We were looking for a place for a week at a budget and adequate price. Got this hotel all ultra on, the first line round trip Turkish air. Price 155 for two for a week. We decided to take it, but before that we read terrible reviews with a low rating, but we took a chance!

I write short and to the point. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the airport. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm. Settled immediately in a room on the ground floor view of the hotel nearby. In the evenings it is noisy from the neighboring discotheque. And in the mornings, when the staff starts some kind of unloading and there is a roar, I woke up.

I didn’t like the room upon check-in because there was a stale smell in the room, the toilet was leaking, the plumbing was a little tired, the refrigerator was broken, there was no toilet paper, no shampoo, soap and other things, as happens in 5-star hotels. There are flasks with a 3-in-1 product. This is a gel, shampoo and soap all in one.
The impression was not very good, we decided to change our apartments)). At the reception, we were told that there were no rooms available because the occupancy was 100%. We offered to pay extra, but again they say that there are no rooms available. We decided to spend the night, and in the morning go to the reception again. We slept well with the open door to the balcony, fresh air came in and it became more pleasant to breathe. The AC worked great, but we always slept without it. In the morning we slept, went for breakfast, examined the territory, the hotel, our room and decided to leave everything as it is. The room is good overall. This year the hotel was renovated, the carpet was changed everywhere, in the room we have new mattresses, new pillows, white clean linen, bedspreads, plasma, dark curtains, furniture with new upholstery. We went to the reception and they said that the refrigerator was not working. After about 20 minutes the technician came and replaced it. Batteries ran out in the remote control from the air conditioner, they also told us about it at the reception and after 10 minutes they brought us batteries to the room.
A plumber was called and he fixed the toilet. By the way, the pressure of the mountains. water is not very strong, but you can wash your hair normally. After 10 pm it will be more difficult. Cleaning every day, but light. Dust on the paintings and shelves, as it was, and lay. Toilet paper brought as many as 3 rolls))))

We cleaned up the room overnight. The main thing is to immediately go to the reception and say what is wrong in the room, what is broken, what is not, and they will write everything down. There is no safe in the room. Can be rented. WiFi is free - it catches at the reception, pool, on the beach, in the room, if it is near the lobby, but the weak one often crashes and takes a long time to load (there is also a paid one, we took 7 days $ 14)

As for food, I will say that the choice is not chic, but you can eat. Excuse me, the hotel is not for the bourgeois and the food is non-bourgeois))) They don’t pour Hennessy and they don’t give caviar)))

No frills, a good amount of assortment, but quite tasty cooked and fresh!

1 type of soup for breakfast, 2 types of soup for lunch and dinner.
There is always chicken, turkey, beef. Grilled fish every day.

From what I liked - grilled fish, chicken skewers.

Pizza (flat cakes with filling) - top!

Ice cream, fresh seasonal fruits (melon, watermelon, peaches, juicy pears, etc. ).

In the morning pancakes, donuts with Nutella, delicious scrambled eggs, porridge.

Mashed potatoes. Fried eggs, grilled meat, mushrooms with onions, pasta, fries, vegetables, pastries, salads, sweets, toasts, coffee, teas, juices are all there. I didn’t see the hungry and the poisoned too) None of us got poisoned! Everyone is healthy.

In general, there is something to feed yourself and children. For a week there were no problems with the stomach. As one dude here wrote in a review that the food is greasy, but we did not see this. I will say that everyone notices what they want to see! As for cocktails, it all depends on the worker who cooks, someone comes out delicious, someone not so much.

There are many foreigners in the hotel. Germans, Poles and Russians in greater numbers. Everyone lived peacefully, culturally and calmly.
We drank cocktails constantly at the bar on the beach and near the bass.

The hotel area is small and cozy. In Basik, water is taken for testing. The pools themselves are clean. There are 2 on the territory. One is large for adults and the other is for children. Everyone rode down the hills. The staff is friendly. There is a Russian-speaking girl Elena at the reception. Adequate, friendly.

The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. The sand is relatively clean. Cigarette butts, pieces of paper come across but uncritically.

Good entry into the sea on the pebbles. The water is warm and clean. Sunbeds are free. After 9.30 everyone can already be busy. Animation is not much, but enough for such a small area.

