Can I travel to France with a Polish business Schengen visa?
Hello! Please tell me, I have an annual Polish Schengen business, I haven’t traveled to Poland yet, I want to go first to France, but not through Poland. Those. I violate the rule of the first entry, what are the consequences and do the French let in like this with violations? Are they not picky? There is an option to fly through Vienna, what is the best way to proceed?

Judging from the question, you yourself understand what you are violating. If you are ready to sacrifice your further advancement in Schengen, then do an experiment, then share your experience with us;)

Who in general powdered people's brains with the notorious "rule of first entry"? Well, show the official EU document, where is it written? And France never even recognized this invented rule.
And for some reason, in Ukraine and Belarus, an ordinary tourist / guest visa of category "C", issued on the basis of a company's certificate, is proudly called a business Schengen visa. The essence of the visa itself does not change from this.

with a Polish business visa (also a cartoon), the first entry was to Latvia. Not intentionally, but a business meeting was postponed. Questions at passport control were limited to the answer about the postponement of the scheduled meeting. Yes, they asked to show the invitation. Yes, they asked when the meeting was scheduled and when it was rescheduled. They also asked in which city the meeting was planned .... but all the questions were like this .. for the sake of formality .. After Latvia there was an entry (multiple) to Poland, and to Greece, Italy. When entering Poland, they traditionally asked for an invitation and the date and place of a business meeting, in other countries they didn’t ask anything at all.
At the end of this cartoon, the next one was successfully received. For 2 years.

well.. "cel wydania:04" is not your usual travel/guest... it's a "business and conference" category. I’m talking about my visas now .. but according to it, the previous speaker is absolutely right, you can perfectly travel for tourism purposes, too. while one visa is valid - the second one, with a different purpose of the visit will not be issued ..

You can.
The so-called first entry rule has long ceased to exist, however, with the subsequent issuance of a Schengen visa, you will have to answer questions about why you requested a visa to one country, but rode in completely different countries.

- Visa categories C2 and C3 give the right to stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days within six months and a year, respectively;
- A C4 visa allows you to stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days, but its validity varies from 1 year to 5 years.
I agree that it is faster and easier to get C4 for business trips, but the visa is ordinary, any tourist with a visa history can get it.
The second visa is not over until the first one can be obtained only in the second passport.
Rules of the first entry officially did not exist NEVER.
