It took 15 minutes to meet almost no one left. I did not want to prop up the walls of the airport, besides with 2 small children, so we decided to look for another way to get to the hotel.
I advise you, if you order a transfer from the hotel, then look, for insurance, other ways to get from the airport to Nikolaevka.
Taxi drivers call the price too high and offer to take it at the rate of 1km = 67 rubles. (distance from the airport to Nikolaevka is 50.55 km). Don't settle for this price. One room has 1 double bed, sofa. There are also 2 armchairs, one of which stands in the corner and to which, with all the desire, it is impossible to get through, because on one side there is a table close to it, on the other side there is a sofa, why this chair is needed is not clear.
There is a refrigerator in the room, a TV, air conditioning, an old, old bedside table on which there is a kettle, inside there is a safe that was not working. For 5 guests there was 1 plate and 2 dirty, chipped tea cups in the room. There is a carpet on the floor, which is not vacuumed, but wiped with a dirty floor cloth.
In the other room there is a double bed, as old as a bedside table, a trellis, and, probably, a wardrobe from the First World War, in which guests are invited to hang things. The dimensions of the cabinet were simply surprising, it would be possible to put things in it, well, at least 2 people, but obviously not 5. Gentlemen, well, if you declare that the room is designed for 4 people, this does not mean that you need to provide only a bed. It’s scary to touch the closet, because it seemed that it could just fall apart, apparently the other guests didn’t use it, because there wasn’t a single hanger inside the closet. With a question about the lack of hangers in the closet, contact the administrator.
The surprise on the administrator’s face cannot be expressed in words, why she didn’t understand the hangers for the guests, but nevertheless, after a few minutes of surprise, she asked how many hangers we need, since there were five of us, they asked us to bring at least 5 coat hangers. The administrator also added that they shouldn’t be worried about the room, and you need to contact the cleaners, this position is not clear to me, but oh well ...After 15 minutes, the hangers were brought to us, but they looked like they were all over the hotel and there were only 3, they said “More No! ! ! ". The second room has tiles on the floor and no rug, but maybe it's better than a dirty carpet. Behind the trellis we got packs of cigarettes, cookies from previous guests, it is not clear how the room is cleaned when all this garbage was visible.
One day, sunglasses fell behind the trellis, I had to get them out, but how much cobwebs there were, it’s simply beyond words, apparently they simply didn’t wash there for the entire period of the existence of this hotel.
Shower room + bathroom. There is no rug either in the shower room or in the room itself, to take a shower you need to stand directly on the tiles, well, at least it is unsafe.
Instead of a rug on the floor in front of the toilet, there is a dirty floor rag (I couldn’t resist and photographed the “miracle of the rug” photo), this rag replaces the rug, and they also wash the floors in the toilet. The rag is unpleasant, dirty, it's just a nightmare. Upon arrival, there was one tiny, individual bar of soap, which other hotels provide per guest and a roll of toilet paper. It was announced that this is for all 14 days. To the question “Why did you pay 2500 rubles per day, do you get a place for a bed? » the cleaner said all the questions to the administrator.
But upon arrival, we were given a broom, a scoop and were told “Keep cleanliness yourself” ...
In the week of departure from the hotel (we left on Saturday), they cleaned us once - on Monday. On Friday, a question was asked to the administrator about the cleaning, the administrator replied that the cleaning was carried out as far as possible, and apparently as much as desired. There is no question of any cleaning every other day. Change of bed linen was also very original. On the day when they were supposed to change the linen, there was a child in the room, the cleaning lady asked the child to remove all the bed linen, because she does not have time for this…

In the evening we came to the cafe for dinner. The children ordered dumplings. While waiting for dumplings, there was a feeling that the cooks kneaded the dough, boiled potatoes, mashed and then sculpted dumplings and cooked, waiting for dumplings took 1.5 hours, during which time the children managed to fall asleep, well, accordingly, there was no longer any talk of any dinner, the children were left without supper.
The question was asked “Why so long? ". We were told that the complexes should be ordered in advance, at least 40 MINUTES in advance! ! ! (we waited 1.5 hours).
The next day, we made an order not in 40 minutes, but decided to order lunch right in the morning, but in the morning there was practically nothing from the provided set lunch menu. WHY write 5 soups in the set menu if there is only 1, why write 5 side dishes if there is only 1, etc. ? Ordered for 14 hours what was. But even with a pre-order we had to wait 1.5 hours for our lunch! ! ! ! Dinner also failed, we also expected it for about 2 hours, the children fell asleep again.
A question was asked to the administrator about the service of set meals, why there is practically nothing of what was declared in me and why such a long wait. The literal answer is "We are not going to work at a loss. "
Well, Gentlemen, there really were no crowds of visitors in your cafe.
If for 1 day of serving complex meals in the amount of 500 rubles per person (and we have 2500 rubles from our family) it is to work at a loss, then it’s really easier not to serve anyone at all. Although I will get better, there were still diners, every day at the same time - this is the hotel staff. Apparently, the menu with complexes is designed not for guests, but for staff.
There were no more attempts to eat at the hotel. There are no problems where to eat, there are many cafes and canteens around. Prices are almost the same everywhere.

For example, on the way back we hired a bus at the bus station (it turned out 600 rubles per family). Initially, we booked 3 rooms in a row on the 1st floor (11.12, 13), as a result, 13 was occupied. (I felt sorry for these people from number 13, after all, listening to such a large company with children for days on end, although initially it was possible to give them a distant number 14 for their own comfort - again, a big minus for the director). The room on the day of arrival turned out to be dirty - dust in the closet, sand under the bed, dirt, a forgotten piece of chess, pieces of paper, etc. After the remark, the maid washed everything, and brought towels for the face and hands upon request.
I want to express my gratitude to the only person in this hotel responsible for households. part of Zinaida, especially for attention, because the director Irina Sharonova, after the terrible service in the dining room, dirty rooms, did not even apologize and did not take any measures to eliminate the disgrace in the dining room in terms of service and customer service, to us not once after the incident did not come and say goodbye after the rest. In addition to the long wait for food, the dishes were often confused, they brought something completely different from what was ordered, it was impossible to wait for bread for soup and scrambled eggs. (In general, what is there to talk about if 16-year-old waiter boys work in the dining room !!!!! ) I want to note that the cooks cook delicious, but VERY LONG, the food is not greasy, but several times they brought scrambled eggs without sausage, although, on the sausage menu. We expressed dissatisfaction and indignation on the issue of hourly service to the administrator and director, but the situation has not changed.

I want to note that on the first floor of the hotel in your rooms you can meet large black southern cockroaches - I brought them out, poured washing powder in the corners and along the walls, washed two into the toilet bowl - it is necessary to treat these parasites in the hotel. One evening I came after the dining room to the room and saw the cockroach again - to be honest, I made a scandal. If not for the good company, the vacation would have been completely ruined. Further, we agreed that we would be allocated one pavilion for our 19 people, one fine day we found that strangers occupied the pavilion, it was rented along with a barbecue - the day was ruined. For the remaining 4 days, we had to pay for the gazebo so that it would no longer be occupied.
Cars are constantly parked in the yard opposite the rooms of building 1, once the car was washed right in the yard - not very pleasant for vacationers.
