Usually truthful positive reviews, most people do not write, "once". Positive reviews are now actively written by the owners themselves or their "assistants" for a false lure. There are a lot of problems at the Sumet Hotel, as well as many things that do not function in the room.
The hostess does not smile, but smiles, mocks and does not solve a single problem, because
the money has already been paid. And none of the clients will even utter a peep, because they came to relax and not
seek justice in a foreign country.
The hostess has an agreement with a travel agency in Russia, this travel agency is guaranteed to provide a hotel
more and more new clients. Customers buy a ticket, having paid for a ticket, customers are no longer there
are needed because the travel agency will put a bunch of other clients in their place.
It's like a scheme when it's already paid, what can you do but try not to
get upset, but the hostess doesn’t give a shit, and even judging by their faces and behavior, it gives them
pleasure - the helplessness and relaxation of a person in another country on vacation.
After returning from there, people do not want to write because they do not want to further spoil their mood.
And I write because instead of resting for a lot of money, they ruined my vacation, and I also write
because I have not seen this in any hotel in many past years of travel.
I was also prompted to write this, positive false written by it is not clear who "reviews",
maybe a travel agency.
The owner of this hotel pronounces words similar to words from the Russian language, but what does she say
impossible to understand. Therefore, when a question arises, in response to your narrative, she
will utter some incomprehensible words, be sure to end them with laughter, and you go to hell . .
Waiters bringing breakfast, which is included in the paid accommodation, with an inquisitive aggressive look
they wait for tips, while not trying to hide their hatred for customers, or maybe they extort it.
When I asked the hostess if I should tip for breakfast, which is included in the stay, she
laughs and says you can give.
The TV and air conditioning in our room did not work on the first day. We asked a question, in response
the hostess uttered a few words similar to words from the Russian language, laughed and we all
"rest" were without TV and air conditioning.
At breakfast, we ate what they were not able to spoil: small-packed factory jam,
small-package factory butter, bread, fried egg when it was, cheese when it was not
sour tea bags.
The hostess and the staff are either silent, or communicate by shouting, then they can start (do not laugh) for a long time
neigh and in the middle of the night.
The hostess is a vicious customer hater. In one review of this hotel I read as one woman
admires the hostess (and not only she is alone), but wonders why the terrible staff. Yes, because
that the hostess smiles, and sets up her employees for a tough boorish attitude towards customers,
she is supposedly a good hostess and supposedly will solve all the problems of the hotel, and this is supposedly the staff is mistaken. But
setting the staff on clients, thereby the hostess achieves that the clients arrive, wanting at least
here to rest, avoiding conflicts, keep quiet and do not even have legitimate claims to any
even terrible shortcomings and leave in silence. And all the positive reviews seem "strange" to me,
done, it's a business. I'm just offended that for our own money they make idiots out of us in the hotel.
The garbage can is opposite the hotel. she stinks, and when a car arrives at 4 in the morning for
garbage, there is a roar as if the truck is overturning.
The hotel is right next to the road, along which both cargo cars and buses and cars at any time of the day
they don’t drive, but rush about, and it’s imperative that someone honks louder. They rumble, they smoke.
Toilet paper is locked like in a public toilet and the main thing ends suddenly, you can’t see how much
it remains there, and even more so when it was put there. And since it is under lock and key, it is not always pulled out.
For example, in the morning a young couple came out for breakfast, the girl sat down at a table, and since at one
there was no one in the breakfast room, except for us already chewing, the guy went to ask in the kitchen,
then the waiter jumped out from somewhere and pushed him into the center of the hall, the guy explains to him that they came for breakfast, and he
yelled at him in barely intelligible words, but more with gestures than words: go sit down! I'll bring! dumbfounded guy
pretended that no one was shouting at him and the guy and the girl quickly left without finishing their meal.
The waiters are never the first to say hello, they look at the person and grind their teeth saying come on
say hello to me then maybe I'll bring you breakfast that you've already paid for.
The food is always not tasty disgusting and always not quite fresh to the point. Once had to use
activated carbon.
Formally, the tile is present in the room, but you can’t even boil an egg on it, let alone something else.
Can't wash in the shower due to low water pressure.
Wi Fi either slows down or is absent.
The waiter comes up to the table ten times and says delicious? We exclusively that would have lagged behind responded deliciously.
Is he delicious again? I had to tell him to get away from the table, but he got mad because he
considers his own))
And this is just what caught our eye, with our efforts to turn away from the bad,
try not to ruin your mood. What else is going on in the hotel?
The hotel has an atmosphere of irritability and hatred towards customers.
The hostess at parting says the same phrase to everyone: "you are the best guests. "

The villa has a good location, 362 steps were counted to the beach, walking in the morning and in the evening is easier than ever, during the day it is a little difficult in the heat. But you can call it training. Steps down from the villa lead to the "wild" beach, the very edge of the beach with rocks, so the entrance to the water is rather inconvenient.

