Can you clearly explain what type of visa you have?? Did they open the Czech Schengen for you, did you use it to enter the Czech Republic and leave for your homeland? How many entrances to the Schengen area do you have?

Correctly says Gudik, if there is a Schengen - you can fly to the Schengen visa area, incl. France. If you have a multiple-entry visa of the Czech consulate, when entering France, they may ask questions about this: why, for how long, if financial resources (cash, credit card ...)
