Strained: the front door lock jammed (not news - I already read it in the reviews, which means that the hotel owner did not respond) and check-in was only from 2 pm (luggage room is not provided). And my plane arrived at 6 in the morning, so walking through the cold streets of St. Petersburg until 2 in the afternoon is hard, however...
In general, the services were used without any complaints.