But you can call it training. Steps down from the villa lead to the "wild" beach, the very edge of the beach with rocks, so the entrance to the water is rather inconvenient. We went to the beach closer to the island itself, the steps are next to the park and, importantly, they are more in the shade! : )
As for the room - we were placed in a room next to the service room. They kept mostly towels and various cleaning supplies - vacuum cleaners, buckets, etc. There was a terrace in front of our room (a table, two chairs and an umbrella) and every morning the cleaning lady sat and smoked at this table. The room is divided into two parts - in one there is a double bed and a chest of drawers with a TV, in the other - a single bed, a large closet, a kitchenette and a table with chairs (again, two, although the room is for three). They promised to bring the third chair, but we did not wait for a week of rest. Refrigerator / electric kettle serviceable, enough dishes (there is everything you need). There was one door on the kitchen table, the second, apparently, the tourists kindled a fire.
The bathroom is a different story. The drain in the shower was so clogged that the water practically did not drain. Therefore, taking a shower was catastrophically long, especially for three adults in turn. Approached the owners, asked to clean. A cleaner came, tried to clean something with a plunger and said that the master would come. Naturally, no one came, although we said that the water still came off badly. Several times the water in the toilet did not fill up, but, fortunately, we could fix it ourselves.
Cleaning is fantastic. Haven't vacuumed/sweeped for a week. Towels were also not changed, which, by the way, were small, not bath. We only changed the garbage bag, and thanks for that.
As for audibility - the walls are actually very thin!! ! Especially if you are in the bathroom, you can hear absolutely everything. And yes, I immediately want to apologize to the girl in the previous comment, we are those neighbors who got up at 5 in the morning for various excursions, we tried to be as quiet as possible, but we urgently need to do something with audibility.
Sveti Stefan is a great place for a relaxing holiday, where you definitely want to return, but definitely not to this villa.

Worst villa I have ever stayed in. I was put in a room with plastic doors to two adjacent rooms, i. e. the audibility from the two rooms is as if we are in the same room. In one of the rooms, the girls got up at 5 am, and so did I. There is a water pump in front of the front door, the sound of which makes it impossible to fall asleep.

The drain barrel constantly breaks, it’s good that I can fix it myself.
When asked to transfer me to another room, the owner replied that he had nowhere to transfer me, and I could either live here or not live here.
I received a wonderful birthday greeting!
I will not come here again and do not recommend to others.

The hostess of the villa, impudent and sly, decided to rent out her office premises, marking them on the website as a studio. Cleaning has not been done even once in 10 days, 4 small towels for 3 people, it took longer to beg, furniture and shower cabin are broken, kitchen cabinet with one door, the second one is torn off, shelves on the mirror in the bathroom are broken, cobwebs, light bulbs in sconces do not light, garbage was not taken out. And then it started to rain, and all the water drained into our room, shoes floated away and water flooded the floor. There are no terraces, as promised on the site, from the pantry door there is a view of a blank cement wall, the sun does not fall into this passage at all. And the sewerage of all other rooms is right in front of the entrance to this haven. The only view from the room is the linen and ironing room. At 6 am, the cleaning lady starts climbing and making noise. There is no air, the window overlooks the city stairs, it is impossible to open it. Mosquitoes (you can’t do without a fumigator), and after the rain, ants flew into a humid corner to give birth, so they broke through the door through hordes of insects. Now think very hard whether you want to take a chance and get on such a "vacation"!???????????????????????????????????? ? ?????? ?

