Yes, the hotel is good. Service staff at the highest level. Responsive, pleasant, not rude. But the attitude towards the staff of the owners leaves much to be desired. Humiliation, insult (we were witnesses), and most importantly, wages are not paid after a month's work. I would like to clarify with the owners, are they slaves who do not need to be paid or normal children who came to earn extra money? Will they get paid or not? We, as vacationers, ask you to pay for the month worked in July.

The hotel was recommended by friends who stayed here last year. Since we managed to take a vacation only in September, we thought it would be a bit boring. However, the stay exceeded our expectations. I flew paragliding for the first time, the sensations are unforgettable. And what a beautiful Koktebel from a height, I could not even imagine! My husband and I also went quad biking, quite an exciting activity.

We felt at home in the hotel where we stayed. The staff is very polite and attentive.
Once, after a long excursion, we returned to the hotel late, and what was our surprise when a hot dinner was waiting for us (although the restaurant should have closed at that time). The administrator called us and asked if we would have dinner and by what time everything should be ready.
We have never met such attentiveness to guests in any other hotel! Service at the highest level!

Cleaning daily, change of linen 1 time in 3 days. The hotel is focused on family holidays, so there are many pleasant moments for children: I repeat - two (! ) Pools, an excellent children's room, sports equipment. Excellent animation (all day long). For parents - fitness room, sauna, restaurant, bar. By the standards of seaside resorts, the hotel may be located far from the sea. But!! ! Guests of the Hotel are delivered by a comfortable minibus to the beach with a beautiful view of Cape Meganom. And the distance from the noisy embankment, in my opinion, is only a "plus" for the Hotel, where there are many guests with children under the age of 10.
I really like the staff of the Hotel - polite, friendly, unobtrusive, ready to help at any moment, to answer any question.
A separate topic for me, as a mother, is nutrition. Breakfast is included in the room rate. To say that it is delicious and varied is an understatement! On the menu: fresh pastries (buns and bread), salads, cereals, pancakes, dumplings. . . two dishes to choose from. Delicious - just like home! Lunch: complex or customized menu.

The beach is delivered by car. The food in the restaurant is excellent, everything is fresh, tasty, the prices are the same as everywhere else in Koktebel, so we ate only from them. I recommend to everyone.
