I would advise you to look at the hotels on Rivoli. If you need something cheaper, then focus on the distance from the metro station. If the metro is nearby, then you don’t have to be afraid. We lived in Campanile Pantin. I got to the hotel at midnight, there were no problems.

Thank you all for your participation. Ball in Paris for a week from May 13th. Everything worked out great. I want to say that the hotels were in the center, which I did not regret. I chose for a long time but I am very satisfied and relatively inexpensive, if anyone needs a hint. One is near Notre Dame, the second is near the Louvre (15 min walk), the metro is around the corner, and there is a direct line to the airport. Fine!!!
