2. The area is average. The staff cleans and tries hard. But there are a lot of people, there is no quiet place for a quiet rest.
3. Beach. Clean, tidy up. But there are also a lot of people. Entering the sea is inconvenient. There are pebbles below, it hurts to step on. Constant high waves, getting in and out of the sea is a whole quest. The waves lift all the sand from the bottom, the water is constantly muddy. This is the main disadvantage of this hotel. Many tourists simply do not swim, as it is very inconvenient, constant waves, dirty water and deep. It is for this reason that we regretted choosing the hotel.
4. Swimming pools. At first glance, the main pool appears to be very large. But in fact it is inconvenient.
Can't turn around, narrow and long. And for some reason people occupy sunbeds it seems since night.
5. Food and drinks. There are no comments here. Everything is just wonderful, even too great.
6. Contingent. Almost all tourists are Russian-speaking. And there are locals, especially on the holiday there were a lot of Turks.
Conclusion: perhaps the hotel justifies its price tag in terms of food, drinks, and animation. But the territory, sea and pools leave much to be desired. Will I return to this hotel - no, I will not return. You can eat delicious food and drink good booze in your own city.

There is no claim for children. Anastasia is amazing as always. People who are going with good memories of past times, do not go, do not spend money and not small ones... Whoever gets drunk to death and forgets can come here, but those who love comfort and silence with cleanliness bypass for 1000 km.
Now the influx of Kazakhstan and the holiday of Ramadan is coming. Accordingly, there are also a lot of Turks. Something indescribable is happening. I have never seen such a thing. They (all Kazakhs and Turks) come with large families at 6.30, run to take sunbeds by the pool and go to the sea themselves. The staff doesn't deal with it. Culture and decency are simply absent. Dirt, children easily kick all the doors with their feet and do not listen to anyone. There is much more to be angry about. There is only one conclusion. Especially with the number of staff, it is not enough, with a concept that is so praised (it is better to remove these three shameful restaurants that are inside the hotel altogether). I fell for the hotel because of his age, 14 years old - in principle, a fairly new hotel. But having settled in the room, I realized that over these 5 years the hotel was killed in the trash: shabby furniture, dirty carpet even in the main hall, terrible beach towels, dirty and broken dishes in the dining room (it’s difficult to call it the main restaurant), the towels in the rooms are old.
No extras. accessories in the form of toothbrushes, creams, irons - no (they said that the concept had changed, just nonsense).
On the 4th day the child began to vomit, the temperature rose, diarrhea. Clearly signs of the intestines. After that, they began to pay attention to other children: after one he vomited, a couple of times I saw how the boy vomited right at the distribution of food. In the end, all four of us fell ill. There is a hand sanitizer in the only toilet (near the reception in the toilet). In all normal hotels, disinfectants have been on every corner for a long time! For three days they asked to clean the pool, as a result, on 14.09 the pool was unhooked, supposedly cleaned - we did not check this. But every day there were fewer and fewer people in the children's pool, on the 19th 2 children were swimming and it is clear that they had just arrived.
The main dining room is a separate song: the constant stink of frying and grilling. The whole restaurant has an indelible smell. In general, the provision of food distribution is not thought out. There is no children's table at all: for children, only yoghurts and Nesquik cocktails. It is difficult to feed children: the soups are all salty (many complained to the cooks). Salads - this is generally... Children under 5 years old can only eggs, spaghetti and cucumbers with tomatoes.
The fish is such that it is scary to look at it, not like it is. But for me, food is not an indicator at all, they didn’t die of hunger, and okay, I never got hung up on this.
The rating of the hotel is not bad, I trusted him and now I understand that the hotel is liked only by those who have not seen normal hotels, who came to drink / eat (they say booze is generally excellent) and without children!

There are many wonderful hotels in Belek, but this nightmarish hotel overshadowed the whole impression, I used to think that this is the best place for families with children. Now it's scary to go to Turkey! Unpretentious vacationers from "tagil" write well about this horror, and we rely on it.

