You won't go hungry. The glasses and plates are washed, there is a white coating on the glasses, this is brackish water in the taps, but it’s not critical, if you don’t like it, take disposable glasses. The service is lame, they are severely short of staff.
Depending on what mood you were in, after reading the reviews, we were prepared that it would not be ideal and shabby. But we went to the sea, air, nature. There are also water slides for children, and it all came together perfectly for us. Forewarned is forearmed and we were not disappointed!
We celebrated a friend’s birthday at the hotel, so he helped us (I won’t describe it for too long) to turn this day into a fairy tale. Thank you very much!
We wanted to get and got delicious food, a green compact area, a sandy beach.
We arrived and checked into the hotel on May 22, the very first, on the opening day, immediately after the renovation. The rooms are freshly renovated. New furniture, linens. Separate containers. Rooms with balconies, there is a dryer (important! )
We had a room with a bathroom, cool mirrors, you can see yourself from all sides.
Very tasty food. Really tasty, it feels like it is cooked with soul. The chef himself is constantly in the restaurant during meals, at the snack bar, controls the filling of food. He cuts vegetables and fruits. Fresh varied food every day. There is always a choice of fish, beef, lamb, chicken or turkey dishes. Cutlets, doner meat, grilled fish (out of 10 days there was red fish 4 times, grilled, in a casserole, in salads). Plus in different variations, baked, fried, boiled.
There was also a liver (lovers, it's sooo delicious!! ! )
There is a boiled corner diet.
A wide variety of greens and sauces for it. As well as ready-made salads and appetizers. All this is fresh, it is very important in a hotel.
Fruits are sliced and whole, and both in the restaurant and in the snack bar on the beach, it is very convenient with children. Apples, oranges, pears, grapefruit. For breakfast, a wide variety of cheeses, greens, hot dishes, Turkish pastries, Yoghurts, egg dishes. Everything is incredibly delicious!
From drinks, I heard how they order belis, tequila, rum, whiskey, gin, some cocktails. But since I don’t drink, I’ll note that 24/7 in the lobby there is tea, water and coffee machine, in a restaurant in several locations, in a snack bar too. Plus there is delicious ayran.
In the snack bar there are nuggets, burgers, fries, gozleme, pide, ice cream, pasta. And several types of salads and snacks, fruits. Convenient if you are too lazy to go to a restaurant for lunch.
There is Turkish coffee in the themed corner in the lobby.
For children.
Children's club with Russian-speaking girls, in the evening there is a children's party by the pool. Plus, several outdoor playgrounds in the shade, what you need in the summer. Several slides in the main pool and an Aquapark on the beach.
Another big plus is that the hotel always has management, the general manager, a spitting image of Italian, is always on site. And he talks with each guest, asks what wishes he has! The most important thing is that it is taken into account. As I understand it, he himself lives in a hotel and sees everything from the inside. There is also Ayhan Bey, he speaks Russian, if you can’t figure it out at the reception on some issue, then go to him.
For cleaning, I recommend hanging a green sign on the door so that they understand for sure that cleaning is needed and cleaned up.
The beach is wide, large, even with a high load people are not crowded.
The beach itself is sandy, the entrance to the sea is a little pebble.
The crowd is completely different. Many families with children, adults 60+, couples.
There are people from the CIS, the Baltic States, Macedonia, Serbs.
Let me summarize. I found what I wanted in this hotel and it exceeded my expectations.
Tried to agree on a change of number requested $ 50. I say show the number in the new building, then we will decide. There was a categorical refusal, says pay show!
The dining room is like a dining room, they were not hungry, but there was nothing to brag about. The staff is not enough, srach everywhere.
There is only one conclusion: "STARD", DOWN TO THE GROUND WITH 5 *, YOU HAVE ONLY THE FIRST LINE, EVERYTHING ELSE 3 *.
The beach is not cleaned, sunbeds are not placed. The dishes in the "restaurant" are dirty, the tables are dirty.
The child became ill on the third day: fever, vomiting, diarrhea as a result of unsanitary conditions (we are not the only ones who have a child with such symptoms! )
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Of the minuses:
1) a very long drive from the airport, about 3 hours.
2) everyone, except the Turks, is settled in the terrible rooms of the old building, regardless of the cost of the tour and the type of room indicated in the voucher. For a surcharge of $100 to $300, they offer to relocate to a new building. So immediately take into account the additional costs in the cost of the tour.
3) the hotel staff is absolutely unfriendly, for the entire stay at the hotel I did not see a single smile, except for those offering massage, hammam and photo shoot. I have never seen such a service in Turkey.
4) the beach near the hotel is large, but absolutely not well-groomed, there are very few sunbeds, it is almost impossible to find a free one, the pontoon is dilapidated and unsuitable for swimming.
5) housekeeping is practically non-existent. They come to clean after dinner, when you want to relax in the heat. Russian, English is not understood at all or they pretend not to be understood. You ask to clean up a little later, they leave with the ends. Only after a complaint at the reception, we were cleaned 2 times in 7 days in the room.
