the villa has 6 floors without an elevator, located near the highway itself, as a result - the noise of the cars is constant + all the exhausts go to the rooms the descent to the sea goes through an old olive garden and a rather steep wooden staircase, on which the steps stagger walk 10 minutes to the sea,

the descent to the sea goes through an old olive garden and a rather steep wooden staircase, on which the steps stagger
walk 10 minutes to the sea, next to a shop, in which there is almost nothing, and one restaurant, the kitchen and the wastebasket of which goes just to the aforementioned wooden staircase
because of this there are a lot of flies
all other restaurants and cafes are already on the waterfront
I really do not recommend this villa to families with children and the elderly
