The hotel is more suitable for families, a small and cozy area, clean and green. The food is monotonous, but there was always something to choose from, they cook well. The rooms are not new, but everything you need is available, daily cleaning. It’s better not to rely on the Internet, it’s cheaper and better to buy a Vodafone SIM card at the airport and feel like a person) Great sea, a good hotel + a few excursions (I chose Cairo and Luxor - I advise !!! ) and a good rest is guaranteed!.

The hotel was chosen based on tour prices, reviews and location. We were brought to the hotel from the airport around 6 am. Although the check-in was supposed to take place at 12:00, the guide agreed that all those who arrived with us (about 10 people) would be settled by 09:45, but the check-in began closer at 08:30 - 09:00.

No surcharges, no one was fooled. The guide just agreed, we waited, the hotel populated if possible. You can wait in the lobby or on the beach. Luggage can be left at the reception without any extra charge. At least half of the administrators at the counter speak Russian, as well as a good third of the staff in principle, so if you doubt your knowledge of English, you don’t have to worry.
In general, I would like to especially emphasize the excellent work of administrators, both day and night. The rest of the staff are friendly and do a good job. The area is neither big nor small. The beach is neat, cleanliness depends more on vacationers than on cleaners. The sea is shallow, at the same time there are a lot of corals, and a lot of free space from them, that is, those who prefer any of the options will like it. The kitchen is, well, ordinary. Reminds me of Puzata Hut, who will understand.
The room is neat, simple and clean. There was a small problem with the toilet, but the hotel plumbers solved it quickly enough. Cleaning is done not cardinally just every day. That is, they change towels, vacuum and wash the floor, change bathroom accessories and toilet paper. But bed linen can not be changed. In general, this was not important for us, but if anyone needs it, then there is a universal sign of the need to bring something new - leave it on the floor. The TV shows several Ukrainian, Russian, German, Italian, Hungarian, Polish channels - in accordance with those who are most often guests.
If we make a simplified list of advantages and disadvantages, then:
pros
- administration at the reception - I will not tire of praising;
- clean sea and beach (the only exception was when a lot of garbage dumped from the liner began to be nailed, and together with the hotel workers and part of the vacationers we organized a subbotnik);
- Geographically, the hotel is located in the center of Hurghada, that is, everything will be equidistant for you;
- the food is ordinary, normal, that is, you don’t have to worry that the kitchen will not fit or be too refined, and you can eat as much as you like;
- drinks are poured everywhere endlessly and without pretensions;
- things left in the room remain intact (unless they need to be moved away for cleaning).
Minuses:
- four days later, they noticed that the room was a family room, that is, it has an internal door to the next room. The door is closed and blocked by furniture, but you can just hear everything, even the conversation in an undertone, and when the family drove in there, I felt like an employee of the special services;
- some parts of the room were not cleaned in principle - a table on the balcony and a closet inside;
- if you do not have time for breakfast / lunch / dinner at the very beginning, then the food that they continue to cook along the way to fill the empty dishes often becomes undercooked.
- free wi-fi is available only in the lobby, in the room it costs, in my opinion, $ 5 a day - I pay so much for internet at home per month.
And if you are in Egypt for the first time in principle, then here is important information and a couple of tips:
- choose only official tours from guides. You can find cheaper, but tours from guides give you a guarantee and safety, and on the rest you can simply be scammed for money;
- get ready for the fact that absolutely everyone will try to cheat you for money, with the exception of your official guide and the main employees of the hotel (with the exception of those services that are provided for a fee);
- in Egypt there is no such thing as a fixed price and price tags. You will not be able to walk around and see the goods at prices. The only shop where there were price tags for goods from all the shops we passed was Abu Ashara Supermarket opposite the hotel. In all other cases, you only need to bargain. The first thing the merchant will say is to ask where you came from, and then he will say that only for tourists of this country he offers a price, say, 40 dollars. This means that he has already overestimated it by 2-3 times. If you do not know how to bargain - make a disgruntled face and express doubt with facial expressions - the merchant will see that you are in doubt, but do not leave, and he will begin to drop the price;
- do not think that you can normally walk the streets - merchants will attract your attention in every possible way, constantly call, etc. But merchants in Hurghada are not so bad, if you go on an excursion to Luxor, then there you will know the absolute impudence. But if the tour is from your official guide, then the tour guide will tell you how to behave.
- if, when visiting historical monuments, you are called to show something by people dressed as Bedouins, it’s better not to go. There you can trust only the guards and the police - they can show something that you might not notice superficially (some additional hall with an unobvious entrance), they can help photograph parts that are closed for restoration or simply take a picture of you;
- remember that baksheesh is not only a tradition, but also a necessity. When calculating the cost of your trip to Egypt, consider at least 20-30 dollars per baksheesh. Sometimes they will be asked directly with a universal gesture denoting money, sometimes they will simply stand in anticipation, sometimes they will not be asked, but. Feel free to give 1 dollar or 10-20 Egyptian pounds if asked or expected, and give a little more if you are really grateful for the product/service/work/help. For you, this is not much, but for the Egyptians, this is good money for the family.

