I did not bother with frequent cleanings. She took out the trash and made the beds. But on the eve of departure, in the evening, I gave the keys to the administrator, because. we needed to leave. The administrator Julia and the accountant pretended not to understand me and did the cleaning. Although all cleanings are exclusively at your request. they just went through the room, making me "pleasant". And in the morning already at 9.30 Julia called me with a reminder of our departure.
Then she came at 11:00. at breakfast in person, saying that before 12 we must vacate their room. But on the website and the rules of the hotel business it is written at 12:00 departure and at 14:00. settlement. My 2500 UAH per day ends at 12 o'clock! But Julia went further: she gave the order to the maid, her son and another worker to take the baby bed out of the room. The maid reacted to my legitimate demands to leave the room for 5 minutes like this: she called Yulia with screams: “She won’t give me the bed! ” ". We left the room at 11:50. It turns out that a group of tourists stopped by, and they do not have enough furniture. Sadness... I did not hear any apologies for the maid and such illegal actions from the administrator. Just that she did a great favor by putting a baby bed in our junior suite.
The food is very monotonous, the cook does not know how to cook and does not try. They ask about preferences, but almost do not listen.
The waiters have a good one and one. Everything. They forget to bring cutlery, salt and pepper (they save and do not put it on the tables). Once I was scolded by a waitress for asking someone else to bring tea instead of waiting for her to boil the water.
Animation this year is weak. The administration saves on prizes. Previously, participants were given ice cream, now only the winners. With ice cream, it’s also funny - sometimes they give you unlimited, sometimes they save and say that such rules have always been there.
And most importantly: do not leave things to dry on the balcony - they will rust. I have all white things in rusty streaks. This is a 3-storey building with solar panels. Julia is silent about this, but in vain: clients do not forgive this.
