We rested at the hotel at the beginning of October 2021. The rest was wonderful! Ilios is located on the central street of the city of Herssonis. The location is very convenient, and supermarkets and shops and the sea are all within walking distance. The hotel rooms are not new but clean and well maintained. The balcony is spacious.

The location is very convenient, and supermarkets and shops and the sea are all within walking distance. The hotel rooms are not new but clean and well maintained. The balcony is spacious. They clean and change the bed every day. There is a fridge and a safe. Air conditioning is paid, but we did not need it. Special thanks to the hotel staff! We arrived late in the evening and were fed immediately. We did not count on this, we took sandwiches from home. Settled quickly, everything is clear and understandable. The food is delicious, the chef is great!! ! Everyone is sincere and friendly. You can contact with any question. We really liked it here. We are already dreaming of coming to Ilios again!! ! We recommend the hotel for a relaxing family holiday, without any special requests.

We arrived at the hotel at 21.00, sat down quickly, fed, although the restaurant was already closed. We rested on the All Inclusive system. In this hotel, the all-inclusive system is different from the same system seen before. The choice is provided for salads, and the main course is brought. But every day there was a different main course, it was enough and it was delicious.

I would especially like to mention Pavlo, who brings drinks and Anthony (he asked to call him Pepito : ) ). Everything was very cultural and attentive to the guests. All hotel staff were polite and helpful. The main language of communication is English. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every two days. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that air conditioning is paid - 9 euros per day. We did without air conditioning, it was still not so hot.
The hotel itself is located at the beginning of the main street of Hersonissos, which runs along the sea and it is interesting to walk along it. If you turn left, then all roads lead to the sea. If you wish, you can find a beach where you can put an umbrella and lie down to sunbathe, but the entrance to the sea is mostly rocky, so slippers are needed. Also, for those who are annoyed by the sounds of the street, it will be difficult to fall asleep with an open balcony. Mosquitoes are present, but in June there are not so many of them. In general, there are few vacationers in June, the sea is warm, the wind blew for 2 days and you can bargain at car rental prices (a small car could be rented up to 11 euros per day, if taken for 5 days). We liked Crete, we liked the hotel, we liked the cooperation with AnexTour. If you are not embarrassed by the bustle of the city, like to walk to the sea, are not picky about food, love to swim in the sea - you are there, on Crete and the Ilios hotel.
