The furniture both in the lobby and in the restaurant seems miserable. The hotel has an unpleasant smell.
Separately, the main restaurant: uncomfortable accommodation, the inability to self-impose (but these are quarantine measures). The assortment is very scarce, everything has a specific flavor, even honey in combs. We love Turkish tea very much, it should be rich, strong, astringent. But here is yesterday's tea leaves. For lunch today there were only two types of meat: beef steak with mushrooms and turkey skewers. There are plenty of fruits, sweets too (no complaints here). The room where you can drink tea and coffee is filled with cakes only after 16.00.
The beach is good, clean, large, lots of sun loungers, comfortable pier.
A separate story with the a La Carte restaurant, which we did not get into today due to a guest relation oversight. She just didn't put us on her visitor list. And, by the way, it did not help to solve a single issue, although this is its main function. She has one answer to all questions, “I heard you, ” and that’s it. We met such rudeness from the guest relation for the first time. The service staff deserves praise and respect.
In general, the hotel deserves 3 points out of 5. Of the nine days of our stay, two were spoiled... The previous time we were in Granada Luxury Beach, which is 200 times cooler.
For this price you can find something better.
Now about the cons… the biggest one is the boorish representative of Anex in the hotel named Islam! Well, it turned out that we did not come to the morning meeting due to objective circumstances, after which he contacted me by phone and asked me to come to the reception with the whole family. Again, for objective reasons, I came to the meeting with one younger child who didn’t want to sit still, the representative of Anex began to be rude and raise his voice, to my comments, he said that I could be free! In the future, the rest was in good mode until departure.
We had a departure at 8.00, we learned about this at the reception at 21.00 and in the presence of the same Islam, we refused the general transfer and ordered a taxi at the hotel. In the morning, as expected, the hotel provided us with a taxi at 4.10. Upon arrival at the airport, it turned out that our flight was delayed first at 10.30, and then at 14.00. Naturally, we were not allowed to register. There was absolutely nowhere to sit at the airport. There were only 12 people like us (all arrived by taxi). When I tried to contact Islam, it turned out that he just blocked me. Here is such a service!
The representative of Azur, not knowing the rules for transporting passengers of the company he represents (he said that we ourselves are to blame, they say we arrived unaccompanied) offered us to stay with the children on the floor at the airport. When communicating with the representatives of "Let's go with us" I learned that the hotel and the representative of Anex at 4.00 knew about the flight delay. Then the question is, with what fright did the hotel send us to the airport with children at 4.10, knowing about the flight delay?
Very sensitive and attentive staff, any issue is resolved very quickly and without problems. Every day a girl plays the piano in the reception hall. About the beauty of the hotel, I think there is no need to write. Cleanliness and order not only in the rooms, but throughout. The rooms are well maintained, clean and beautiful. There is a nightclub open 3 times a week. All in all, we were 100% satisfied!
We will definitely go there next time.
Of the minuses - as for 5 * a small area. There are no more cons.
For maximum objectivity, I will say at once that in Turkey we often and always choose a hotel from the best. First of all, my review will be based on a comparison with the hotels I visited, plus or minus its price range.
From the good:
1. Good rooms.
The room is equipped with quite good furniture, interesting interior. Not standard, I would say, everything is new, clean, beautiful.
From the beginning, we were accommodated in a room that was actually located above the kitchen hoods, which we learned immediately, given the appropriate aroma.
But we turned to the reception and we were relocated the next day, for which the administrator is a big plus to karma.
2. Confectionery.
Delicious coffee, very tasty sweet (I don't like sweet very much, but I wove it there as it should be) and an interesting European interior.
And now about the most interesting ...
I, in all seriousness, do not understand the archives of positive reviews about the hotel. I don't know if people used to be in the worst situation, or if they haven't been anywhere at all. But those who understand what is good, I think, should not come here. And here's why:
1. Territory.
The area is small. Very small. Neither you lawn, nor you bush (2 palms do not count; ). Everything is packed, one on top of the other, like a few in a jar. The pool is not large, nothing special, square with a bridge. Although no, there is an element of luhari, in the form of sunbeds with a cover, in the middle of the pool, and luhari that fee, 10 dollars / day. Shame is simple.
2. The beach.
I do not see the content to describe - everything is said to me, which I confirm.

3. Kitchen.
The kitchen is nothing special at all. There was no seafood, salmon was the ONLY one (in 11 days! ). The menu does not change, you will eat the same thing. There were, indeed, good dishes, but the fact that it is simply impossible to eat also did not force myself to look. For example, grilled fish was served on Turkish night, but no one ate it, literally, it lay on the tables of guests as a kind of decorative element.
4. Animation.
Bullying of people. Uninteresting and amateurish. I don't know where the concerts and performances they wrote about here, they didn't meet us. Oh, there was another pathetic parody of the foam party. In short, poor.
5. Alcohol.
As much as we drank water here, we probably did not drink in our lives. Because alcohol, at best (! ) Diluted with water 5050. Managers called, clearly showed, agreed, made a surprised look, left.
6. And the most interesting - theft and security.
They stole the phone.
One fine evening, we all sat together with our Ukrainians (who, like us, were shamelessly deceived that this hotel is beautiful). And one day - the man loses his phone. Those present were searched, the phone was not found. And here came the hour to video from surveillance cameras. And what do you think? Exactly the area where the man was sitting, already without a phone, was not covered by any of the cameras. "Coincidence? - I don't think so. " I suspect that the man did not accidentally steal the phone from a place not visible on the cameras, especially since the phones of all present were always lying on the table. The administration did not take any action. By the way, the next day after our departure, another phone disappeared, also an iPhone.
As for security, this is not the only remark. People from other hotels came to the pontoon, the guards saw it, they were not expelled, Turkish teenagers came, no bracelets at all (probably local), the reaction was the same.
We told this story to the manager, but nothing changed.
So, dear friends. I do not recommend.
A big disadvantage for vacationers with small children is the beach - sunset is not convenient, almost impossible - the plate is covered with water. There is a pier for adults and older children.
Children's animation is almost non-existent, there is a mini club but there is nothing to do there but paint T-shirts for $ 10, and a few banal games and there were a lot of children, the administration must take some measures. Very small children's pool.
We were in mid-August, it seemed that the hotel relocation - people are just dark in such a small area. At 9:00 am there are no more free beds by the pool!
Adult animation is also not at the highest level.
In the review I wrote only what I did not like. Everything else is pretty good!
