I really liked the tours of the castles: 1) the castle of Fontainebleau - much has been preserved there until our 9 years, unlike Versailles, for example); 2) Loire castles - we were shown several castles from the bus window, but visited 2. I also liked the show at the Moulin Rouge cabaret. Well, it’s probably worth taking a survey, if only in order to find out what exactly you are interested in in this city.

Souvenirs are full of all sorts. Starting from key chains and magnets from the Eiffel Tower, ending with everything your heart desires. It depends on taste. For example, I bought sweets in different stores - chocolatiers (there are a lot of them in the center), perfumes, incl. local Fragonard factory (but they are not very persistent), wine, we were also in Normandy, bought their delicious apple cider. You choose

Which tour is better "Gaming Paris" or "Paris at a glance"? Can you please tell me all the pros and cons?

Nadine, I don’t know how many days your tour is and what they offer for excursions, but first you should decide what interests you personally: museums and exhibition halls, nightlife and cabaret, just beautiful landscapes and panoramic views of stunning Paris, some Is it certain historical places or events, churches and basilicas, or tastings and gastronomy, or maybe fashion and shopping?
Tell us what you are starting from and what you want, and people will offer their options for you to choose from.
And one more question, do you know at least a little French or English? From personal experience, I was convinced that you can buy trips from the French, for example, to three castles in the Loire Valley, much cheaper than Russian guides will take you for two castles, and at the same time, Franstur will pick you up early in the morning from the hotel and return you to the hotel late in the evening (for Russian speakers, look for yourself in 6 am bus collection point at the Opera Square, and late at night return to the hotel yourself!). Knowing English, I see no reason to overpay Russian guides for the lack of an elementary hotel transportation service just because they speak a language that we understand from childhood.
And about souvenirs - any whim for your money: cups, spoons, T-shirts, scarves, magnets, books, postcards.

Tour "Paris at a glance" from the company "Accord-Tour"
Tour dates - 23.07.2010 - 30.07.2010
Team leader - Alexander Shcherbin
Overall impressions in points - 8 out of 10 possible
I will describe in detail the entire tour, because when I was going on a trip, I found very conflicting reviews on the Internet, mostly abusive. I will try to be balanced and unbiased.
So…
The first day. Lvov.
I arrived in the evening for the departure of the bus. In the morning at 9.00 for a group that went to Paris and arrived in Lviv in the morning, a city tour was organized (about 3 hours), after which the tourists had free time until the evening. According to the reviews of the guys I met on the tour, they were satisfied.
Landing from the Lviv railway station at 18.15 was very fast and accurate. At 18.00 a bus was served, the leader of the group appeared. Quickly checked the group list, loaded the luggage and headed to Paris right on schedule! Our first bus was more or less comfortable, and we were satisfied.
The group leader quickly told us about all the intricacies of the future trip, gave us passports with visas, contact phone numbers, and an updated tour program. Immediately the surprises began - we were warned

Second day. Budapest.
Successfully arrived in Budapest at 6 a.m. in the morning. Directly to the bath. We were given time to swim until 9 am.
The group leader quickly led us to the box office, where we bought our own tickets (as I said, 3250 forints is a ticket for the whole day, 2950 forints for two hours). You can save money, although I do not recommend - there is no point, because. until you figure out what and how, it will take quite a long time. And the Hungarians are on the alert, and if you are even a minute late, then you will be charged an additional fine for exceeding the time limit. The amount of the fine is not regulated and depends on the mood of the employee 
Everything is simple in the baths, the only thing I will say is that there are safes on the first floor, where it is very convenient to put valuables. Just don't forget the code! In the baths, it is better to take a swimsuit, flip flops, a TOWEL (they don’t give it out there), change of clothes, a camera, etc. with you from the bus. There are hairdryers in the baths.
So, we organized a swim and were VERY glad that we were cheered up and refreshed. Otherwise, it would be hard to walk around Budapest and admire its beauties after a night move.

Day three. Regensburg.
Wake up at 6.00 am, breakfast from 7.00 am, departure to Regensburg at 7.40 am.
The breakfast is just amazing - there is almost EVERYTHING. True, I’ll make a reservation right away - it’s extremely undesirable to take out sandwiches from breakfast, and it’s somehow undignified when you are caught by the hand 
We ate, quickly loaded into an uncomfortable bus and went to Germany.
At 14.30 (7 hours of travel and this is not the limit!) we arrived in Regensburg. The town is small and very beautiful. A guide named Arthur was waiting for us (ours called him Arturchik, by the way, he tells interesting things, but it becomes a lot and rather tedious to listen to him over time). We ran through Regensburg for an hour and a half. after that, an hour of free time to take pictures - souvenirs - have dinner and again on the bus - transfer to the transit hotel "Ramada" in the city of Bensheim (Germany).
At 00.30 we were at the hotel, again operational resettlement - a dream. Bottom line: total transfers - about 12 hours. The day has passed.

