In reality, everything was not so colorful.
As for entertainment - really interesting shows with guest bands, etc. BUT the hotel is more, as we understand it, focused on Turkish vacationers and some Turkish singers often performed. The local population was delighted, the Russian-speaking in misunderstanding. Also after the show there is a disco - not bad. But as soon as 00:00 has struck you will be driven into the rooms. It is no longer possible to sit near the sea or walk, as the staff will do the cleaning, which we did not highlight.
Food. We thought that everything would be as it should be. And again, BUT. There is a lot of food, but this does not mean that it is tasty. For four of us, we collected a full table of different food, so that in the end at least something turned out to be edible. As a result, 70 percent were thrown away. A huge number of desserts, BUT 20% of them are delicious. They did it according to the same method - to score a lot so that something turned out to be edible. Saved by additional snack bars. It's mostly fast food, but delicious. + delicious ice cream.
Cleaning. I do not know how to rate the cleaning, as it was not. All they do is change towels and sheets. You can forget about washing the floor, surfaces, and even more so the toilet bowl. After the first "cleaning" we went to the reception, in the evening two women came and asked us "what is your problem" with an outrageous tone. We jabbed our fingers at the obvious stains and sticky surfaces, the floor. But they rubbed it haphazardly and they had to do it again, since we were in the room and could check. After that, the situation did not change, they did not clean until the end of the holiday.
In general, the impression is not very good. Mainly through the appeal of staff to tourists. Once at the bar they asked for a little more martini, to which the bartender replied: it was already over, while holding the bottle in his hand. We told him about the bottle, in response, "you don't have enough. " It was not in a joke form. This is not the attitude you expect for the money.
I do not recommend.
Let's go have breakfast. Plenty of food in the hotel. But it's almost all tasteless. Don't be fooled by the photos and videos, it just looks delicious. Drinks are all diluted, despite the ultra all inclusive there is no imported alcohol. There is nothing to make you want to drink all the time. Everything tasteless and diluted.
Plus hotel - it's a good animation and disco. True, all this ends at 00:00 and after that you are driven from everywhere to the hotel. Type begins cleaning, which lasts all night.
In general, after midnight, I had to hang out in my room and run to the beach for alcohol, and at the bar they poured 1-2 glasses on their hands, so they ran often.
After the first gathering in the room there was a lot of dirt and alcohol that leaked through the glasses (since all glasses are paper and leak). We hoped that after cleaning it would be clean. But not in this hotel. All the cleaners do is change the sheets, towels and throw out the trash. All the dirt on the tables remained (photo attached). Nothing is washed in this hotel. I had to go to reception and complain. An hour later, cleaning ladies came who did not understand only sign language and asked us to show them what needs to be cleaned. I had to supervise the cleaning. For one they cleaned the stains of a month ago.
The next day we met with the guide. His name was Manas (Manasbem, it seems). He took us on an excursion to the water park The world of legends, hanging noodles on our ears, telling us how cool it is there. But not a word about the cons.
Arriving at the water park, we stood in line for each slide for 30-40 minutes. It was possible to pay extra $ 30 from each to stand in line for those who skip the line, it's about 5-10 minutes. In general, because of the wild queues, we didn’t really ride. Later, the guide separated us according to the local currency exchange rate. Be vigilant and check all the information.
Among the advantages of the hotel I can note a large swimming pool, friendly animators and good animation in the evenings. We made friends with a bartender in the lobby named Ishmael, a cool guy, he made us not bad cocktails, without him it would be terrible in terms of drinking. Also good ice cream and pizza at Pizza corner (not in the canteen, it's dark there).
In the end, I can't recommend this hotel. Too much negativity. Does not pull on 5 * with ultra food.
We were not proud to write this problem to the feedback, in response, the local Russian-speaking representative said that he would solve everything (although nothing had changed, absolutely nothing) and would send us a compliment from the hotel. So, for the fact that you are frankly ignored and poorly served, they will send you a dessert of dubious quality from the dining room....As they say, it would be better not to disgrace yourself! So, as a result, the strongest minus is that Russian-speakers are treated badly here, in most cases they prefer locals, so guys close for sale and sell only to your tourists, and in fact 60 percent or more are Russian-speakers, and you stupidly ignore them and don’t respect them !
More cons - you can’t get towels after 12-30, local alcohol (not much and minus of course), there is no kettle in the room.
On the plus side - chic animation - the girls animators are great, if it weren't for them, then the rating would have been 2-3 times worse! The food is good, the area is normal, the beach is great. In general, the hotel is not bad, only you need to work with your staff and respect your guests, and not consider them as a herd!
There were absolutely no problems with food: we traveled with 2 children - 7 and 11.
