We chose this hotel based on the grid, which it is presented. But what was our disappointment: dirt, lazy staff, the hotel is ONLY for the French. Discrimination is terrible! The food is mediocre, not five stars. For lunch and dinner 1 type of soup. Everything is sharp! We were traveling with a small child (1.10) and it was impossible to find food for the child other than rice. Fruit was washed badly. An empty bottle stood on the floor near our room for 7 days... no one cleaned it!! ! I do not recommend. Spa treatments are expensive: a 25-minute massage costs 1800 rubles. It is impossible to leave the territory - the desert...

Dirt: the superior room on the ground floor (1103) is dirty, all metal surfaces are rusty, there is so much hair in the bathroom that you can trace all the guests from last year. The smell of mold (humidity/rust) has soaked into the sheets and is not weathered by anything. Staff: friendly but useless at the reception, as they cannot solve the problem with cleaning or relocation.

The sea is magical, but a piece of glass that sticks into the foot spoils the impression even of it.

Excellent hotel! in the rooms, upon additional request, they provide a toothbrush and paste, a kettle and replenish coffee, tea and sugar every day. some complain about poor service, but this is due to the fact that they do not understand Russian well, if you know English, such problems will not arise! If you decide to break away from the hustle and bustle, then you are there! full relax! wonderful thalasso! there are always free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, towels are provided.

The restaurant is dominated by Mediterranean cuisine. There are rooms from which the distance to the sea is approximately 5 meters.
