Charming Georgia
I want to share my impressions from the trip to the wonderful and original country - Georgia, which I was lucky enough to visit this summer. I will do it as a thesis.
1. Clean water even in the capital. Water can be drunk from the tap anywhere in the country! And it is really delicious! Fountains are scattered everywhere in the big cities, from which you can drink water;
2. They really brought corruption out of the household level of ordinary people. Paying the police on the road for them is as unacceptable a crime as stealing from us. The lack of nepotism no longer offends godparents)))).
3. It turns out that Georgia is Christian, and faith is very important for the people of this country. In fact, for me it is very strangely combined with the hot temperament of the locals. But here's the mix. According to the guides, the Georgians in their environment drink the first toast for God, the second for Georgia, and only the following toasts for those who gathered;
Despite the cult of wine, we did not meet a single drunk in the capital Tbilisi! And Georgians do not drink every day, but only on holidays or on certain occasions, as we have))) But their toasts are really long and philosophical;
5. The main branch of the economy is tourism, so the attitude towards you is very kind. Against this background, in Georgia you will not meet an insane cluster of skyscrapers, an excess of new technologies and generally risk not noticing the business center of cities, as the country even in the capital has preserved the authentic features of its nation in architecture, cafes.
6. There is an absolute absence of a language barrier;
7. The big difference from us is the love of Georgians for their country, despite the fact that the country began to develop only in the 2000s. In the early 2000s, Georgia felt so bad that even in the capital, water was provided on certain days and hours.
The reason for this is the complete theft of property of state-owned enterprises in the 1990s and the decline of almost all parts of the developed economy. As mentioned earlier, today the country is drawn to tourism ...and viticulture))));
8. Georgia grows (after grapes) a large number of tangerines, tea, spices, blueberries and nuts.
9. Meals in cafes can be equated to Ukrainian prices, which makes the holiday budget.
I strongly advise everyone to visit this magical corner of the world.
