They sell delicious ice cream nearby! In general, the hotel is wonderful and the rest in it too. The only inconvenience is a lot of goats among the vacationers, who have to be calmed down by the administrators. And then this "tagil" put in place throws poop all over the Internet in order to shit a good place to relax. The Troika Hotel is a great place to stay if you are a decent person and come to relax, not play tricks.
I really like the fact that in the cafe near the pools you can buy sweets for children almost at any time, and adults can treat themselves to beer or cocktails.

Meals: due to the fact that our children are very "harmful and picky" to food, we did not take a buffet, but ate on our own, but according to other vacationers, the food is good, but the assortment is less than last year (do not confirm, do not deny I can't). Almost a day later, we ordered dinner at a cafe near the pool - just lick your fingers, thanks to the cook and the mongler... the prices are a little higher than on the embankment, but, you sit in peace and quiet, and everything is done at the highest level and by the specified time. We tried all the barbecue menu - everything is very tasty, it's a pity that there were few salad options, but it was also great, portions of french fries and rural (for children) are huge. Ate breakfast 2 times. The scrambled eggs are delicious, but the pancakes were most likely reheated, but also delicious. If there was lunch not from 2 pm, but from 12 pm, then most likely they would have had lunch there, but they would have eaten set meals on the embankment (for those who are interested, the Equator cafe 45 UAH - a large selection of dishes to choose from - first, second salad and compote)) .
Animators: my children never ran with the girls animators, although I saw that a lot of children were constantly doing something... but with Denis there was football, and water pollo, and other games. Children are happy
On the territory there are several simulators and horizontal bars. large playground (FULLY in the shade). volleyball and football field. In addition, there is also a brazier (although for a small family this is a smut, it’s easier to order from them and eat calmly).
When we arrived and saw that the Istanbul club was standing in the fence to our hotel, at first we were very upset, we thought there would be noise all night....and so no noise is heard at all.
The whole territory is well-groomed, huge trees, with shade, parking, a large area with lawns and a stream, and of course two huge pools (when there was bad weather, dirty seas or HUGE jellyfish-children did not climb out of there)
By the way, right at the exit to the beach, to the right of the fence, there is a kiosk with ice cream and lemonade (most likely also somehow connected with Troika), so thanks to the two sister saleswomen who served us there and already recognized us by sight and knew what we needed ( By the way, ice cream and lemonade were cheaper there than along the embankment).
When we walked and walked along the embankment, we saw other hotels that are on the 1st line, and their cost was about the same as ours, but there was nothing there except for the building, so thanks again to Troika for what they did our holiday comfortable. we have already recommended him to relatives, and they will come to you at the end of August.
Around 20.00-21.00 on June 24, we left the room on the 3rd floor and found a young woman (40 years old) lying unconscious in the corridor and several vacationers near her. The man lay next to her and shouted "Help, Yulia breathe, call an ambulance, and so on. " The woman was with her little daughter, who was crying and someone forcibly shoved her into the room and told her not to go out and wait. The woman did not breathe, did not move, and began to turn blue. An ambulance was called immediately, but it turned out that during the holiday season there are no doctors in this village and the nearest one is somewhere 25 km away. We waited 40 minutes for the doctor, called back the ambulance several times, but they didn’t even clearly answer us how long to expect. All 40 minutes, the vacationers tried to help her, did a heart massage, artificial respiration, measured her heartbeat (instructions were given by phone by a friend of one of the vacationers - an ambulance doctor), fanned them with towels (it was incredibly hot and stuffy in the corridor). The heart stopped several times, but it was started. Doctors arrived and after 10 minutes they pronounced him dead.
Outraged, then for all this time none of the hotel staff even came up, the woman was simply left to die in the middle of the corridor. The administrators hid on the ground floor and did not take any part, did not help relatives, did not reassure the vacationers. After the arrival of the ambulance, a dead body, not even covered, lay in the corridor. Some vacationers after the shock were afraid to go down the corridor later, even the children saw it.
The service is disgusting, the attitude towards vacationers is boorish, the feeling that you owe them something, and not pay money !!!!
We rested there for almost three weeks in June 2016. Only in the last three days we were able to go out for a walk in the evening (without exaggeration). There are so many mosquitoes and flies on the territory that it was impossible to sit even during the day near the pool. To the complaint to the administrators and the requirement to process the territory, the administrator Svetlana yelled !! ! that there was nothing they could do, they were also bitten. Processed only in the last couple of days of our "rest". This is a violation of sanitary standards, which no one here has heard of.