But this is rather even a plus - the exit from the building directly to the beach.
The beach can be conditionally divided into two zones - the beach itself on the shore and a huge pier equipped with everything you need: sun loungers, changing rooms, a bar, etc.
That's where we spent our time. For me, this is the most successful swimming pier I have ever seen from Cyprus to the Canaries and Caribbean. . .
The food is excellent - there is something for everyone. Fish, meat, greens, fruits every day and in a wide variety...
A variety of animation programs and water attractions for children.
In general, I recommend to all lovers of a lazy and comfortable rest.
Advice:
Rooms in the side building (on the left when viewed from the sea) that do not overlook the sea - starting from 5 in the morning, some crazy rooster crows on the territory adjacent to the hotel.
The impression that he intends to trample on all the Turkish chickens in the area.
There was a desire to buy it from the owner and send it straight to the hotel kitchen...
Therefore, it is better to choose a room with a sea view - it may be more expensive, but calmer. For example, after the first night with a rooster, we paid extra ($ 10 per day) and moved to another room with a sea view...
First, they made a mistake when buying a tour. We looked at this hotel in Kemer on the website, and only after the purchase we realized that we had chosen a hotel in the wrong city.
I'll start with accommodation. We arrived closer to midnight. We met neutrally. No hugs or champagne. Although, then I saw that others were met that way. Well, apparently the staff was not in the mood or awake. Maybe because of us alone, they considered it superfluous to dirty the wine glasses... We'll survive somehow. Small but minus.
Settled on the -1 floor (reception on the 0th floor). The room is spacious, no complaints. 4 beds, sofa, armchair. Balcony - a closed space with a glass roof on top, i. e. below the ground level. Upset. I wanted to change the number, but later they did not change. They offered to change to the upper floors with a sea view with a surcharge of $ 7 per day. Like little money. But with a small child, they did not take risks. Music, noise. A child needs to sleep during the day. Then they did not regret that they did not change. No surcharge - on the upper floors, but overlooking the road. Nothing good either. Noise from the road.
Bathroom - there are claims. The faucet in the sink was leaking. There was a leak from under the tub when you took a shower. Well, about the black fungus in the joints of the bathroom - they write about it everywhere. I don't even post pictures. Fungus is fungus everywhere. Again small, but minus. But in general, you can endure.
After settling, from the road, we went to refresh ourselves.
At midnight, a snack bar opens for a night snack. Thought "night soup", it turned out to be a full buffet. Plus.
Cleaning. Well, they don't like to clean up. The floors were washed 3 times in 2 weeks. Shampoos and the rest are replenished only when you ask. He forced the floors to be washed 2 times. Smear dirt on the floor and everything. About what to wipe under the beds - there is no talk about this. The only time they did a quality cleaning with washing the toilet bowl, sinks. Asking for $? You have to deserve it. Instead of I for $ should deserve cleaning. He gave me a "tea" only for more or less high-quality cleaning.
Territory. She just doesn't exist. In the evening, you can only walk along the -3rd floor. Cafes, bars, children's playgrounds and attractions.
Beach. Too small for such a hotel. Length 60-70 m. Small pebbles. Entry into the sea without much trouble. No reefs or sharp rocks. On the 2nd day the sea was very dirty. Down to floating feces and contraceptives, an oily film, which at first was mistaken for algae. It looks like a garbage truck has been dumped. And so 3 times, every other day. Then, until the end of the rest, the water was clear. Apparently, at the beginning of the holiday, they got into some kind of action - "swim in extreme sports with garbage and survive. "
There is a pier. there the water is clean. But you can't buy with a small child. Entrance to the sea on the stairs and immediately the depth.
There were no problems with sunbeds. But this moronic habit of taking sunbeds by throwing things in there infuriated me. They never did it themselves. But it happened that you lie all day, towels are nearby on the sunbeds, things are lying. And no one shows up during the day.
Nutrition. The main "restaurant". Just a lot and plentiful. But mostly not tasty. It seems (and most likely the way it is) that most of the dishes are processed before not eaten. Many types of cheeses, salads, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, yoghurts, compotes. Tea, coffee, drinks. From fruits - apples, watermelon, melon. Pears, peaches, plums, nectarines, bananas, or tough, underripe or on the verge of spoilage. Loved the cherry tomatoes. 2-4 types of soups. After trying a lot, I settled on what is cooked right in front of you. From meat - veal, beef, lamb, poultry - chicken, turkey. Fried, stewed, boiled, grilled. Fish - fried, stewed. There was never seafood.
Desserts are plentiful and beautiful, but not tasty. I didn’t eat it myself, but my wife and eldest daughter were not enthusiastic about this business.