Day four. Paris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wake up at 6.00 am, breakfast from 7.00 am, departure to Paris at 7.40 am.
We continue the tradition - the hotel is very good and comfortable, everything is clear like the Germans. Hotel style - minimalist hi-tech, room, towels, cleanliness. Everything is on top. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. My personal opinion is the best hotel.
We got into an uncomfortable bus (thank you, it was driving properly and the drivers behaved and the bus was good!) And drove through the territory of Germany - Austria - France to Paris. I've seen enough of the autobahns and idyllic pictures like "house-church-cow"!
I will not describe the charms of long journeys - they are very doubtful. Of the pluses - stops every 3 - 3.5 hours for natural needs, in most cases the toilets are free. However, in Germany, at gas stations, toilets are conditionally paid, i.e. you pay 50 euro cents, take a ticket and then you can buy something from food - drinks in the gas station market with a discount of 50 euro cents. Pure pulling money - instead of 50 cents you spend much more! And the prices at gas stations are exorbitant - for a 1.5 liter bottle of water you will pay 2.5 euros instead of 0.7 - 0.9 euros in a supermarket. Tea - coffee - 2.5 euros (at least a bag, at least brewed

Day five. Paris!!!!!!
Rise at 6.00 in the morning, breakfast from 7.00, departure to Paris - at 8.20 (planned at 7.40).
Breakfast is minimal - a piece of sausage, butter, four tiny puff pastries - a croissant, juice. Our men just cried at the sight of breakfast, and we laughed at the sight of them  So, ladies, for your loved ones, stock up on sausages, bacon and pate at home ))))))))))))
Surprise. Dissatisfied with the Parisian hotel, the group in full order disciplinedly gathered with things in the parking lot near the bus exactly at the scheduled 7.40. And there are no drivers. The poor leader of the group tried several times to reach the Hungarians who did not speak any language - silence!
As it turned out later, gentlemen drivers celebrated their arrival in the hero city of Paris very fruitfully the night before, as evidenced by several bottles of beer and other strong drinks that these gentlemen DID NOT even bother to throw out of the bus.
As a result, the mood of the group was spoiled in the morning, drivers who were not completely out of their stupor, traffic jams and a delay in sending.
9.00 - elective to Montmartre (20 euros). In my opinion, it’s not worth it, it’s better to land on Concord Square on your own and take a walk. I

Day six. Salzburg.

Wake up at 7.00 am, breakfast from 8.15 am, departure to Salzburg at 9.00 am.
We go-go-go until 15.30, entertainment and stops are traditional, I will not repeat. Salzburg meets us with gloomy weather, but a completely sincere guide named Zhenya, who quickly and intelligently gave a tour of the city, showed all the main sights, gave us the opportunity to take pictures and let us go in peace to plunder the city 
True, the heavy rain that had begun seriously interfered with our Napoleonic plans. Tip - buy Mozart sweets in the supermarket "Billa" at a price of 2.89 euros in a plastic bag and about 7 euros - in the form of a violin. The perfect gift for a dear boss! 
At 19.30 our bus was waiting for us, moving to Hungary in Sopron to the hotel "Lover" for the night. At 23.30 we are at the hotel, everything is clear and according to plan.
The result of the day - 10.5 hours of travel, 4 hours in Salzburg. Damn rain!!!
Day seven. Vein.
Wake up at 7.00 am, breakfast from 8.00 am, departure to Vienna at 9.00 am.
URRRRRAAAAAAAAA! Vienna is only 70 km from Sopron, so an hour and a half move was perceived as a gift of fate!
At 11 we are in Vienna and immediately start the bus and walking tour. Tour guide (according to

Day eight. Home!
We crossed the border in 3 hours. The border guards did not look for anything in the bags, so you can not be afraid of the norm control with alcohol.
According to the schedule, they were supposed to be in Lviv around 7.30 in the morning.
But it was not there. Our bus refused to go further somewhere in the area of Stryi. And he agreed to crawl to Lvov like a turtle - we no longer hoped that we would safely get to the railway station and thought about a taxi.
As a result, we were in Lvov at the beginning of ten in the morning. Everyone is thanked and everyone is free!
RESULTS:
• the trip was a success - the group was wonderful and thanks to this, to a large extent, we all had time (punctual, cheerful and united, special thanks to everyone for this!). The tour leader also did a good job;
• disappointed the bus;
• the trip is not for those who cannot travel for a long time and require additional comfort (the total length of the route is about 4.8 thousand km);
• trip "running" and "weight loss", which obviously should please the young ladies;
• quite economical in terms of money;
• in general, I'm satisfied!
• I WANT MORE!!!!! 
