And the residents of these rooms are constantly "walking" on the balcony.

Booked rooms with 3 beds + sofa. Settled in rooms with 2 beds + sofa. Considering that 3 people lived in each room, this was critical. The reception could not solve the problem, they promised to return to the issue in 2 days, but they did not solve it.
3.1 people out of 6 got poisoned in the week from August 23 and lay for 3 days with high fever and other symptoms associated with poisoning.
4) The quality of cleaning in the high season (August) left much to be desired. In September the situation returned to normal.
5) Unsatisfactory organization of the work of photographers. Working conditions are not transparent and are not fixed anywhere in advance. Initially, it was agreed that the photographer conducts a photo session, after which it will be possible to choose the photos you like for 7 euros / piece.
As a result, it turned out that the indicated price is only for a paper copy, an electronic copy is issued only when buying a photo album for 450 euros.
Thus, having selected 37 photos for purchase and paid more than 250 euros, it was not possible to obtain photos in electronic form. (In the 21st century!!! ).
I recommend discussing in detail all the conditions in advance.

Large, clean, well-groomed area, lots of greenery, shady alleys that save you from the heat on the way from the beach to the water park and back.
The rooms are fairly simple but clean and well maintained. Removed regularly. We lived in both the bungalow and the main building, the rooms are similar, but the main building is quieter. Although I would settle in a bungalow again.
Wi-Fi works stably throughout the territory, there was a failure once in three weeks, but it was quickly eliminated.
The beach is clean, the sand near the sun loungers and small pebbles begin near the shore. Those who are uncomfortable entering the water on it buy special shoes, but we went in like this. But the sea is clean and almost always transparent (with the exception of periods with strong waves), and the pebbles in the waves rustle so wonderfully!

The restaurant has a large selection of dishes, yes, many of them are repeated almost every day, except for the days when national dishes are prepared, but the choice is so large that you can choose different food every day.
The daughter was ready to settle down in the Mini Club, it was very difficult to take her to the sea, because there the children always did something interesting: they played games, made crafts, baked cookies. Can and his team are simply the idols of all the children in the hotel, especially in the mini disco, when the children hang on them in clusters.
In the evening after the mini disco every day in the amphitheater there were interesting shows, there was not a day that we regretted that we had stayed. The animation team of the hotel itself shows two musicals and it's very cool: lighting, music, scenery, costumes, the feeling that professional actors are playing!
Separately, I would like to say a huge thank you to the animation team and choreographer Zurab, who puts on musicals and dance numbers! Animators burn during the day on the beach, by the pool, in the water park, perform in the evening with their funny comedy shows and incredible musicals, rehearse late at night and burn again the next day!

We got the keys, waited for the porter and went to the room. Room 2361 was well located in the center of the hotel. Fresh renovation, new furniture, new serviceable plumbing, white laminate flooring, freshly laid tiles in the bathroom, a good new hair dryer. I am in Turkey 4 times. There were also more expensive hotels. But the number is decent. The disadvantages were, for example, a broken window in the toilet (the latch is broken, or it is completely open, and they can see you from the street or close it completely, then it will be damp). The shower door is poorly designed, when it is opened, water flows onto the floor. Therefore, the bathroom floor is always wet and had to throw towels. There are 2 separate beds in the room, we immediately pushed them together against the wall, and the three of us could easily fit. The children's bed was rejected. For a child, towels were given to us after a request at the reception. After settling in, we went for lunch. For a child, a children's table, but it is very scarce. There is something to feed from an adult table. We ate ourselves, the food is standard, as in many decent hotels. The food is not spicy, which is very good. Surprised by the wide variety of fruits. Lots of different fish. No one interfered when they took food with them to the room. In general, I noticed the hotel staff was so set up that no one interfered with anything, they behaved politely, dignified, friendly. After lunch, after briefly examining the territory, we went to bed, since the flight was also at night with a slight delay. Waking up in the evening, we went to the sea. The sea is clean, the beach is mostly sandy, pebbles when entering the sea. After the sea, changed clothes and for dinner. Places were taken on the street, as the room is very noisy, and the atmosphere is not like in a restaurant, but like in a crowded canteen. There is no service in the restaurant, for alcohol you need to go on your own. After dinner, we decided to take a walk around the territory, show the child the zoo. The territory is huge, well-groomed. A lot of living creatures run around the territory: rabbits, cats, ducks, geese, fish swim in ponds, met turtles, in the mornings horses ran around the football field. Great zoo, kids love it. Animals were fed with bread, carrots were taken from the waiters, apples were taken from the dining room.
As if everything is good, but not quite. The hotel is good for families with children. There is nothing for newlyweds to do here. No animation. Show - you might be lucky if guest performers, a circus, dancers come by. And so boring. I didn’t even see the disco, I can’t say anything.
After talking with other vacationers, not everyone was happy with their rooms, someone had a dilapidated room, someone had a building on the outskirts, in this regard we were very lucky.
As is customary in Turkey, rest should begin with a hammam. But his visit simply shocked me. Leaky towels, broken plumbing, sunbeds worn to holes.
There are 2 types of beer in the bar - Efes and Becks, but I didn’t notice the difference, I’m sure both taps are connected to the same barrel. The wine is sour. The price for 10 nights for 3 people was 120 thousand. Half of the cost was paid by the organization where I work (preferential travel), so I will say that the price blocked all the disadvantages of the hotel. If I paid more, I would find fault with the little things, which are not few. Rest is quite good, but I would not say that I was delighted. But I wouldn't say it's bad either. Mediocre, no frills, crisis after all.

In general, in Turkey they hide in every possible way that they have a crisis, that there is a shortage of tourists, that many hotels have gone bankrupt, or have changed their concept. The locals say they are doing well. However, savings are felt that were not there before. If you are already going to Turkey, I advise you to read the latest reviews about the hotel, since Turkey 3 years ago is no longer the same as it is now. The hotel could have changed owners, or the concept, or started saving on everything. Old reviews seem to be enthusiastic, but you don’t need to pay attention to them, but look at what the situation is now. Have a good rest!
Traveled as a family, two adults and a child 3.5 years. We flew with a child to Turkey for the first time. We were very worried about how things would turn out.
We liked everything. We were met at the hotel, the manager Nikolay was at the reception (he spoke excellent Russian). They put us in a Bungalows room. When our refrigerator broke down, they replaced it in half an hour. The air conditioner worked.
The territory of the hotel is very large. There is a water park, amusement park. Every day we tried to get to the sea and to the water park, and in the evening we went to the amusement park. Everything was very interesting. There is a playground and a mini zoo on site.
In the dining room, we became friends with the administrator Kadir. He always helped us in everything, if there were questions with food for the child. The choice of food in the dining room is huge, you can always find something to everyone's taste.