The staff who serve the food are wearing gloves. I don’t know if you consider this to be nitpicking, but when I saw how one such worker picked his nose, and then applied food with this hand... Well, maybe he has complete sterility in his nose... And he has a license for this.
Cleanliness of dishes is also far from ideal. Occurs with adhering food residues. Almost all plates with a slight coating of fat.
Move on. In addition to the main restaurant - snacks in a pizzeria, sushi, pasta, ice cream. We didn't go to a la carte restaurants. I suspect that there is food from the "common" kitchen (such an experience was in the Dominican Republic). For $10 per person
Drinking is quite bearable. Everything is local. They said that somewhere there is imported alcohol. But he didn't run after it. I liked the local dry red wine.
In bars and vending machines, drinks like cola, orange and sprite are noticeably diluted.
The shawarma on the pier is tasteless. Dry and little toppings.
A big plus - there are refrigerated cabinets with water on every corner. On the pier - with ayran.
Of the very big cons. They smoke a lot and everywhere. And they do not pay attention to the fact that you are sitting with a small child and the smoke goes to him. I smoke myself. But he always stepped aside so that the smoke would not bother anyone. Again minus.
Animation - in the afternoon by turns at the pool, on the beach, on the pier. In the evening, a children's performance, later for adults - in the amphitheater.
There is a gym. But there it is necessary to take some separate card in the registry. For 2 weeks, I only saw one person practicing.
And the biggest downside. This is the attitude of local staff towards the Russians. Well, they don't like us. In the registry, one Russian-speaking aunt works.
He speaks through his teeth. With obvious dislike. Moreover, when her own people come up, she almost spreads along the counter like a jellyfish. It's like a person has been changed. Unpleasant.
The next bad moment. Let's go to a pizzeria. All places are occupied. We sat down at a table that had just been vacated. We sit and wait for the table to be cleared. Get out. Partially. Until he poked his nose in order to completely remove and wipe the table. Made an order. We wait. 40 minutes passed. Heat, closeness. We sweat afterwards. Around the tables, the locals have already changed 2-3 times. The little daughter has already begun to act up. As a result, enraged, swearing, he took his family out of there.
Further. Went to an ice cream parlor. I ordered coffee. I'm waiting. The locals came up. First served them and then condescended to me.
Departure. We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 5:45. Waited 40 min. There is no bus. Went to the register. The admin contacted someone, brought a printout - the departure time was postponed. Bus at 8.10. Subsequently, on the bus, I asked the guide about it. She said she had alerted all the hotel guides. And they, in turn, had to warn their "wards". What our hotel guide Bahadir (again a local, but a representative of the Intourist operator) did not deign to inform us about. Although he had all my contacts. Looks like he slept well. Or petty revenge for the fact that we did not go to buy furs and leather on his "tip". Or we could sleep an extra 2.5 hours and not get up at 4.30 in the morning. Again, a big minus.
Some may consider it all petty nit-picking. But for the money they seemed to me not so small.
A voucher for 14 nights cost 320 tr. 2 adults and 2 children (14 l and 1 year old).
I won't go to this "service" for that kind of money. I looked at the month of October to this hotel for a trip with such a composition - 160 tr.
I don’t care about the money spent, but not at such a boorish attitude towards me and my family for my own money.
I liked their attitude towards their own people and their country.
But one must also respect those who bring money to their budget. . . At least not to show obvious disdain for the Russians. For other guests (not Russians) of their country, their respect is also at the level.
We need to take an example from them. And then we have the opposite. If a foreigner, they turn their fur inside. On their own shit. What kind of a country is this. . .
A very big plus. There was no our red-faced drunk cattle. The main contingent is local. Few Arabs, met Armenians, Belarusians, Ukrainians. At first, there were practically no Russians. Toward the end of our holiday, the Russian contingent increased significantly.
In general, the hotel can be put 4 * with a minus, but not 5 *.
Will I go again?
In particular to this hotel - a firm NO!
And to Turkey in general is also unlikely.
And just because of their relationship.
The food is varied, tasty and plentiful. All inclusive and drinks
Good spa services. The hotel is clean, the room was cleaned every day.
Disliked: Priority service for Turkish citizens. Stuffy in the corridors, elevators, no air conditioning. We had to wait a long time for the elevator.
There is no territory at all, no beach either. Pier only. A huge number of people, crush, like in the Moscow metro at rush hour. Music screams from morning to night, nowhere to hide, except for the reception. There is nothing for teenagers to do except the pool. All entertainment is mainly for small children. Under 18s are not allowed to enter the disco.
Evening performances are staged by professionals, but rather vulgar. It is strange to see this in a family hotel, and even in a Muslim country.
All in all, I can't recommend this hotel.
