The best thing about the hotel is only the food, the food is very good!! ! But there are very dirty mugs in the guardhouse, they do not clean the plaque from tea and coffee. Our remark about this received a rude response instead of an apology!! ! The rooms are cleaned very badly, until you tell them to clean the room, they will not clean it.

To our remark that they had not cleaned the balcony, they again received a rude answer !! ! And most importantly, the administrators are rude!! ! After our remarks, they stopped greeting us!! ! Horror!! ! I won't come here again!! !

Last summer, together with my family, I went on vacation to Anapa : ) We had a great rest! The trip was pretty cheap. Of course the rooms with sea view are great! Enough good maintenance and service. I really liked this hotel, I don’t mind having a rest there again : ) P. S. The food is edible and even delicious))).
