We chose a tour operator in London for a long time and carefully, our trip was designed for 10 days and we needed a company that could give us tours of London itself and its environs, taking into account our individual wishes. First day, May 2:

Second day, May 3:
Transfer to Greenwich, visiting the Royal Observatory and the Maritime Museum. Dinner. Then a boat trip and a visit to the tower-castle. After the Tower again by boat to Westminster. Taxi to the hotel.

First, we made an advance payment, and the day before the start of the first tour, we paid the entire cost.
On the first day we had a sightseeing tour of London and the adventure began immediately. Firstly, the provided driver of our VIP car was clearly after a strong hangover and the smell of alcohol was all over the car. Secondly, the guide Natalia, who was recommended to us by the company the most (as we were told, she has the Blue Badge category, which means that she is the highest category guide in England), did not live up to our expectations, as she was absolutely on her own wave, did not showed us the most important sights, for example, in a 4-hour excursion by car, we, unfortunately, were not shown the changing of the guard, although we wanted to see it without fail and warned about this in advance. Our questions were simply ignored. Natalia poured a lot of water during the tour, flattered quite flatly (that we do not really like St. Petersburg people) and as a result, on the survey, we did not understand absolutely anything about the beautiful city of London. In order not to run around Natalia, we thanked her and said goodbye, and among ourselves decided to contact the Anglisky Club company and ask to replace her, since it was assumed that she would have to conduct another excursion for us in the footsteps of Sherlock Holmes. We postponed this moment for a few days, deciding to see other guides.
The next day we had an excursion to Greenwich, the tour was led by a guide Daria. The girl was very good and told us a lot about London (exactly what we were supposed to learn on the first day at the survey), but, unfortunately, she didn’t really know anything about Greenwich and at the end admitted that doing this tour for the first time… (we had to run into Daria on another tour on Harry Potter, she assured us that she was a professional in it and since she was quite nice in herself, we decided to leave her on Potter).
The next day (it was Sunday) we had Windsor Castle, and do not believe it, we arrived at it, but the main cathedral was closed, since it was Sunday, and for some reason the tour operator forgot that all the cathedrals are closed on weekends and the guide also knew absolutely nothing on the tour, admitting that she was a GMT professional (at this point I was already starting to worry ...)
The next day we drove to Oxford and finally we met the driver and tour guide of our dreams! We liked everything very much, we checked with the guide that she was free for the next few days and decided to contact the Anglisky Klub to ask us to change the remaining guides to our favorite Elena.
By the way, at the time of the discussion of the terms of service, the Anglisky Klub assured us that there would be no problems, and even if we were not satisfied with the guide (Although this is not possible, because all the guides that the Anglisky Klub works with are the best in London!), we will be able to offer another guide as soon as possible, as they have a huge base of guides for every taste.
But at the moment when we asked to replace the guide Natalia (the first day) with Elena, we received a sharp refusal in a very harsh form. We were given the condition that, due to the fact that we refuse the guide in less than three days, we will have to pay for the work of the guide we are changing and the work of the new guide, and there will be no recalculation. Until that moment, our personal assistant communicated with the agency, but after the situation clearly began to go beyond, I myself decided to contact the company's management. Namely with Jerry Miller to resolve this misunderstanding.
The next day, when we were on a tour of Harry Potter, and dear Daria (the guide on the second day) again could not connect two words and we, as a result, almost missed the Warner Brothers studio, where tickets are bought in advance, I got a call from the owners of the company Mr. Jerry (Jerry Miller: http://www.angliskyklub.com/rus/13/ ), You won't believe it, but Mr. Jerry, in perfect Russian obscene language, without letting me say a word, explained to me who I am ... that my family is complete scammers, that we ourselves are to blame for the fact that the excursions do not work out and that the guide Natalia for Elena will not be changed for us under any circumstances ... that the Elena we want is already taken and that we will never see her again and in general, they plan to stop providing services to us unilaterally (by the way, we have all the letters from them in the mail, they are very funny, but then it was not funny to me at all). I handed the phone to my husband, who was also covered in mud by Mr. Jerry, and when my husband said that we would simply go to the police, since we had everything paid for and we had receipts, Mr. Jerry backed down, said that we were all services still provide, but the guide will remain Natalia (we think that Natalia is Jerry's wife, it hurts he got up out of nowhere ...).
As a result, the last tour was conducted by the same Natalia, this time she was very attentive and courteous. In the end, we watched the changing of the guard and even visited the parliament, she tried so hard (it would have been right away ...), but we had to spend an extra day on this and abandon the tour of Sherlock Holmes, and again go to the survey ...
Our last excursion was to Stonehenge and the town of Bath. It so happened that we lingered on the tour and, accordingly, went beyond the time allotted to us by two hours. On the way home, when we were already in the car, the famous Mr. Jerry called the driver and over the speakerphone (it happened) in a very rude manner, calling us thieves and scammers, ordered the driver to turn off the engine and not move until we paid the penalty . Well, at that moment we were already just lying on the floor with laughter ...., it had already gone beyond all limits, hungry, tired, but laughing enough, we arrived home in the first hour of the night, due to the fact that the driver could not go until we withdrew cash from the card (running around the floor of the city of Bath in search of an ATM).
We decided not to communicate with Mr. Jerry anymore, but simply wrote a statement to the London police and a letter to the Guild of London Tour Guides. It always seemed to us that a client who pays for services on time should receive them, but the Anglisky Klub tour operator, as it turned out, works differently: Mr. Jerry and guide Natalia are always right, and everyone around is morons ...)!
Our advice: avoid this company and your nerves (and money too) will be saved! And you will not spoil your vacation and impressions of the beautiful city of London with the disgusting service of the Anglisky Klub company !!!
Since we are quite positive people, all these vicissitudes have already faded in our memory and, of course, only good things remain, but still it’s quite a shame when you pay a lot of money and it seems that at least in well-known England you will receive high service, but no, that's where you meet Mr. Jerry....
P.S. By the way, we recommend a wonderful hotel (Corinthia Hotel London), during our stay in it, on these May holidays, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt stayed in it with all their kids, they are very nice and polite)
