Meals were not included in the tour. The large area of the room, I didn’t really like that in addition to the bed, there was both an arena and a crib. those. the room was designed for 3 or 4 people, we did not need it, otherwise everything was fine. I liked the hostess, she treated requests well, there was a late check-out, so we stayed in the room longer, it was free. As for the guide from the host, she was just rude, firstly, she didn’t come at the appointed time, she said: “wait, I don’t come here every day, ” which was no longer pleasant. Secondly, she aggressively offered excursions, and when she was asked questions, she carried all sorts of nonsense, such as the fact that the entrance to the bus station was paid, so that people would buy excursions from her and never leave the hotel anywhere else. The guide was not pleasant and not convincing, in my opinion not a single person from the hotel bought a tour from her.

Just returned from vacation. We were in Montenegro with my wife for the second time together. Last time, two years ago, we lived on the border of Becici-Rafailovici. Not bad there either... But this time we decided to settle on Sveti Stefan beach, where people and much cleaner air...
I can say that all the previous reviews I have read are true.
I just want to add that if you have the necessary reserves of strength and your health allows you to go down and up for 20-25 minutes continuously, then do not be too lazy to walk to the left of the villa across the hill to two beaches where there are practically no swimmers. The water there is much cleaner than on the main beach. In that place on the asphalt and huge stones it is written that the beach is used for nudists. My wife and I didn’t see anyone at all on the far beach (mid-June), and swimming without clothes is an inexpressible pleasure.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased by the attitude of the owners of "Teodora" to the guests. Everything is organized so that you do not feel any inconvenience. And if there are any questions and wishes (we changed the pan and pan), then such issues were resolved simply and quickly. Very good a kitchen and a bath-toilet are equipped. During our stay, the internet router was updated and the connection became just fine.
We were very lucky to meet and chat with the owner, Pavel (he is a very busy person and it is not very easy).
Pavel speaks excellent English, and in Russian so that many native speakers of the "great and mighty" language can learn from him.
He was so kind that twice he organized individual tours around the country for us and another family, knowing our wishes in advance and making some of his suggestions.
These two trips were impressive. Trips with a local professional driver and also a part-time guide cannot be compared with a collective bus trip (50 people) and even a rented car. He drove and showed us the most the secret places of Montenegro, where not a single bus will pass and an unprepared foreign driver will not find, he called in advance and ordered a table and food in a restaurant... And the last thing: the attitude of Montenegrins towards Russian speakers is very good. There is no need to be afraid and even doubt whether to go there or not .

Rested together with his wife from 09/03/16. to 09/14/16. The convenient location of Sveti Stefan suggests a calm, quiet holiday, away from the noise of discos and restaurants. It is only 6 km to Budva, the bus stop, which runs every 15 minutes, is 30 meters away. The fare is 1.5 euros. We took a car (there is a rental office in St. Stefan, they speak Russian, a little more expensive than in Budva and the choice is smaller, but next to the hotel + you can park at the rental company for the night) and in 6 days we traveled around the main tourist routes on our own + went to Albania for 1 day.
In general, they were very satisfied with the rest. The weather is warm, but cloudy, which did not prevent you from enjoying the cleanest Adriatic Sea.
Check-in to the apartment at 5: met, snatched a suitcase out of hand, escorted to the door, handed the key to the room on the 3rd floor. To be honest, we did not even hope to get into such large, comfortable apartments. Living room with kitchen (glasses, pans, kettles, etc. - everything you need! ) The refrigerator is small, but it was enough for us. There is a water cooler. Air conditioning only in the living room (worked fine, although not new) is naturally free, as is Wi-Fi (satisfactory speed everywhere). Two bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, lamps. Blinds are everywhere, which is very convenient. There is a safe (not used).
The bathroom with shower is tired but everything worked well. The furniture is not new, but not bad. A separate topic is balconies: there are 3 of them! From two sea views, from one to the mountains and neighboring villas. Each has a comfortable table and chairs: breakfast, looking at postcard sea views, is a pleasure!
They clean the apartments normally, we don’t count how many times the towels were changed. we are going to travel, and not to engage in nonsense (which is not a review, there is only one criterion: the timing of the replacement of the towel! - Tired). In the apartments from previous vacationers, many useful things are passed on like a baton: umbrellas and beach umbrellas and from the rain, beach mats and much more (salt, clothespins, sugar, etc. ) - very pleased, comfortable.
By location in the village: like everything in St. Stephen, uphill, 5-7 minutes to the sea, from the beach 15-20 not a quick step. If you have health problems, climbing can be difficult. If you are not in a hurry, the walk is not annoying.
The village is very green and clean. Everything you need can be purchased in the minimarkets of the village, however, in the supermarkets of Budva, of course, it will be cheaper. But there is everything. We dined several times at the Drago restaurant (200 meters from the apartments): cozy, clean, tasty, the portions are large (although smaller than in Greek taverns). On average, for two without alcohol, the price tag was 25-30 euros. Great views from the veranda.
You will be satisfied with apartments and holidays in St. Stefan if you are unpretentious, not capricious and not spoiled. For those who are accustomed to the All system and the bed-restaurant-lounger-bar route, there is nothing to do here (and indeed in Montenegro). People come here for the clean sea, clear mountain air, beautiful nature.
P. S. all the photos of the hotel that I saw in previous reviews are real, the stories about the apartments are completely true