In general, the hotel is ok. Suitable for people with no special needs. Rather stardom 4 light but not 5. Would we return a second time?

I think yes. A week is enough.

Summary:

The sea is super, but you need slippers, very hot sand and stones near the shore. Liked the food. They did not suffer from hunger. Rooms after renovation - norms.
Compact area.

Vacation went great. The weather was sunny, the sea was good.

BENEFITS OF THE HOTEL
Close to the sea. Clean pools. Gorki. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Clean linen. New carpet. Everywhere balconies. Blackout curtains. In the evening there are competitions for children and guest artists perform for adults. Disco in a bar on the beach. The hotel has shops and a hairdresser.
CONS OF THE HOTEL
Dirty mirrors in rooms and elevator. There are no separate shampoo slippers. Tired bathroom. I would like it to be newer. Dishes in the dining room with stains. Wash badly. The animation is weak in my opinion. We need a stronger team.

Mold, damaged furniture, floors, wallpaper, carpet in common areas. The bathroom doors are swollen and won't close. The smell is rotten, the whole tree smells disgustingly of rot. Ventilation does not help, the next day of stay there was a severe headache. If you close the balcony in the room and return after a couple of hours, then there is a nauseating smell in the room. In common areas, the same thing, but in a lower concentration. All air conditioners in the hotel are leaking, there is water everywhere, you can easily slip. The neighbors had a charred outdoor air conditioner unit. Problems with sewerage, dirty water from neighbors came to the toilet and the riser made a lot of noise, including at night. Dirty, torn bed linen and towels, curtains. The mattresses were very sagging, it was painful to sleep. The next night my husband turned them over and it got better, they were never turned over.
Poorly insulated wires are lying around the territory, including in the wet areas of the pool. Dirt throughout the hotel, including the restaurant. Dirty rags, dishes, tables. Dishes are broken. The scene on the animation under the children sagged a lot, the plywood moved away, the children stumbled. There are a lot of broken tiles in the pool around the perimeter, I scratched my foot on the tiles at the bottom, the child's hand on the side of the pool.
The location is bad, the wilderness. While checking out, we saw a cockroach in the closet. Curtain. We could not stand such terrible conditions and moved to another hotel for our own money. Even if you spend all day by the sea, it is still impossible to sleep in mold and rotten stuff with cockroaches and other people's experiments in your toilet bowl. It's not about living up to stars, expectations, or money. We lived in 2 * and in guest houses. This hotel is simply dangerous for the health of both adults and children.
For those who go there.
A divorce was worked out at the reception: first, they settle in the basement or on the 1st floor, where the rooms are in a more disrepair condition (in our case, there was water by 3 centimeters in the bathroom and mold was from floor to ceiling). And then they offer an upgrade from economy to standard upstairs. Some for free, some for money, some for gifts. Naturally, it is completely impossible to be in these rooms, I wrote about the room above the floor above.

