Do you have an agreement from which terminal you will fly to France?

Yes, we arrive at 1 and depart from it. Single ticket for both segments of the flight. Air-Lufthansa. First connecting flight, I'm a little nervous)

Anna, in addition to the terminal number, should also have a letter next to it. The airport is huge, I hope you have at least 1.5 hours between flights. When we flew, inside the building after the entrance there is a duty officer, you hand him your boarding card and he will write the number of the gate to Paris. You can walk and ride the monorail and walk again for an hour or more. And all the time follow the prompts (scoreboard) about the branching of the corridors.

That's just the point, docking 1 hour (the desire to save a terrible force ????) arrival in sector B, departure from A. I read all sorts))). Now I'm thinking about how to do it

Well, that means carry-on luggage at least and at a fast pace. The boards are also hanging, the main thing is not to miss your turn to the gate and, in front of the monorail, check your hand luggage again. Everything will be fine!

Don’t worry, I also flew with Lufthansa from Tunisia to Kyiv with a 30-minute connection in Frankfurt, I managed everything
If a single ticket, then passport control is only in France, you will go through security again in the transit zone of Frankfurt

Anna, to completely reassure you, I'll tell you a story. My daughter flew to Manchester via Amsterdam. They ran to the gate, where they were happily informed that the junk from the Kiev plane had not yet arrived. There were two options: fly on your own flight and wait for luggage in Manchester, or fly in 2 hours, but with things. I looked: they fly to Paris from Frankfurt every hour and a half! So EVERYTHING will be fine.

Thanks everyone! A little calmed down!

In your case (when a single ticket) there will be no questions, as the air carrier organizes the connection. We had a time when we had a lot of time back to back during a transfer, we were caught by airport employees and escorted along the green corridor in an accelerated mode. If everything is on schedule, then everything is calculated so that you have time, and everywhere again, there are airport employees who prompt, help - do not worry, everything will be ok.

I had the experience of docking with Lufthansa in Munich for 45 minutes, no one caught me for a transfer, everything by myself))).
I had time, but the luggage - no, they brought the suitcase to the hotel only the next day. So, on the one hand, take a minimum of hand luggage, and on the other hand, it is better to have clean underpants and a toothbrush with you in case of loss of luggage.

Thank you, there was also a case, we flew to Spain on a direct flight, the luggage was loaded “in the wrong place” and brought to the hotel the next day. Now I also take things in hand luggage, just in case)

I began to think about the possible loss of luggage after I met a family in Turkey bathing in "what came" shorts / t-shirts. As it turned out, their luggage flew the other way ... and they carried it for two days. Since then, in hand luggage we take everything that may be needed in the first days upon arrival.

Thanks to everyone who shared their experience, the trip took place, we managed to do it everywhere! For those who may be useful, I want to tell you: docking 1 hour for Frankfurt is real! The flight from Kyiv arrived on time. Nervous, you ran out of the plane before the business class) and ran. There are signs everywhere, it's impossible to get lost. There were no lines anywhere. Everything is pretty fast. The German border guard asked questions, even asked me to show my wallet, but everything took no more than 5 minutes. We ran from sector B to Gate A40. The entire run took 25 minutes. Near the Gate were even before the start of landing. On the way back there were very long lines at the passport, but the check was very fast, it took 15 minutes. Yes, and the time was 1.5 hours. Haven't been so worried. There are a lot of scarecrows on the Internet about docking in Frankfurt and that it is unrealistic in 1 hour .... Everything is real, though without duty and sausages). Who is not too lazy to go for a run, but would like to save a lot on the ticket price - you are welcome! Of course, we are talking about docking within the same termi

Did you manage to reload your luggage too?
аватар anna.chet.ac
Yes, the luggage arrived with us, perhaps we were lucky, as beginners, in the experience of connecting flights))))
аватар ollennka
I, too, was usually lucky on short connections, only Lufthansa had a puncture, apparently, 45 minutes is still not enough for luggage to be transferred (((. There are a lot of complaints about the backlash about the loss / delay of luggage, that's why I'm interested.