Correspondence with the hostess allowed us to choose the apartments we needed in two separate bedrooms with balconies, a kitchen and a bathroom. Selected from photographs. I was sure that the reality would be much worse (as often happens in countries similar in mentality to us), but it turned out to be wrong.
The villa is solid, neat, many flowers, the hostess is good-natured and cheerful, we liked it. He doesn't speak Russian very well, but you can understand. She understands Russian herself, she said that her son knows Russian very well, but we never talked to him.
There is a sea view from most of the apartments, but not a chic frontal one, but a little from the side. Thanks to the construction of 5-6 storey villas on the shore, the sea view from many villas is either blocked by cranes and buildings or spoils it very much.
Free housing in the city was heaps - it is understandable - the end of the season. There are not very many people, but the beaches are still crowded with sunbeds, albeit empty ones. Therefore, if you have your own umbrella, then there is not so much space for you. To the left of the Sveti beach with sunbeds for 20 euros, further sunbeds from different villas and between them people "with all their own. " To the right of Sveti is a closed beach for 50 euros sunbeds, you can’t do without them. In the hotel itself, only with a tour of 50 euros.
Along the coast, in the direction of Przhno, there are several private beaches and the Milocer Hotel, near which there is either a pretty park or a botanical garden. Beautiful, well-groomed, it's nice to walk there and hide from the scorching sun.
In about 30 minutes you can walk to Prž no, right on the beach.
We were by car, so we did not spend much time in Sveti Stefan itself - we went to the beach twice and took a walk in Przno.
Not far from Sveti Stefan there is Drobni Pesak beach, we really liked it. But you can't get there without a car.
Actually, about the villa.
Of the benefits: clean, tidy, not noisy (although the road is nearby, and there are a lot of guests) - there are simply no cafes, shops, bars on the first floors - there is no one to make noise. Regular minibuses went to Budva, stop-50m from the villa. There is a sea view, from some balconies you can see the Sveti Stefan Hotel, but so-so. There is air conditioning, but one and it is above the entrance to the apartments, in fact in the kitchen. There are no bedrooms - it's not very comfortable - in our September, the temperatures were not autumn at all - 38C. Nothing broke, everything worked, there were no complaints about repairs, water supply, etc.
I was pleased with the glass ceramic plate for 4 burners.
WiFi internet was free all the time. Not very fast.
Cleaned almost daily (promised, however, daily). Beds were changed 2 times in 12 days, towels every three days.
TV with satellite TV, including Russian channels.
However, there are some downsides.
Parking. It seems to be by local standards, but it seems not, according to ours. I had to park the car along the road under the hotel, and this is just on such a good turn of 180 *.
Sea. Far away, especially if the elderly. The path may be 300 meters, although rather 400, but the slope is decent, steps. Not everyone will be comfortable going uphill. Youth is not a problem, but people with illnesses, older people, pregnant women are not an option.
Tableware. Just don't say I'm nitpicking. But! Apartments with a kitchen are usually rented to cook there. Therefore, we rely on a set of dishes. There are no glasses, I am silent about glasses. Devices are also scarce. There are two frying pans, but both with a clean otderty coating - slag, in general. There are no deep bowls. But there are stacks, about eight ; -)
The refrigerator is small, the freezer almost does not freeze, at least the cold accumulators did not freeze there. There is no oven.
The kettle is not electric, but which is heated and whistles on the stove ; -)
The best part is that there were no negative surprises - everything that the hostess promised us, she fulfilled. It's nice to deal with such people.