Upon check-in, we were given cheaper, terrible, shabby rooms. We asked for more expensive rooms with an improved layout. The same administrators refused to accommodate us in them, motivating the employment of the rooms. We were already thinking about moving to another hotel, but we were still given a room on the attic floor. Every day we specifically looked at the number of available rooms, at least 4 rooms were always free!!!!!! ! On the last day, we wanted to extend our room for a fee until 15.00 (since they check out at 10.00), to which we heard verbatim from the administrator Svetlana "Of course not, the rooms are already booked. " I think the reason is that we, for all the shortcomings, tried to contact them, as we were used to other conditions for rest and a different service. We left at the beginning of the fourth and went up to look at the rooms, our room and five more rooms were free!
Cleaning should be every 5 days, but we were only cleaned 2 times in 17 days! No toilet paper, no trash bags.
Nutrition is a separate issue. There are 8 food stalls for a huge hotel, so there are huge queues and there is not enough food. The meal lasts 1 hour, you come half an hour before the end, then there is almost nothing to add, they say it's over. You arrive on time, you stand in line for 15-20 minutes, people came in half an hour and took a queue. There were not enough tables and dishes (always dirty and greasy) for the weekend. People stood and waited for someone to finish their meal and cleaned the dirty dishes themselves. We complained about such conditions, to which the administrator Angelica sent us to eat somewhere on the embankment.
Noisy drunken companies constantly sit around the pool and drink alcohol, and this is during the day when many children bathe there. People without hotel bracelets are walking around the territory, where the administrators and security are looking incomprehensibly.
We were not provided with a receipt or other payment document, I have already sent a complaint to the fiscal service!
You can't rest there. Here you will be provided with rudeness, rudeness, inappropriate conditions and service from the time of the scoop for a lot of money.
If the owners do not replace the staff and do not change anything, then they will stop going to them.
We had a family vacation in Troika from August 10-20.2015 - two adults and a child 5.5 years old.
To say that we are disappointed is an understatement. Our opinion - inadequate ratio "price-quality". For the same money we rested in Ukraine (Truskavets) - the received service and emotions are many times higher! Have you ever counted the days until you leave on vacation?
Territory and location. The advantage is the first line from the sea and a large territory. Taking into account the fact that ZhP is a village and there is simply nowhere to take a walk, the territory is an invaluable advantage in this case. But there were nuances here. We rested in the playground area, which is adjacent to the pool with a children's area. So this territory of the playground was quite dirty for the first 5 days - bags, glasses, napkins, etc. It was cleaned only once in our presence. The employees said that the person in charge was fired for failure to fulfill duties and now the load was distributed among the remaining ones. No one arranges sunbeds, no one washes, they are just dirty.
We rented a room in the main building on the attic floor. That is one of the best. But there were nuances: there are no dishes in the room; light zoning is not provided (that is, if someone wants to sleep, and someone else wants to read a book, it’s impossible; the light turns on only in one place and 3 bulbs at once). Room cleaning every 5 days!! ! Guests, who are called "holidays", must take out the garbage and sweep, wash the floor, etc. After 5 days, a note appeared on the door asking them to leave the key at the reception for scheduled cleaning after 14.00. Since the child has daytime sleep, the time is inconvenient. In total, I did not observe the cleaning... There is no bedspread on the bed. Plumbing is old and falling apart. We, in order not to contact the ladies at the reception, bought some parts that had fallen off ourselves and asked to replace the employee.
The dining room is a hotel story. I read enthusiastic comments and do not understand who wrote them. Perhaps I was unlucky and had “the wrong shift”. But, to be honest, I doubt that everything is consistent. On the day of arrival, we came to have lunch at 14.20, that is, 20 minutes after the start of lunch. There was nothing. From meat - chicken leftovers (these are leftovers, not pieces), overcooked liver cutlets. There were no salads, there were the remains of a tomato (5 pieces), which were floating alone in water mixed with tomato juice. And this is in the Kherson region - a tomato region. We decided to wait for dinner and arrive on time. We got more food, but it was tasteless - burnt cabbage, dumplings of incomprehensible quality, cream tomatoes with a black core, etc. In short, we refused food, they returned the money to us with displeased expressions “Well, I don’t know, everyone likes it... » I think it's not self-respecting to hunt for food and end up eating bad food from dirty dishes. For the same money, you could have a great breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace of the Favorita and feel like a person.
The beach is probably beyond description. Dirt, crowds, mouthpieces advertising their services, dangerous motor boats right next to floating tourists, the stink of overcooked donuts / pasties, loud music that makes you fall into a trance... You could swim in the sea only from 7.30 to 9.00.
Total, I repeat, this is an inadequate service for the money requested. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place. And she swore herself. Although it is a pity that in the native Kherson region there is nowhere to relax? .
