What I liked: the restaurant and very nice girls there, very nice. I am delighted with the atmosphere in the restaurant. It was very tasty. Girls in the restaurant, if you're reading, know that you are the best.
3 meals a day is convenient.
The view from the room is beautiful. Children's pool, warm water. Lots of entertainment for children: children's room, trampoline, playground. I liked the porter, he helped with things, the maid on the second day was very nice.
But this minibar spoiled the whole mood.
I will not come again! And I will not advise anyone.

First, we have to hand over the keys to the reception, and then the maid (in our case it was Lyudmila) informs the person on duty about accepting the room. That is, she can say anything and we will no longer have any opportunity to refute the lie.
I was very offended by the statement about THEFT. I am a decent person and would never in my life undermine my authority with such trifles, and especially drink 100 grams of whiskey and pack a cork and an excise stamp on an empty bottle. But neither the administrator nor the maid accepted any arguments from my side.
I asked to record in writing the fact that there was no alcoholic beverage in the bottle, but the maid, saying "I won't write anything", left the reception.
Thus, the only conclusion that can be seen from my side was the mechanism of extortion of money used by the hotel staff.

The transfer from the hotel to the station costs an astronomical amount - twice as much as a taxi. No procedures are included in the price. Usually sanatoriums have at least a few free procedures - but not here. There are kettles in the rooms, but no drinking water. It is necessary to take in a minibar for crazy money or to carry from shop in town.
And these are trifles. The mass poisoning of the residents is a real horror!

We are visiting the hotel for the 4th year, in the reservation department I booked a room on 24.06. 2021 - 12.07. 2021, back in April Standard Superior Planning Premium with balcony and sofa bed, because we have 2 adults and two children and we know that the hotel has two such rooms, but instead came and got a smaller room with a smaller closet, chest of drawers, things are nowhere to lay out and with a folding bed, instead of a folding sofa which also rests against a balcony door and it is possible to leave on a balcony, only through a folding bed.

We went to this hotel because for 3 years everything was fine and everyone booked the girls correctly in the reservation department, ie the specific room that they have on the site in the description. We hope that the Administration will deal with this situation and resolve the error of its employees for the benefit of its customers.

2) Cleanliness. The hotel is clean everywhere. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room has everything you need. Hairdryer, kettle, safe, dishes, TV, etc. Cleaned up every day. WI-FI worked great.
3) The staff is friendly and polite.
4) Medical center. Everything is great here too. There are many different procedures: baths and massages, a salt room, a pump room, a physical room, a swimming pool, a gym. You can pass all the necessary tests.
5) Restaurant. The food is very good. There are two options: dietary and regular. There is a buffet. Portions are big. And most importantly - DELICIOUS!! ! (even dietary).
