The room consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a 2-bed sofa bed, a kitchen and two bathrooms. What was especially pleasing was our own patio with a stationary barbecue and a stove for a cauldron. Considering that we were in early April, this was very handy - in the village at this time, not all cafes are still open, and there is nowhere to sit in the evening. They spent evenings there all the time, cooked all sorts of yummy things.
The administrator Lena is very nice, she told and showed everything politely, our requests were heard. I read the reviews above - as if about another hotel in general. I don't know, maybe the management changed?
Of the shortcomings - a couple of times they cut off electricity for 40 minutes. But this seems to be not a claim to the hotel, but to Russian-Ukrainian relations. Moreover, there is a generator, which was launched within 2-3 minutes. In general, I strongly recommend it - for a large company this is what you need.
P/S feedback without filling this line is not posted. There is no food at the hotel. But it is not necessary! You won't go hungry in the New World! Nearby, for example, a dining room, soviet, but I took borscht there, the portions are huge - 2 for 4 people was enough, I asked to pour it into a saucepan. Yes, there is a kitchen! We bought a lot of goodies at the market, fried meat, grilled vegetables, etc.
When the hot water appeared, the pressure disappeared and it didn’t exist at all.
With a constant smell in the toilet, they fought around the clock with an exhaust fan.
For 5 days, it was not even offered to clean or change linen.
The berth, which should be considered a bed, is very rigid - like a shelf in a reserved seat car.
Well, here's a brief about the "elite vacation" in the hotel "Golitsyna, 19".
There is no dining room in the hotel, there are kitchens in separate rooms, but ours did not, so we ate in a cafe or took something at the local market and put it in our refrigerator. Near the hotel there is a Sopdep canteen. I would recommend eating there even though it's cheap.
It is possible to fry barbecue and shish kebabs on the territory of the hotel, only you need to warn the owners about this in advance.
In general, the hotel is located on the transitional level from a private house to a hotel, but for the most part it is located on the side of the hotel.
I liked the village itself. On the beach, of course, everything is like everywhere else in the Crimea in August - there is nowhere for an apple to fall, but the surroundings of the village pleased us, it was very cool with my husband to take a walk in the local mountains.
It all started off pretty decently. At least for the time being, we did our part from the communication required in such cases: phone calls, a nice clarification of the details of accommodation, the proximity of the sea, the presence of a cafe nearby, and the like. By the way, the price for accommodation was immediately indicated to us differently than it was indicated on the site: not 60, but 65 dollars per day for accommodation from July 16 to 21. Well, it doesn’t matter, we agree in advance... We made a transfer of the advance payment in the name of Koval Olga Vladimirovna. On this "honest" part of the conversation ended. Upon arrival at the proposed place of residence in the village of Novy Svet, the first thing they heard from Olga Vladimirovna was that they had arrived too early, she was waiting for us only from 18.07 (!!! ). The dates of visiting and resting in the New World were not chosen by us by chance: July 16 is my anniversary, so to speak, a small intermediate finish in life. Accordingly, an error on our part is completely excluded. As a temporary shelter for one night, we were offered a newly built room in the courtyard of a private house with a promise to check us into a hotel in the morning. ("just rebuilt" - this means that the master screwed the flashings on the windows already with us). The morning with the resettlement came at 12 o'clock. You yourself understand what the loss of these precious hours means for a spa visitor. But as it turned out, our "misadventures" were just beginning. Relocation was proposed to a completely different area of the village in a separate shield room. It's hard to call this building a home. since "it" is located over a car park for 2 cars. In principle, the building is suitable for recreation. It is equipped with everything necessary, if only it had been announced in advance and we would not have gone to "the house was built according to the project of a Spanish architect from natural white stone" (as described on the site). By the way, the mention of the fact that “we would like to go to the house of the “Spanish architect” caused Olga Vladimirovna to laugh and the statement that she did not write anything like that and that, regarding the description of the hotel, this is not for her, but for the developers of the site. She - a representative of the "management" company: if you don't like it, don't live in. By the way, later walking around the New World (an extremely beautiful place), we came across a construction site between the houses at the addresses Golitsyn - 17 and Golitsyn - 21. Probably this is the most desired, but inaccessible, non-existent.
So, if you also want to take the bait in the form of an ephemeral hotel on Golitsyn - 19, get hooked by dishonest representatives of the "management" company in the person of Olga Vladimirovna Koval and want to be "resold" to other homeowners of the New World, then do not pay attention to my review and contact phone numbers listed on the site. If you do not want, then look further - there are still honest entrepreneurs in the Crimea. I'm sure.
