We rested in this guest house from 07/26/18 to 08/04/18 with a group of three people. We occupied a room on the 1st floor, 1a. This place left a mixed, rather negative impression.
Pros:
Equipped area for recreation: gazebos, swimming pool, billiards, table tennis, washing machine.
Minuses:
The house is located in an undeveloped area. This means that 800 meters from the sea you have to walk between unfinished buildings on gravel or just a primer. In the evening there is a problem: there are no lights on the road, and it hurts to stumble over stones.
In the house itself, there is a problem with Wi-Fi, TV and hot water. The first one constantly flies, even Instagram does not load with it, and watching movies is generally from a different reality. Hot water is unstable, sometimes not hot at all. The TV is old, stably showing shaking. Apparently not connected to the antenna.
In addition, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, the shower hose constantly flew out of the watering can, and the facing board of the bathroom door constantly fell on us. Well, the water going down the drain at the speed of a turtle, plus all this.
Conclusion:
I do not recommend anyone to go to this guest house. Yes, and in principle it is in this area of the city of Sudak. Naturally, I would never go there again. I'm afraid this place spoiled the impression of the whole holiday for me and my friends.

Excellent, very small hotel. very well maintained area. roses, gazebos, swings, cozy and beautiful. There are two pools: an adult, not heated, and a small heated one for children. The rooms are normal and clean. The shared kitchen is quite complete: stove, cartoon, microwave, washing machine. In the hallway on the ground floor there is an iron and ironing board.

At the entrance there is a showcase-refrigerator, you can buy beer, chocolates, ice cream, water. All rooms have a refrigerator. There is wi-fi, but it doesn’t catch very well in the rooms, best of all, on the street. very nice host Vitaly and the women who clean. The only downside is the location. The hotel is located in a suburban area, a little out of the way, it was not easy to find it even with a navigator. You need to go onto the road that leads to Cape Meganom, get to the fire station and turn left from it, into the dachas, and literally immediately to the right. To the water park, 10 minutes walk to the cottages, to the beach, respectively, 15 minutes. There are no shops in the area within walking distance. We went to the atb on Lenin. But you can eat in the area of u200bu200bthe water park - there are canteens and cafes, and very close, about five minutes on foot - a quite decent pizzeria. There is also a small market on the way to the water park. The location was only a plus for us - quiet and peaceful, and walking to the beach did not bother us at all. the general opinion is that it is a nice, quiet, mini-hotel, suitable for absolutely everyone, families with children and people of age. it will be a little inconvenient only for youth companies - the main parties on the cypress alley are quite far away (half an hour on foot), and alcohol-resort entertainment in the hotel itself is not encouraged, since mostly people relax with families. We liked everything.
