I was very pleased with the new building, everything is brand new and not worn out. There is even an elevator, for me it's a surprise to see it in ZhP. Super convenient with a stroller and a bunch of super-necessary paraphernalia for children))) We chose a two-room suite with a sea view. Three adults and two kids perfectly accommodated on a huge bed and a sofa bed + baby crib. Such a comfortable balcony with wonderful chairs, in the evening you can sit and relax with a glass of kvass))) For those who like to sit in the room, there are two TVs, many channels and Wi-Fi throughout the territory. Great pool, parking, dining room, close to a shop, beach, what else is needed for happiness)

There was a game room above us, until 00:00 there was clatter and screams, the audibility was very strong. Therefore, we decided to spend our summer vacation in a boarding house already familiar to us, because. they began their acquaintance with the Black Sea in the Iron Port from it and were then among the vacationers of their first summer season, so there is something to compare and analyze the development of this complex with.

Therefore, we decided to spend our summer vacation in a boarding house already familiar to us, because. they began their acquaintance with the Black Sea in the Iron Port from it and were then among the vacationers of their first summer season, so there is something to compare and analyze the development of this complex with.
Location: very close to the sea, but the beach is public, so there are a lot of vacationers, sun loungers are paid.
Territory: in our opinion, it has become less spacious due to the completed buildings, the walls of the new buildings located along the perimeter put pressure on the inner part of the courtyard. In fact, the territory of the complex consists of a swimming pool located in the center, a sun lounger area (which is not designed for the actual number of vacationers and a sidewalk path to the exit from the hotel / gate. There is no longer an open playground... children, young and old, entertain themselves on the top floor the main 5-storey building, which is not very favorable for summer pastime, because I would like the children to stay outdoors more. The presence of a children's animator is of course a big plus, but there is no where to play... everyone around him jumps on one place with music. . .
Pleased with a separate barbecue area - it is also a place for rest of noisy companies with drinking alcohol (in the past it was just a standing barbecue with a set of plastic furniture, located under a canopy of the second entrance to the main building).
Meals: at will and without any special changes... mainly semi-finished products and poultry products on the menu.
Residential complex: due to its service life, it is already tired (the interior decoration of the premises needs to be updated, the plumbing is not the first freshness, the furniture is still the same as before, the mattresses on the beds and pillows need to be replaced), i. e. depreciated for all 100 %. Also, additional services of an advertising nature have been added to the residence complex, namely: mud therapy, sauna and indoor pool (1 procedure is included in the price).
Pricing policy: taking into account the high growth of competition, the cost of staying on a summer vacation in Dolce Vita is too high. . .
It is a pity that the previously positioned "complex" as a whole has lost its attractiveness and has become similar to all "yards of the Zheleznoport format". The main reason is clear... maximum beds and minimum conditions for a long comfortable stay. I would already recommend Dolce Vita no longer for a summer holiday with children, but simply as a "weekend tour"!

We really liked Dolce Vita, especially the fact that the hotel is located in the first line on the seashore, two steps to walk to it. we had a sea view from the balcony of our room, in the evening it's just incredible beauty. the administration is friendly, the territory is small, well-groomed, beautiful, large pool.

Rested this year at the Hotel Dolce Vita. From 7.07 - 14.07. My grandson and I are 8 years old. Not very lucky with the weather, but there was something to do. Nearby is the Aquapark, a lot of fun, nearby, on the waterfront. Large selection of cafes for different tastes, and money, swings and cakes for children, ice cream and delicacies to choose from. The island in the middle of the sea is very cool. The only drawback is the music, which does not stop from evening to morning, it is very annoying. Special thanks to the animator Dimi. The children ran to the hotel so as not to miss classes. Music, dancing, games, quests - three times a day, indoors, the children were busy and parents could relax. And this is free for Dolce Vita vacationers. Dima - you are the best! Thank you very much. Maybe we'll meet again.

I really liked the Dolce Vita hotel. Removed in a day. Changed sheets and towels three times. There is a sauna, massage room, swimming pool and mud therapy. The service staff is friendly and responsible. Our room was a junior suite, although not big, but cozy. The furniture is all new. The window overlooked the sea and the pool.

After "cleaning" the carpet, as it was covered in dirt and hair, remained the same. As well as the floor in the hallway and the bathroom - as it was dirty and remained. I'm already silent about the unworn mirror, glass stand and TV, which were dust and stains from the first day.

Spacious room with a fresh renovation, a balcony, new and, importantly, high-quality furniture, a good bed with an orthopedic mattress. Modern TV, refrigerator, air conditioner. Spacious room with a fresh renovation, a balcony, new and, importantly, high-quality furniture, a good bed with an orthopedic mattress. Modern TV, refrigerator, air conditioner. Bathroom with good plumbing, hot and cold water around the clock. Linen, towels, pillows - all in perfect condition.
In addition to the beautiful room, we were delighted with the infrastructure of the boarding house: 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor heated), an entertainment area on the 5th floor, a gym, a playground and a barbecue area and a cafe - there is everything for a good rest. Sonny did not get bored for a minute, he really liked to swim in the heated pool, play air hockey, table football and tennis on the 5th floor.
At 20 m from the boarding house there is a wide beach, with clean white sand, with shady canopies. The sea was clean, the son caught crabs and various fish right off the coast. On the beach they sold shrimp, corn, interestingly, cheaper than we have in the Dnieper.
Separately, I want to note the staff of Dolce Vita, especially the administrator Eugene. Always friendly, helpful, go to a meeting on any issue.
In general, while Ukraine is striving for the European level, Dolce-Vita has already achieved this! Keep it up!