We chose this hotel due to its location, 1 line, the sea is right on the territory, the beach is normal, they promised sand, but in fact there are a lot of pebbles. We read reviews, most were normal, the hotel had an average score, but we were not looking for lux directly. We arrived in Antalya at 7 am, arrived at the hotel around 8 am, we were told to wait until 2 pm to be settled. From the very beginning, our tour agent warned that this hotel has economy rooms, which are more modest, and the standard, which are considered good, so we immediately chose the standard.
While we were waiting to check in, we were offered to have breakfast and go pick up towels from the hammam to swim. I did not like the food at all, dry buns, some raw pancakes and incomprehensible scrambled eggs. All drinks are given only in disposable cups that get wet after two minutes.
I asked to make a latte, they made it without milk, and when I asked where the milk was, the bartender simply opened the bottle and poured it in.
Somewhere at 12:30 we went to the reception to ask for a room with a sea view, we were told they would do everything in the best possible way and come back in an hour. For now, we decided to have lunch. People stood in line for half an hour, the air conditioners did not work either in the restaurant or in the hotel itself, many made "fans" from disposable plates. The food is more disgusting than for breakfast - undercooked rice, hard meat, incomprehensible salads with strange tastes and some tasteless cheeses and sausages. On the second day I woke up with a terrible pain in my stomach and nausea.
Regarding the room: at about 13:30 we went back to the reception and they told us that there were two rooms for us, they offered to go look.
The first room was in the basement of the hotel, without windows, terrible heat and dirt, as if they had never been cleaned there (as we understood this is the economy one, we had a standard booked, and they specifically showed this one first in order to choose the second one for sure). The second one was on the top floor, small, dirty, and only the view saved the situation a little. We went down to the reception to be indignant, the photos on the site did not correspond to reality from the word at all !! ! They also told us that if we want a room on the top, we have to pay extra 62 €, and there are no other rooms at all, because the whole hotel is full. We refused on principle and contacted our tour agent in the hope of somehow resolving the situation, we even wanted to change the hotel. A representative of a partner company from Turkey came to us, we explained everything to him, he went to talk with the manager and as a result we were offered another room on the third floor, also killed.
A tantrum began, we didn’t sleep for 30 hours, we decided to call the hotline and DEMAND to change the hotel, since it doesn’t correspond to reality - they described the whole situation in detail, They told us that this was marketing and the hotel probably had such rooms, but for a long time (which I don't think it's an argument at all. They also said that the whole of Turkey is packed and there is not a single free number.
We decided to check in already, as it was evening, and the next day everything was decided. In the morning, our tour agent from Moldova decided everything and found us another hotel, while we had to pay extra for it, pay a fine of 100€ to this hotel and already 35€ for the transfer.
Thank God we decided to move, otherwise I already thought that the whole vacation was down the drain, We arrived at a wonderful hotel, clean and with delicious food.
Regarding the staff: impudent (a guy came up at the bar and said that he had lost his glasses, asked if they weren’t found, the bartender waved his hand and pretended not to hear anything), intrusive (especially the guy from the hamam who called every 5 minutes to the hamam), and do not know two words in English.
In general, I do not recommend anyone to visit this hotel!

Вот с этим пятном живем не очень приятно и уборщица даже не старается его отмыть хотя оно отрывается. Наша ванная вообще ничем не обрабаиывется

I put *** purely due to the fact that we weren’t children and we didn’t get negative from food. The rooms are sooooo scarce, sooo! Why put 5 stars... if this hotel is not even a triple. If there is an opportunity to change another hotel. . . change without hesitation!! ! I am writing a review for the first time, although I have a rest two or three times every year.