I chose a hotel on the principle that it should be in the city, a small territory, since my mother has problems with her legs, and sand in the sea and relative silence in the hotel. There were only 3 of us, we arrived at 4 at night and checked in at 9, they didn’t let us in for breakfast on the first day, because they put on a bracelet at 10:00, but there is a supermarket next to the hotel (400 m) that is open 24 hours, so we didn’t hungry, the food is good, varied, there were fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, also side dishes separately, suitable for vegetarians.

On the territory there is a water bar where you can order drinks.
Also 2 paid restaurants, one by the sea, the other near the reception in the lobby.
The restaurant, which is very tasty by the sea, cocktails are generally a bomb.
From alcohol beer is good, wine is normal. the rest of the alcohol on the fan. Well, we didn't get drunk, so everything was fine.
Ice cream is given one hour a day.
Uber taxi from hotel to Go Bus station - 35-40 Egyptian pounds, I advise you to use an uber, as the locals want to wave everyone.
The room has air conditioning, hot water around the clock. room cleaning is good.
the staff is friendly, but of course everyone wants tips, they speak English, which is convenient.
They provide beach towels.
There are touts for the tour.
Wi-fi is free only at the reception, disappears from time to time, but I almost always used Orange Egypt, so it was not critical for me.
There are also some corals in the sea, but in general the bottom is sandy.

The hotel is more suitable for people 50+, it is very reminiscent of a sanatorium in Truskavets. There is no animation at all... only music, after 22.00 the hotel is quiet. I was very surprised, on Friday there was a belly dance show, but you had to pay $ 7 for the entrance, this has not yet been seen in hotels in Egypt and Turkey.

Room cleaning is good and every day. The staff is friendly, they hardly speak Russian. On the day of departure, at exactly 12.00, we cut off the bracelets, but we managed to drink and eat without them.

She vacationed many times in Egypt, and in Hurghada for the first time. The first - arrived at the airport, and immediately the guide sends to get a visa, BUT! ! ! ! ! Not to the bank to his agent, and it's $ 3. Another thing - getting off the bus we thought we were in a gypsy town (sorry, I do not intend to offend anyone's nation).