We rested at the SUMET villa in September 2013. Before leaving, I looked for reviews, found only one, but there is little information there. I will try to clarify the questions in more detail. So: the villa is located 300 m from the sea (as it says in the description), in fact, there are 365 steps to the beach, steep and not very steep. I specifically chose this location to walk more and train my legs, because. no time to do exercises at home. I went to the beach 3 times a day X for 365 steps, it turns out a good workout. The husband mastered only one descent and ascent, and then with curses, but he also received a little training.
The beach is municipal, paid, or rather not a paid beach, but sunbeds on it, the minimum price in mid-September was 5 euros per sunbed, the maximum 15, this is on the beach to the left of St. Stephen's Island, if you look at it from the shore. We bought a beach mat from a nearby shop for 6 euros and lay comfortably on the pebbles. There was no need for an umbrella, because the sun in September is not so evil, a light breeze, the tan went unnoticed. The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are large, it is difficult to walk on it, you need to buy special slippers. But we didn’t take it - foot massage is also useful, and by the end of the rest we walked on this pebble like on parquet!
Room: we lived on the second floor (the owner of the villa called this floor the first), in the room, as indicated in the photo, there is everything you need: a kitchenette with dishes, an electric stove (at first I thought it was a microwave, when I got closer I saw that this cabinet is a two-burner stove with an oven - very convenient for heating food, a little inconvenient for cooking it, because the burners are located, as it were, under a slope and once a pan almost flew off of it.
There is no electric kettle in the room, there is, as they call it, a metal cezve, water needs to be heated on the stove, which is not very convenient, because. it takes a lot of time.
The beds are a bit low, but you can sleep. Pillows were surprised - a flat pancake, in the amount of 1 piece per person, what is what is not there...
The chairs near the kitchen table are plastic, not very stable (the husband carelessly sat down on one and it collapsed, they threatened to charge a fine of 5 euros for damage, but then changed their minds).
Shower (you can’t even call it a booth, so, the shower compartment is closed with an oilcloth, which constantly fell, we removed it, all the same, water poured from under it onto the floor, and after each visit to the shower, we had to shovel out the water, because because it flooded the entire bathroom.
Behind the entrance door to the room there is a common terrace with a coffee table and two chairs, each room has its own + clothes dryer. In general, there is a necessary set for recreation, but not for tourists with pretensions to comfort, everything is simple.
No one bothered much about cleaning the room, it consisted of changing towels (daily), cleaning the bathroom, the floor was never washed in the living room, only shallow, or maybe I didn’t see it. The towels in the room are small, beach towels are not issued, so bring your own or buy it here (from 5 to 20 euros). Bed linen was changed 1 time in 12 days and then on request.
Meals: we took breakfasts and dinners - we were not hungry, but we didn’t feel much enthusiasm either. Not a buffet, not on the menu, but what they would give. We didn’t always go to breakfast, but when we were given a mandatory set daily: bread, butter , jam, freshly brewed coffee (delicious) or tea to choose from. And this set is different every day: either an omelette with bacon, or pancakes, or sliced ham and cheese.
Dinner is better: portions are large, be sure to have some kind of salad and a hot dish, either meat with a side dish, a large piece, then meatballs, then stuffed peppers, etc. ) Tea and coffee are not given at dinner, you need to order for a fee.
In general, in order to spend the night, do not count on special comfort.
I won’t write about excursions, there are a lot of them, if you want to take it from a tour operator, if you want to go to Budva (10 km by bus for 1.5 euros per person, bus stop next to the villa). the purpose of the review is to tell about the living conditions in this villa.
Tourists living in rooms in the neighborhood (a group of girls from 20 to 31 years old) said that they liked everything here, they rented a car and traveled to all the towns.
Special thanks to the tour operator Biblio Globus for their attentiveness to their tourists. The fact is that our return flight was delayed, they said at the airport that the plane took off from Moscow, but did not fly to Podgorica, somewhere it made an emergency landing. So Biblik did not leave us to the mercy of fate at the airport, but drove several large comfortable buses, seated all the tourists and took them to hotels, quite decent (in any case, it seemed to me so after the Sumet villa). There they fed dinner, announced the time for collecting departure to the airport, in the morning they gave each tourist a lunch package for breakfast and escorted them to the airport. Thank you very much for this attitude. I myself am a travel agent and I know that many tour operators, if flight delays occur, leave tourists to their fate and do not give any information, especially accommodation in hotels.
They paid 44 thousand for a ticket for two at breakfasts and dinners, when booking 4 months before departure, i. e. early booking, value for money I think is optimal.
