excursion "Olympus - Dion - Vergina - Thermopylae - Delphi", which impressed us very much, however, like Meteora (really one of the wonders of the world! ). We also went to Thessaloniki on our own. From NeaKallikratia, the place where we lived, it's only about an hour by regular bus. There we looked at the historical part of the city and went shopping.
The fact that we will return to Greece more than once is a fact! And those who have not been here yet, do not hesitate to come! You will not regret!