Another thing - getting off the bus we thought we were in a gypsy town (sorry, I do not intend to offend anyone's nation). Dirt is lying around the city as if a tornado has passed ...It is a shock ...The city is almost ruined, abandoned hotels, houses, shops ...
Third - went to the hotel to the reception, we asked for a room to the sea, ie with a sea view. They said in whispers 20 + 10 dollars, because we have 2 rooms. Then Indian cinema, because the one who took the money went to rest, and the other began to pour. Then go there, then come here ...We performed the ceremony for four hours. But then they took the money and settled right above the reception.
We arrived at the hotel around seven in the morning, but we were not offered breakfast, the bracelets were put on after 10.00, so that we were not allowed into the restaurant ...We were told to go to the bar, eat there ...
But except for 2 pieces of micro buns and a piece of cake, we found nothing (
As for the hotel, you will be shocked as we are ...On both sides are located on four floors of the building, the passage between them is a narrow path on two sides planted with palm trees and shrubs ...Shorter 4 meters to the left and right and 8 meters forward , back)))))) For grandmothers who want to sit on a bench and talk to a neighbor is great)))))) I have not met such a tiny hotel on vacation!
Pool 1 piece, and people sea ...On the beach to take a seat on a lounger, we got up at about 6.00 (((. Horror. . People on the loungers lay like stuffed cabbage in a pan) ((((((((
Dining room - a restaurant - although it is difficult to call it a restaurant. 1 pc. There is another restaurant on the left near the beach, but it is fully paid, I understand that someone is renting the space, because the hotel has nothing to do with it.
The staff understands little of another language. Although they smiled sometimes. They sketch food themselves, but like piglets! Bread, vegetables on top, potatoes on top or something else.
As a result, you get a mix of different foods ...Mix))))) I complained to the senior, after which they started to serve a little more culturally ...A worker who threw vegetables doing it with such hatred ...You tell him one thing, and he does other.
There was very little fruit, and this is the summer season. They were given to a limited extent. Then we sometimes cheated and lined up again.
The food is purely Arabic, all for one taste. On the third day it was just boring ...Although if you eat pure bread and water at home, it will be paradise)))) You will not die of hunger ...
I sometimes grumbled while reading reviews, because the main thing is not the hotel and the sea and rest))) But I was left in a very dubious infusion. .
Zero animations!
There is no place to walk because the area is a little bigger than my yard * I))))) And you go out of the hotel immediately horror from the garbage (Just can not walk, because the lions are victims)))))) It is impossible to drive away)) ))
About cleaning - there is nothing to complain about, because cleaning, towels, shampoos and everything else in the room was every day. Beds are made of metal, so upholstered toes and knees are guaranteed))))
One more. The hotel has a bar that works with alcohol just next to the lobby near the reception, and tables in the middle of the village. At night, drunken vacationers (especially from Germany) laughed until 1-2 o'clock at night. I think that these laughter was audible in all rooms (((And almost all vacationers opened the windows to the balcony, because the heat is such that the air was not enough, although the air conditioner worked)).
The only fun is the SEA)))) Here is the sand and sloping long sunset to the sea.
The sea is hot, clean, transparent, and there are no ebbs as the sheikh's spruce charm. Swim freely from 5 am. For kids and people who can't swim, it's great!
The staff smiles, although sometimes does not understand what you are))) Mr. Cap, does not understand the language other than English! And this is the face of the restaurant!
The hotel is tiny, though clean! There is no place on the beach at all, that people have caught up a lot. Advertisers run between vacationers to buy frees, to go by train, to buy something or to have a massage, and you are worried about it every day from morning to evening.
** DO YOU HAVE ALL THE BEAUTIES? ? HOW ARE YOU? ? BUY .... , MASSAGE, .....******* It starts to remind Odessa ** corn, boiled corn ...*****))))) Beaches are littered with cigarette butts, and they are almost did not collect (((
There is much more to write, and the impression will not change! 8 days of wasted vacation (((The only memory is a warm, gentle sea)))

Served with disgust. Internet - 5$ per day, or free at the reception, but there are mosquitoes, so you need to be careful. The gym is in poor condition, some simulators are already out of order, the barbells are all thin for 10 kilograms. The gym, according to one, is $6 all day, the other is $3 an hour. The bathrooms were poorly washed, traces of use by other guests were visible.
There were not enough places under the sun on the beach, there were large “umbrellas” dug in, we had to look for a free place between them. In other reviews, they wrote about the theft of money left in the room in the bags, so I had to hang a sign so that they would not be disturbed if I left the bag there. There is a safe, but it is paid, both in the room and at the reception. Went here because of the reviews and 8/10 rating. I do not know who wrote those reviews, but the hotel is clearly not 4 stars. The restaurants near the hotel also cooked badly. In Crimea, even the service will be better shown.

The overall impression of the hotel is good. After the noise of the central street of Hurghada Sheraton, you find yourself in a quiet and green hotel. The territory is small and well-groomed. Although the rooms are not new, everything you need is available, everything works, clean, daily cleaning (as a thank you, we left chocolates).