Probably not the best decision was to place the distribution almost at the entrance to the restaurant. There is hustle and bustle. We found a solution quickly - we arrive a little earlier than everyone else. The variety of food is sufficient. You can always choose what to eat. Red fish, shrimp and seafood will not feed you here. But regularly crayfish with whole ships.
There are a lot of halls, but when the hotel is completely filled, it is impossible to settle in the nearest places - we walk into the distant halls or onto the terrace. Juices in vending machines are not fresh. Fresh at the bar or next to the machines. The inconvenience is the lack of coffee machines, I saw one on the terrace. Service is fast, good quality. Fruits, watermelons, melons, cherries were in abundance. There is a children's room.

The concept of the hotel includes 3 a la carte restaurants by appointment: French, Asian. Italian. Restaurants by appointment - book on the first day of arrival. There was a queue for a week. You can’t name the huge territory of the hotel! But you will find a place where to take pictures, relax. In a couple of hours, learn where and what. As a wishlist, I can say that the spray park, the playground, maybe the mini amusement park did not interfere with the hotel. Everything is compact, well-groomed and cute!

There is no air conditioning in the corridors of the hotel buildings, in the elevators and the "Davidoff" bar, and in the lobby near the reception there is too little ventilation and the air is rather "heavy". The elevators, which are located to the right of the entrance to the dining room, were very often out of order, and if they worked, they were always very stuffy and constant dampness on the floor from the fact that many "guests" after swimming in the sea or in the pools immediately go up to the one they need floor in wet swimsuits, shorts and swimming trunks.
Children's animation is also not impressed. Often, "mini-disco" and other activities (jumping on trampolines, for example) are held with children in the hall, the floor of which, as well as the floor of the corridors in the buildings, is covered with carpet that absorbs dust and odors from spilled drinks and stains from ice cream, etc.
I will not write much about the beach. The water at the entrance to the sea is almost always muddy and often dirty, so there was no particular desire and sense to occupy "sunbeds" in the shade on the beach.
It is worth noting that near the beach you can have lunch or dinner in a bar where there are not as many guests as in a general "restaurant", but there is also no variety in the menu.
Many write that the hotel conquers its guests with a variety of imported alcoholic beverages (more than 140 varieties), but most of the guests are children who do not need this assortment at all and are indifferent. After visiting the Irish pub ("18+"), the first two hours of my stay in which are free, I did not get much impression from the quality of drinks, after which I no longer wanted to visit the second bar with elite varieties of Hennessy. In the lobby bar on the "0" floor, queues often form, and bartenders, using short breaks, pour themselves champagne, which is "free" for everyone (and for them, apparently, too), thereby showing disrespect for others .
The only thing I liked was the evening shows, which take place daily at 21-15 and 21-30.
Definitely I will not recommend this "hotel" for a holiday to my friends and acquaintances!
They did not notice the dirt, on the contrary, from morning to evening, the staff cleans the hotel. There is always a cleaning lady in public toilets. In the toilets, there are seats with disposable cellophane coating, there is always soap and napkins.
There are a lot of loungers. But the fact that many of them are busy is not for the hotel, but for the residents. They themselves personally saw how the hotel guests occupied several sunbeds both on the beach and near the pools, but they themselves did not appear. It is the guests that need to be re-educated.
The food is varied and tasty. You can go to the main restaurant, or you can go to the ala carte restaurants on the beach. Beach restaurants without a reservation, everything is on the level - waiters, serving, serving dishes. The menu has two types of steaks, salads, pizza, grilled salmon, various types of seafood. For children there is a separate restaurant with children's dishes.
I think that everything depends on us. We initially went to rest and were optimistic. Believe me, we have something to compare. We had experience of rest in Crimea, Issyk Kul and Batumi. On the contrary, I recommend the hotel for families with children. The hotel is just great, good value for money
