The first time we stayed at this hotel was 2 years ago, in 2014. That year we liked everything very much - cleanliness in the room, friendly staff, good location. That is why we have chosen it for this year's trip. This time the hotel left the worst impression. The room was terribly dirty, there were just clouds of dust on the floor, and a candle left by previous guests of this horror (which the maid later thought of putting next to my contact lenses) was lying on the floor.

This time the hotel left the worst impression. The room was terribly dirty, there were just clouds of dust on the floor, and a candle left by previous guests of this horror (which the maid later thought of putting next to my contact lenses) was lying on the floor. The maid is just a separate conversation. Arriving in the room from a walk, we were just horrified. She thought of putting the bedspread on the shoes that were downstairs in the closet (I wonder how dirty the bedspread lay on our clean bedding). Moreover, for some reason she touched personal things - she shifted the T-shirt from the chair to the pillow. In addition, the hair dryer did not work in the room (room 47). Well, how . . it worked for exactly 30 seconds and turned off for 5 minutes.
After talking to the receptionist: the maid vacuumed the center of the room. The edges of the room (not even the corners) were still dusty and dirty. The issue with the hair dryer did not dare in any way - they refused to fix it, somehow replace it too. They offered to dry intermittently (30 seconds dry, 5 minutes rest).
We didn't hear any apologies. Not for, sorry, wild shit in the room, not for arbitrariness with things, not for someone else's thing on the container for contact lenses.

The hotel deserves only positive reviews. Located near Wenceslas Square (I always walked), next to a huge Catholic church on a quiet street. Very pretty rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Everything is good in the hotel - it is very conveniently located (to Wenceslovskaya Square - min. 15, to the Namesti Mir metro station - 2 minutes, sleeping, quiet area), either the hotel has such thick walls, or sane guests - but no one was heard. We lived on the 5th floor, the windows - to the sky - you can't hear the trams, only the alarm clock woke us up! Breakfasts are excellent! Delicious! The reception staff understands English (I did not try to speak Russian with them).

The reception staff understands English (I did not try to speak Russian with them). Cleaned well - but the dust remained, it irritated me a little. Safe is paid - 100 CZK per day. Although the employees inspire confidence, we still used the safe. There is a bar (refrigerator) - the prices are reasonable, but there is a small shop a minute's walk from the hotel, it is much cheaper there. There is a pharmacy nearby, there is an Italian restaurant - I liked it very much. I also want to advise a few places: as one kind woman said, you need to go to pubs where they brew and immediately sell this beer! She was 100% right! http://www. prazskymost. cz/index. php? lang=en - this one was our favorite! Service, food, beer - great! http://www. praga-praha. ru/pivnaya-v-uglu-v-cipu/ - you can have an inexpensive lunch there - well, very, very tasty! There is a second hall - for non-smokers - somewhere it was written that it was open until 15-00, we did not take risks (we did not want to eat in a smoky room) and came around 13-00! Order dumplings there - stuffed - it's unforgettable! Soups are delicious too! http://www. praga-praha.ru/pivnaya-u-fleku/-arealCzechpub(theybrewbeerthemselves)-youmustdefinitely feelit!PubUMedvidku(UMedvidku), Prague

We didn't try the beer, but we liked the white wine very much! In some restaurants, a 10% tip is included in the bill - I was surprised when Russians started arguing and did not want to pay. These are just the rules of the restaurant, but from the outside it looks like a bazaar. It makes no sense to write about Prague itself - it is beautiful!

The hotel is wonderful, the location is excellent. To Vaclavak 10 minutes walk, 2 minutes metro and tram stop. Next to the hotel is the beautiful Cathedral of St. Ludmila. The room is small, but everything is clean and comfortable. The room has a hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, TV with Russian ORT. Cleaning every day.

the hotel is well located. walk to Wenceslas Square 10-15 minutes maximum. We always walked, even though there is a tram and metro nearby (right next to the hotel). To whom to walk around Prague - take the hotel safely.

We stayed there 27.10-30.10. 11 The hotel is small, the staff is very polite and helpful, they don’t speak Russian, but you can explain yourself. The rooms are a bit worn but clean. Under the windows, trams run until late at night, but this was not a problem. The location is convenient. Nearby is an old Gothic church, the metro is 2 minutes walk, Wenceslas Square is 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace.

The hotel building is located next door... with a sex shop))) I liked the breakfasts. Tea, coffee, juice, cheese slices, sausages, muesli, toast, pasta with gravy, fruit, jam, honey, etc. You definitely won't be hungry. There are 6 channels on TV, there is even our 1 channel. In general, a very good and inexpensive hotel - I recommend it.

Chose this hotel, because. there were few negative reviews about him. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom has a shower, quite decent. Towels do change when thrown on the floor. The room has a TV with one Russian channel, but somehow I didn’t need a TV there. Renting a safe is quite expensive - 100 kroons, in other hotels no more than 50.

At the reception, only one person spoke Russian, but even in my broken English I was able to agree with everyone else. Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am is quite good. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Wenceslas Square, 5 minutes to the metro station. The area is calm. I did not have a single reason to be upset or upset. Nice, quiet hotel, just what you need to relax after long walks around the city.
