After reading a not very positive review about the chocolate hotel, I decided to share my impressions. We rest in the hotel for several years in a row, we come 3-4 times a year. The cuisine in Chocolate is excellent, especially this year, and if someone wants to order a festive dinner, it is better to warn in advance what time to cook and what you want to order. quail, which must be marinated for several hours. Victor's barbecue is the most delicious, we recommend it to everyone.

Therefore, they decided not to unpack their suitcases in order to move in the morning. In the morning we woke up at 10 and went to have breakfast in a cafe at the hotel, but! To our great surprise, we were informed that "breakfast until 10:00, it says over there. " Of course, I understand that breakfasts are not the most profitable article of this establishment, but until this summer the cafe worked without interruption. To our reasonable question Why? we were answered “When should we rest? ”...
At 10:30 we were allowed to move. But they warned that “You will move the pillows yourself, and we will remake the bed... ” It seems to me that in a hotel that was built for profit, such moments should not arise in principle. At the entrance to the room hung a sign, which was marked on both sides: Please do not disturb and Please clean. It turned out that only a request not to disturb works in Chocolate, since "cleaning takes place at a strictly defined time. "

The hostess of the hotel came up and loudly, so that all the vacationers could hear, she said in the tone of a teacher teaching a loser: “I made you a discount, and let your friends pay as they should. ” I cannot understand one thing in this situation: it was impossible to say calmly, immediately, and only to me, and not to the whole hotel? The thought crept in, but should we move out... They brought us dinner, asked for 2 more cups of tea, to which we received an answer and the wry face of the administrator Lena (who is also a bartender) “Thank you for saying”... I think this is an echo of the spoons that we supposedly stole. Although they received a semblance of apology from the hostess, “well, don’t be offended by my tone, everything is so bad with me, tomorrow I’m leaving, Lena will be in charge, she’s so good, she cooks delicious. ” The thought of moving went out, we realized that we would no longer be able to take the money.
In the morning we went down to have breakfast, the hostess (who, in fact, cooked) had already left, ordered semolina porridge, we were told that no one knows how to cook it. “Then give us pancakes with condensed milk” (it couldn’t be easier). Answer: “Girls, no one will fry empty pancakes for you here, there are only pancakes. ” The nalistniki were already sweet, they sprinkled us with powdered sugar and poured the ordered condensed milk on us, my teeth cramped... while we were trying to eat it, our room was being cleaned. We bought decaffeinated coffee, because it was not offered on the hotel menu, went down to the cafe for two spoons of sugar, until this summer sugar was in the room. We were told: “what kind of coffee is this, I didn’t cook it, so when you buy coffee in a cafe, then you will get sugar. ”
After the hostess left, the hotel pool was no longer cleaned, so for a couple of days it had a dirty edge and a large number of dead flies.
On one of the last days, a glass was accidentally broken in the room, we decided to buy it in the market, the glasses in the closet were different, but I didn’t want to communicate with the administration once again. When we returned from the sea, we were informed about the glass, paid. We went into the room. They took off their shoes and cut their legs, they removed the roofing felts like that, the roofing felts left evidence, but the glass from the glass was on the carpet. A friend went out into the corridor, took a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the whole carpet.
And in conclusion: we decided to spend the penultimate evening at the hotel at a small festive table. We left at 9, because on the first day we realized that they feed here exclusively according to the schedule, and dinner is just before 22:00. All employees, administration and hostess sat at a large table and drank alcohol. To my reasonable question: “Will you feed us? ”, We received a stunning answer: “Did you specifically sit in the room and wait for us to sit down at the table? ” I was speechless from such rudeness, I’ll say more: no one, except for the hostess with a disgruntled face, even made a half-movement to get up and take the order... WE DID NOT FEED, ALTHOUGH THE CAFE CLOSED AN HOUR LEFT!!!
So, dear hostess of the hotel, I want to tell you that such service is not worth the money that you charge for a room (even with a personal discount). The distance from the hotel to the sea is 15 minutes walk to the promenade and another 10 minutes to the beach, which is not closed. Drinking staff, yelling songs under the balcony, falling out sockets, “Soviet regime” of food, rudeness, second-rate cleaning and the tone of communication with vacationers - your direct path to the loss of the institution's reputation and losses. Remind staff that the presence of resident-supplied toilet paper indicates that it should be put down once a day, not that it should no longer be put down at all. More about her: do not leave the remnants of toilet paper from previous tenants - this is not hygienic! According to hotel standards, the bed is changed every three days, and not every five days, i. e. not 1-2 times for a standard rest, but more often.
And separately from me: we vacated the room not at 12, but at 10:30, but left the hotel at 14:00, when the room was already occupied by other people, as you asked, so I say hello to everyone who is now washing with my gels for the shower and shampoos from the bag that I accidentally forgot in the room. And I also hope that the spoons “allegedly stolen” by us compensate for my professional corkscrew, which I also left by accident, and you didn’t even bother to ask “Forgotten or not! ”. Good luck with your business, we will not come to you again!
