But as soon as the staff, especially the Aqua Vista Hotel, understand that you are Russian (although we are Belarusians), most of them become deaf.
Therefore, if you are ready to forget the Russian language during your vacation, then everything else is fine, but it’s not my option to feel like a second-class client for your money.

We did not like this hotel. We have stayed in Egypt many times, our chosen hotels were of high quality, both in service and in relation. This is the first time we have met with such disrespect, rudeness, and discrimination against vacationers.