Upon arrival, I was shocked. The hotel chose a long time (according to reviews). The hotel chose a long time (according to reviews). The main thing was to be close to the airport (we were traveling with a child of 6 years old), the sea was within walking distance, Wi-Fi. The reviews I got were all positive. And having decided to buy vouchers (May 2019). For 11 days and 10 nights, 1 adult and 1 child - 66 thousand came out. For such a hotel, this is very expensive. It doesn't qualify for 5 stars. In general, we arrived at 11 am, check-in at 14.00, we were offered to leave things in the corridor opposite the reception (although the description indicated a luggage storage room). The child wants to eat after a long flight, we didn’t have time for breakfast, we were given a list of hotel services and said that cakes were already being baked on the street and we could eat. The hotel area is very small, but we did not find these cakes, after a lot of questions from the staff. After a while, they paid attention to a long line - this was the place where the cakes were baked. Settled in a room. The hotel itself is old, everything in it is old. We were given a room on the 4th floor. At first glance - clean and comfortable. But looking closer, we saw that everything is old, dirt in the corners. We met a woman, she also came with a child, but they had an economy room. She said that when checking in at the reception, they were told that they would not be accommodated in the economy room, that there was mold, and they settled in the standard, but then let her leave a good review about the hotel. Cleaned in the room every day - and the dirt as it lay in the corners, and lies, new garbage was simply swept away to the baseboards. The air conditioner is not at all clear how it works, and they did not figure it out. Safe is paid (although it is written that it is free). Wi-Fi is a separate issue. It catches well near the reception, on the territory of the hotel in different ways (it often turns off and works slowly), it doesn’t catch at all in the room. Food is also a separate issue. They feed badly. No one was left hungry, but there was no variety at all. I write this because I have something to compare with. Every day is the same. And huge queues. The whole holiday was spent in queues. There is a line for meat, for fruit too (by the way, only apples, oranges of not the first freshness and chopped grapefruits were given from fruits). They gave apricots a couple more times (but people killed for them), so they didn’t even try to take them. Once they gave a watermelon - people almost went crazy, they made a crush. From food there were pasta, potatoes, rice, chicken, fish a couple of times, veal. Once there was even sushi (I don’t eat sushi, but I took it to try: terrible rice, and the filling is raw carrots and cucumber) - it would be better if they didn’t give it at all than to disgrace myself like that. There were also fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, radish, 3-4 types of greens (of which 2 were dill and parsley), eggplant, zucchini. For breakfast, fresh buns, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, thick and half-baked pancakes. Jam 3-4 kinds, chocolate paste, olive oil, tomato sauce, sour cream. Milk porridge and milk soup in the morning. Different cheeses (several hard varieties, others like cheese. In general, there is nothing to eat. I eat more varied at home. The description states a heated pool (but, as it turned out, it works only in winter). The upper pool is for adults and the lower one is for children (divided into 2 pools: for kids (where children are knee-deep) with a non-working slide and the second part of the pool (where an adult is waist-deep) - with 4 slides - 3 straight and one spiral. Slides include 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. The pools are not very clean (there is a small amount of sand and rubbish floating on the bottom). The sea is also dirty, and the beach is dirty and everything is covered in stones (there is practically no sand). There is a children's club on the territory of the hotel (it looks more like a barn - the atmosphere inside is terrible - everything is old, 2 tables and several chairs, pencils, leaves, puzzles and cubes - that's EVERYTHING !! ! condition). That's all the entertainment for children. There seems to be alcohol (I don't drink it myself, but I saw people take it). From drinks - Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite and the type of invite and yuppie from the device. There is no vegetation on the hotel territory - a couple of palm trees and a couple flowers and the grass is yellow-green. In general, there is no beauty. There is 1 store in the hotel - everything is expensive there. You have to go out of the hotel decently to find souvenir shops (everything is very expensive there and the choice is small). Near the hotel there are some two-story cottages or houses (they are abandoned, no one lives in them. There is nowhere to walk at all, there is nothing to watch. The entertainment program is weak. Animators work with children (for 10 days - the same thing happened every evening, the children spent half an hour yanceali under the same songs ). After classes with children, there is a general program - also weak. Of the pluses, it can be noted that the territory is very small - it is very convenient with small children and all the staff and animators are trying very hard, friendly. But to pay such money for efforts is not willing. There is a hammam (free of charge) - we went there 2 times and there was no one except us. There is a sauna (very small). I don't understand people who have written good reviews. If you don't want to ruin your holiday and waste your money, stay away from this hotel.

More cons than pros. In 5 star hotels there can't be long queues for chicken and watermelon (which was given once every 10 days). Room cleaning is very poor. After they gave a kick, they began to clean up well. There are gels and shampoos. They just need to be demanded, because they are not provided for by them. We were given every day. The food is varied - meat, fish, chicken, vegetables in different types of cooking, fruits, sweets. Everything is there. If, of course, you are used to eating red and black caviar every day, then you are not here. The bartenders are great. They made a variety of cocktails (If you smile at them and ask politely). Guide Shamil is always in the hotel. If you cannot resolve the issue through the reception, you can contact him.
The hotel has a shop with textiles and household chemicals. Thanks to the seller Zarina, a kind and sympathetic woman. It was nice to visit her. The prices are adequate (as in the market, which is located near the hotel, walk to the end of the road and to the right). There is also a spa center and a swimming pool on the 1st floor. And a fitness room.
Beach: gray sand and small pebbles. At the entrance to the sea, the pebbles are large. It is difficult to enter, but not critical.
We took 3 excursions. 2 at the guide (6 pplubny yacht Maldives and green canyon) and 1 on the street (Pamukkale). Prices do not differ. On the street, even more expensive, because. then it turns out you have to pay extra for a lot. The excursions were very enjoyable. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. If you want a good hotel, then it will come out much more expensive. And then there is the value for money. And if you are a boring person in life, then you are not here. Have a good rest!

The same uninhabited tourists stood next to us, who were offered a room with mold and high humidity, next to the sauna, but they had an asthmatic child with them, so they also refused to check into such a room. The rest had similar problems, but on the reception answered that there were no other rooms, but they continued to accommodate newly arriving tourists. We stood at the reception desk from 17:00 to 23:00, when we finally waited for a suitable 2-bed room, but we had to spend the night there six of us.