6) food, drinks: coffee from the machine is terrible, juices like "yupi", it is impossible to drink alcohol, except for mojitos in the lobby bar. The food is monotonous, but tasty. Don't expect delicacies, seafood too.
From the pros:
1) warm sea.
2) the food is delicious, meat was cooked deliciously, a lot of salads, greens, delicious pastries, I liked that the fruits were not only in the main restaurant, but also on the beach from 12 to 17, ice cream will go, the fish was delicious only in the bar on the beach.
3) there is a place to take a walk near the hotel. Within walking distance of a shopping center, amusement park, a large Turkish bath.
So decide for yourself, but the hotel does not match its price and 5 ultra all inclusive.
The room was cleaned daily, the refrigerator was filled with non-carbonated water 0.5 per person and Pepsi, fanta, or sprite 0.3 per person, daily. Shampoo, soap, shower gel and hair conditioner were also applied daily during cleaning. Our homeland (I am a husband and son of 11 years) liked everything.
The only downside is the Internet, it is paid. You need to buy a local card, and there will be internet everywhere you go in Turkey, it's about 30, or connect paid WiFi in the lobby.

There was no longer a particular choice of hotels at that time (everyone rushed to rest in Turkey) and had to agree to MC Beach Park Resort Hotel & SPA 5 *.

The hotel starts with Reception…
The manager at the Reception looks like a lost shabby rooster with bulging eyes : -D
He listens to everyone, promises everything... but... you have to beat him many times until he deigns to decide something!
The girl (looks about 20 years old) at the Reception is stupid and does not have information - you had to come or call many times to find out or achieve something.
And in its general picture, the attendants are stupid - they do not speak either English or Russian.
Communicate with them only with your fingers or in Turkish.
Received, apparently, to save money.
The hotel itself is dirty, it can be seen that they clean the corridors, halls for C grade.
Apparently, the rooms were hastily prepared for moving in, in a hurry, by the beginning of the season and the lifting of quarantine restrictions.
All furniture is not the first freshness.
The bar fridge in the room heats, but does not cool.
The plumbing in the room was leaking, the toilet was hissing, constantly taking on water due to a leak, the faucet was oozing a trickle of water - this is what happened when you moved in.
We waited for everything to be fixed for 2 days!
Beach
The beach is dirty - everything that the sea carried out on the sand during the night was lying around all these days. Algae, pieces of wood, even the remains of some kind of fish.
Restaurant
The main food in the restaurant is tasteless and monotonous, chicken and turkey, all salads with sour yoghurts, which cause heartburn if eaten daily.
The queue to get food is very annoying, of course.
Often (at the peak of the arrival of tourists) there were not enough places at the tables in the restaurant. Imagine that you are circling around the hall with a plate of food in search of a vacant table, which you still need to get removed (! )
Grilled chicken caught a fried fly once (!!! )
In bars, Coca-Cola ends quite unexpectedly - and at 4 pm, it happened.
I don't drink alcohol - I can't say anything.
Paid Wi-Fi in a hotel that positions itself as 5 * is a shame for the hotel.
But this paid Wi-Fi did not work. The Internet was constantly switched off.
To our complaints, the reception manager lied all 10 days of rest that their specialists were working.
Lies. . . lie all around. . .
What is important: there is NO doctor in the Hotel as such!
There is a young man of 23 years old who does not understand anything in Russian or English (!!! ). We communicated with him through Google translator.
Apparently, the trainee was taken from the clinic.
It's just outrageous. What if something serious happens?
Really, I am very sorry for the money spent on such a vacation!
I appeal to everyone:
Let's be in solidarity and in the next season (2022) we will score a big IGNOR on this "hotel"!
Let them feel that such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable.
During the day at the beach bar from 11 to 16 you can take a cold watermelon, burgers, fries, salads, ice cream. A huge plus all food and drinks can be taken with you and carried anywhere. Do you want to bring food to your room, do you want to go to the beach, pool. It is very convenient with small children when they don’t want to eat, but strictly after the end of dinner they suddenly want to. They took food in the restaurant and brought it to the room until demand, so to speak. Fruits and cakes are also often picked up in the room. There is a refrigerator in the rooms, but no kettle! The staff is always polite and attentive. Kids love it here! For kids there is a shallow pool with slides, knee-deep! It is the best for children from one to 4 years old.
We personally really enjoyed our stay, a quiet family hotel. But I very much admit that the situation changes radically when the hotel is populated at least half. At the end of the holiday, a completely new building was already occupied and there were already queues in the restaurant. It has become far from comfortable. Of the minuses: the hotel does not have internet at all and there is no animation. There is also no kids club! The kids are bored in the evening. In the evenings we went for a walk in the shopping center nearby)))
And more about safety. Only the waiters put food in the restaurant, you just show you which one. The part of the restaurant that is outdoors is open. Temperatures are always taken at the entrance to the restaurant. In general, we liked everything very much, especially the lack of tourists)
