As for me, the hotel is well located, the food is delicious, there is a smoking area, there are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was frustrating that the renovation in our room was not of high quality - there were drips on the walls in the corners, the audibility was very strong. If you walk a lot and get tired, then it will not hurt your eyes so much. … More ▾ As for me, the hotel is well located, the food is delicious, there is a smoking area, there are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
It was frustrating that the renovation in our room was not of high quality - there were drips on the walls in the corners, the audibility was very strong.
If you walk a lot and get tired, then it will not hurt your eyes so much.
The shower changed the temperature regularly. It is also difficult to turn around and wash your back, as you will touch the tap with rolls, the cabin is very small for a person of average height.
The room is very small, once I went to the shower and then the whole room was damp from the steam.
It was constantly noisy from the windows. The windows themselves are wooden and blew through (I noticed a lot in Prague where there are old wooden frames).
Check-out at 11, check-in at 14-00, things can be left for storage.
Extend until the evening of 18-19:00 will cost 1000 kroons (40 euros).
In general, the hotel is clean, does not stink, everything you need is there,
We just didn't seem to get the best room. I recommend paying attention to the Sonata a quarter below, returning home, we heard cool reviews from a fellow traveler.

I chose the hotel "Prague Center Plaza" - located near the center (15-20 min. walk. To begin with, this is exactly the hotel that I would recommend in terms of price / quality ratio. A short inspection in the info tour (from Amigo-tours) was enough for me to understand this. The first is location. Walking distance to the center is 10 minutes. Come out to Sokolskaya - and straight to the horse, without turning. There is a nuance regarding the place: there is a fire station nearby, and there is a possibility that this may interfere with your peace. In fact, the peace of any tourist early in the morning in any hotel in Prague can be disturbed by sounds coming from the side of the road if your windows do not face the courtyard: Europeans are early birds, and at five in the morning they are already going to work.
Number. Spacious enough, but the repair is not quite fresh, although in the bathroom, for example, it is imperceptible, only a little bit in the room itself. The equipment is excellent: I was pleased with the tea set (kettle, cups, tea packaging, coffee packaging, sugar), this is a good savings on drinks (and for some, perhaps on an additional meal). In general, the building as a whole, the corridors, the reception - everything is very worthy.
Pleased with the presence of Wellness in the hotel. "Treshka" was a pleasant surprise.
As for breakfast, unfortunately, I can not give a single comment.
But what I know for sure is that I will stay at this hotel on my next trip to Prague.

they settled not on the 6th floor of the attic window on the road, but it was quiet
breakfast is delicious but always the same
staff pleasant internet was caught in the toilet or hallway
I don’t recommend taking excursions to Vienna and Dresden for a long time there, you don’t have time to do anything really, it’s better to wander around Prague, shops are more expensive there
have a nice trip, you won't be disappointed

Rested in March with a child. The location of the hotel is very good. All major historical and cultural sites are within walking distance. We used public transport only once, when we went to the zoo, but the metro station was nearby. Thanks to the staff at the reception - they settled right in the morning upon arrival at the hotel, which was very important after a long flight with a child and a sleepless night! And they helped to use the left-luggage office on the day of departure! We were very pleased with the food at the hotel! The child especially liked the freshly cut fruit, which was in great demand among tourists and therefore quickly disappeared. … More ▾ Rested in March with a child. The child especially liked the freshly cut fruit, which was in great demand among tourists and therefore quickly disappeared. The room was cleaned daily, linen changed as well. No complaints. The downside is that the room was cool (but not cold! ), despite attempts to increase the temperature through regulation, and that no more bags of tea, coffee, sugar are added to the room after check-in. I would like the hotel to take into account these wishes! We would love to stay at this hotel again in the future!

The hotel more or less corresponds to its status. Liked: the professionalism of the administrator Victoria Rozenberg; breakfasts (both in terms of assortment and quality); high-quality cleaning of the room (except for the absence of a change of bed linen during the week); the proximity of the metro station. Did not like: the sullenness of the male administrators (one can only sympathize with them); the howling of the wind in the cracks of the windows; dinner at the hotel restaurant (lack of Czech cuisine, no dishes listed on the menu; mediocre quality of the ordered dishes; we had dinner only once from here); location on a noisy and uncomfortable street. … More ▾ The hotel more or less corresponds to its status. We decided to stay in the fall "At the Black Elephant", where we were very warmly welcomed in the hotel restaurant, took a tour of the hotel, and as a result we gladly (! ) Left a decent amount of money there : -))) Let the hotel be more expensive, but the staff and the wonderful cuisine of the restaurant are very accommodating.

A huge plus of this hotel is the close proximity to all attractions. Indeed, the rooms facing the road are noisy (we had such a room), but since we were wildly tired from walking and admiring the beauty of Prague and the Czech Republic in general, we fell asleep well, despite the noise... The breakfasts are quite decent, a wide variety , pastries, cakes, cheeses, muesli, yogurt. … More ▾ A huge plus of this hotel is the close proximity to all attractions. I didn't like the hotel. For the first time, in all my tourist past, we were asked for a deposit at check-in - a credit card or about 1000 kroons. The main thing is that it was done with words, what if you do something and do not pay. We were with a small child and we were settled in a room that overlooked a noisy street along which constantly - both day and night - cars were rushing with howling and sirens, and since there is no air conditioning in the room, and without it it is very hot and stuffy. … More ▾ I didn't like the hotel. There are no smoking areas in hotels at all, everyone smoked near the hotel and threw cigarette butts and spat there....beauty. The food is not very much. In general, we were not happy with the hotel. TV shows 2-3 programs - only news in English. And to be honest, we got the general impression that Russians are not very fond of them in principle.

rested 2 families in July 2010. We went on an individual tour of Prague-Italian coast. The whole program was developed by ourselves. We paid for several excursions at a travel agency (it's cheaper), the rest of the time we got to know the city ourselves. Pluses of the hotel: close to the center (on foot 7-10 minutes), did not have to use public transport. … More ▾ rested 2 families in July 2010. We went on an individual tour of Prague-Italian coast. Pluses of the hotel: close to the center (on foot 7-10 minutes), did not have to use public transport. Near all historical places (including chile vysehrad).
Minus: very noisy (unbearable) in the rooms facing the road (take into the courtyard); lack of air conditioning (it was terrible heat in summer), if you're lucky, they will give you a fan.
Very modest rooms but clean. Food for 4. Friendly staff.
