Food: cheap by Moscow standards. A sea of fruits: coconuts, pineapples, lychees, rambutans . . I really liked pancakes stuffed with fruits (approx. 40 baht apiece), mini chicken kebabs, fish . . juices from the same pineapple coconuts . .
Excursions: I took an elephant safari (god, it was terrible) + monkeys (funny) + river rafting (beautiful). They paid the operator's guides 3 times more than they saw on the street in local travel agencies.

There are Russian restaurants there, we were in the House by the Road, right next to the beach, the food didn’t really impress us and it turned out to be expensive, but nice Russian people work there, especially Yuri himself, who will tell you a lot of interesting things about the island and make a good sightseeing tour , for reasonable money. We always ate outside the hotel, which turns out to be much tastier. Most of all we liked the Elefant restaurant, where you can eat Tom Yam soup, seafood noodles, fried bananas with ice cream and fresh juice for 400 baht = 300 rubles, during our stay on the island we were in very expensive and very cheap restaurants, but we I liked it the most.