Although the rooms are not new, everything you need is available, everything works, clean, daily cleaning (as a thank you, we left chocolates). The food is standard for Egypt, you definitely won’t be hungry, everything is fresh and tasty. Of the minuses, in connection with quarantine measures - plastic appliances and cups, but this is a trifle ...The beach is nearby, it is small and clean, there was enough space for everyone, there was no need to borrow in the morning. Of the minuses: on the beach - parking of boats, sometimes there was a smell of fuel, but it was rare, basically, the boats were simply moored, they did not sail anywhere from there. The sea is beautiful, on the right there were islands of corals, a few fish. Carefully walk along the bottom, there are a lot of sea urchins (it is better to wear aquashoes).
There are many foreigners, families with kids from the hotel guests.
Animation is very poorly developed, it did not bother us, but with older children it can be boring. You can entertain yourself with excursions and walks around the city. Try not to pay attention to the locals, sometimes they are very persistent in the hope of selling you something, on the street they often offered us "cannabis weed", but we pretended not to understand them ...In general, we felt like in the city in security. It is better not to take excursions at the hotel, they are many times more expensive. The hotel guide from Join Up Karim is a complete cretin, rude and arrogant (he threatens if you do not take excursions from him), so he was immediately sent.
The weather at the end of April was wonderful, there was no strong wind. Wi-Fi is paid, it was easier for us to connect roaming in Vodafone. I recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Cleaning every other day, but the guys try to "do it well", so a chocolate or $ 1 deserves it. The staff is generally ok. When checking in, I had to wait for the “main” manager, who gave me a room for a small baksheesh, with a magnificent view of the garden, palm trees and the sea.
The Internet is rather weak, there was enough for messages.
The food is delicious, the choice is not particularly large, although everything is explained by the price of the tour.
The animators are great guys, but during quarantine conditions there are many restrictions on entertainment.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Sakkala area, on Sheraton Street, with a bunch of shops and molesting vendors (shame of Hurghada). If you go up a couple of streets above, you can buy the same thing, but much cheaper and without intrusiveness. Here you can walk along the streets of the quarter and see the real African flavor: beautiful houses with "dormen" living near them, various shops, laundries, mosques, try natural mango or cane juice, enjoy a cup of Arabic coffee.
Opposite the hotel is the final stop of minibuses, so if you wish, you can go to Dahar or Marina (port). Travel - 5 pounds for two, the change is "forgotten".
Dollars were changed at the reception. In stores, when paying in dollars, change is given in pounds, at a good rate.
The pool is heated, the water is very pleasant, almost no chlorine is felt.
The beach is sandy, there are no corals. In the mornings there is a smell of diesel fuel - there is a parking lot of boats nearby.
The rooms are not new but everything works great.

Chose the hotel on the basis of price-quality... We were 10 days. Hotel in the center of Hurghada. On the first line. Gentle sandy entrance to the sea. . . Corals. Fish. . . The rooms are cleaned but with the left foot... The bed is not changed. And they just smooth the sheet... The territory is small. But cozy and everything is there.

The rooms are cleaned but with the left foot... The bed is not changed. And they just smooth the sheet... The territory is small. But cozy and everything is there. . . Many Europeans are resting. . . Mostly those who are over 45. . . no food. Monotonous. But you won't be hungry. . . Every bite is creakingly served in the restaurant. . . It's really annoying. . . Wi-Fi is barely pulling. . . Count. . . It doesn't work. . .
There is no animation at all. . .
Main plus:
1. Location.
2. Small and beautiful beach with good sunset and underwater world.
3. Excellent security throughout the hotel. Everywhere. Cameras everywhere. . .
Main cons:
1. Safe $3 per day. At the reception 2 per day.
2. Disgusting housekeeping.
3. Unpleasant procedure for getting food in a restaurant. . .
And so everything is good...

Early arrival. We were at the hotel at 7 am. There were 11 tourists with us. First, at the reception they said that the check-in was from 14. With a passport, I handed over 20 bucks. At 7:30 we were asked to go to breakfast. And then they gave him a number. Was paid for a standard room for 3, and gave the impression of a suite.

At 7:30 we were asked to go to breakfast. And then they gave him a number. Was paid for a standard room for 3, and gave the impression of a suite. Very large, spacious, 40 meters. Every day they gave 3 bottles of water. The room was cleaned daily, towels as well. The bed was not changed.
The breakfasts were not varied. Only the side dishes have changed. For lunch and dinner there were always 2 types of soups, fish, chicken, beef. Every evening, something meat was cooked on the grill. There were always disposable cutlery sets on the table, but you could also take metal ones. On request, the waiter could bring. Alcohol - traditionally local, the quality is acceptable. In the pool bar and restaurant, alcohol was poured into plastic cups. Some gave 0.5 bottles. And in them the bartender poured water or selected drinks.
The beach is gorgeous. Smooth sandy bottom. Smooth change of depth. Very close to small corals where you can swim with a mask. There are not many fish, but there is something to see. There is a good bar on the beach. Meals and cocktails at an affordable price. All early excursions and departures were given dry rations. Rest satisfied.
